Claims (28)
- ピッキングフェイス支持平面を備える積載ベイを有する積載領域を形成するフレームと、
前記フレームに対して直立した少なくとも2つのリフトマストを有する前記フレームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのリフティング組立体であって、前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストが、前記フレームの前記積載領域に取り付けられ、前記積載ベイとともに前記フレームの前記積載領域を形成する、少なくとも1つのリフティング組立体と、
少なくとも鉛直方向の移動のために前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストに移動可能に取り付けられた伸長アームであって、各伸長アームが、前記積載領域への、および前記積載領域からの少なくとも1つのピッキングフェイスの移送をもたらすために、伸長軸に沿って、前記フレームに対して伸長および収縮するように構成され、前記積載領域が、前記伸長軸と交差する少なくとも1つの方向において、前記フレームの前記積載領域に対して移動可能な積載位置調整横断部材を有する、伸長アームと
を備える自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。 - 前記少なくとも1つの方向が、前記鉛直方向および水平方向の1つまたは複数である、請求項1記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記積載位置調整横断部材の横断、ならびに前記伸長アームの伸長および収縮をもたらすために、前記伸長アームに接続された3自由度の駆動装置をさらに備える、請求項1記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記積載位置調整横断部材が、少なくとも1つの伸長アームの伸長および収縮に対して変化可能な位置を有するように、前記積載位置調整横断部材と少なくとも1つの伸長アームとの間の距離は変化可能な距離である、請求項1記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記少なくとも1つのピッキングフェイスのサイズに関わりなく前記少なくとも1つのピッキングフェイスの全積載領域における位置調整をもたらすために、前記積載位置調整横断部材が、前記積載領域のピッキングフェイス支持平面に略平行な平面において横断する、請求項1記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストは、前記伸長アームが前記フレームの前記積載領域に対してリフト軸に沿って昇降させられるように配置される、請求項1記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストは、前記伸長アームの前記伸長軸が前記フレームの前記積載領域に対してリフト軸に沿って昇降させられるように配置される、請求項6記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記伸長軸は、前記伸長アームが前記積載領域のピッキングフェイス支持平面上の保管棚内で伸長および収縮するように、前記リフト軸に沿って昇降させられる、請求項7記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 前記保管棚が、前記ピッキングフェイス支持平面上で積層される、請求項8記載の自律ガイド型自律搬送車両。
- 少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両と、少なくとも1つのピッキング通路と、少なくとも1つの保管棚とを備えた保管および取出システムであって、
前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両が、
ピッキングフェイス支持平面を備える積載ベイを有する積載領域を形成するフレームと、
前記フレームに対して直立した少なくとも2つのリフトマストを有する前記フレームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのリフティング組立体であって、前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストが、前記フレームの前記積載領域に取り付けられ、前記積載ベイとともに前記フレームの前記積載領域を形成する、少なくとも1つのリフティング組立体と、
少なくとも鉛直方向の移動のために前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストに移動可能に取り付けられた伸長アームであって、各伸長アームが、伸長軸に沿って、前記フレームに対して伸長および収縮するように構成され、前記積載領域が、前記伸長軸と交差する少なくとも1つの方向において、前記フレームの積載領域に対して移動可能な積載位置調整横断部材を有する、伸長アームと、

前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路が、前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両の、前記ピッキング通路を通る走行を可能にするように構成され、
前記少なくとも1つの保管棚が、前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路に隣接して位置し、
前記伸長アームの伸長および収縮が、前記少なくとも1つの保管棚と前記積載領域との間における少なくとも1つのピッキングフェイスの移送をもたらす、
保管および取出システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの保管棚が、前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路の共通の走行表面からアクセス可能である、2つ以上の積み重ねられた保管棚を含む、請求項10記載の保管および取出システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの方向が、前記鉛直方向および水平方向の1つまたは複数である、請求項10記載の保管および取出システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両が、前記積載位置調整横断部材の横断、ならびに前記伸長アームの伸長および収縮をもたらすために、前記伸長アームに接続された3自由度の駆動装置を含む、請求項10記載の保管および取出システム。
- 前記積載位置調整横断部材が、少なくとも1つの伸長アームの伸長および収縮に対して変化可能な位置を有するように、前記積載位置調整横断部材と少なくとも1つの伸長アームとの間の距離が変化可能な距離である、請求項10記載の保管および取出システム。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリフトマストは、前記伸長アームが前記フレームの前記積載領域に対してリフト軸に沿って昇降させられるように配置される、請求項10記載の保管および取出システム。

- 少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両と、少なくとも1つのピッキング通路と、少なくとも1つの保管棚とを含む保管および取出システム内においてピッキングフェイスを移送する方法であって、前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路が、前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両が前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路に沿って走行することを可能にするように構成されたピッキング通路デッキを有し、前記少なくとも1つの保管棚が前記少なくとも1つのピッキング通路に隣接して設置され、
前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両のフレームの積載領域に対し、少なくとも1つの軸に沿って、前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両の伸長アームを、前記伸長アームが前記少なくとも1つの保管棚の所定の場所に応じた位置に設置されるように、位置決めすることであって、前記伸長アームが、前記フレームに対して直立した少なくとも2つのリフトマストを有する前記フレームに取り付けられ、前記フレームの積載ベイとともに前記フレームの前記積載領域を形成する少なくとも1つのリフティング組立体に沿って、鉛直に位置決めされる、前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両の伸長アームを位置決めすることと、
前記伸長アームがピッキングフェイスの対向する側面をまたいで伸長するように、前記伸長アームを伸長させることと、
前記伸長アームの収縮によって、前記少なくとも1つの自律ガイド型自律搬送車両の積載領域内に前記ピッキングフェイスを移送することと、
他の軸と交差する少なくとも1つの方向において、前記フレームの積載領域に対して他の軸に沿って前記積載領域の積載位置調整横断部材を移動させることと
を含む、
