Claims (40)
- 流体を熱調整し、移動させるためのシステムであって、
電気エネルギーを熱エネルギーに変換して、電流に応じて温度変化を生成する、メインサイドと廃棄サイドとを有する熱電装置と、
前記熱電装置によって生成された前記熱エネルギーが流体の流れに、又は流体の流れから伝達されるように、前記熱電装置と熱的に連絡する前記流体の流れを生成する流体移送装置と、
メインサイド流路及び/又は廃棄サイド流路に沿って前記流体の流れを選択的に導く流量制御弁とを備えるシステム。 - 前記流体移送装置及び前記流量制御弁と動作可能に接続され、前記流体移送装置及び前記流量制御弁を操作する制御ユニットをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 流体の流れの温度を示す信号を提供するように構成されたセンサをさらに備え、
前記制御ユニットが、前記信号に基づいて、前記流量制御弁を操作するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記制御ユニットが、前記流量制御弁を調整し、前記流体がほぼ等しい割合の流量で前記廃棄サイド流路及び前記メインサイド流路に導かれるように構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、所望のメインサイド温度に基づいて前記流量制御弁の位置を調整するように構成されている、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記メインサイド流路よりも廃棄サイド流路に流体の流量をより多く導くように流量制御弁を調整することによって、メインサイド温度を下げる、及び/又はメインサイドと廃棄サイドとの間の温度差を増加させるように構成されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記流量制御弁が、全開位置から全閉位置に向かって調整される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記熱電装置の前記メインサイドと前記廃棄サイドとの間の高い温度差を実現するために、前記メインサイド流路及び前記廃棄サイド流路上の前記流体の流れの総量の20%未満が、前記メインサイド流路に導かれるように前記流量制御弁を調整するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記メインサイド流路に導かれる前記流体の割合を調整して、前記流体の流れにおける結露を防止するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記流量制御弁の位置に基づいて、前記流体移送装置によって提供される前記流体の流量を調整するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記流体の流量が前記メインサイド流路に対して比例するときに、前記流体の流量を増加させるように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記流量制御弁上の背圧が増加しているときに、前記流量制御弁の位置が前記流体移送装置に印加される電圧を下げるようなことによって、前記流体移送装置の速度を下げて、前記流体の流量を維持するように構成される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、キャビン環境の湿潤度に基づいて、前記メインサイド流路に導かれる流体の流れの比率を調整するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記メインサイド流路及びバイパス流路に沿った流体の流れの比率を調整し、前記メインサイド流路からのより冷たい空気を、前記バイパス流路からのより暖かい空気と混合して、中間温度の調整空気を生成するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記流体の流れの多くを前記廃棄サイド流路よりも前記メインサイド流路に導き、前記流体の流れの結露を防止して、前記熱電装置の前記メインサイドと前記廃棄サイドとの間の限られた温度差で前記システムの冷却能力を向上させるように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、第1の期間、前記流体の流れの第1の割合を前記メインサイド流路に導き、第2の期間、前記流体の流れの第2の割合を前記メインサイド流路に導くように構成され、前記第1の期間は、前記流体の流れにおける許容可能な結露の量を形成するように設定される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の期間及び/又は前記第2の期間が、前記熱電装置の前記メインサイドと前記廃棄サイドとの間の予め設定された温度差を維持するように設定される、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、実質的に全ての前記流体の流れを前記メインサイド流路に沿って導き、高い換気率を提供するように構成される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記熱電装置をヒータとして動作させ、実質的に全て又は大部分の前記流体の流れを前記メインサイド流路に沿って導いて、加熱効率を増加させ、前記熱電装置の廃棄サイドでの熱除去及び空気の流れに関連する損失を回避するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御ユニットが、キャビン空気温度及び湿度に基づいて流量制御弁の位置を調整するように構成される、請求項2又は3に記載のシステム。
- 調整システムの制御方法であって、
メインサイド及び廃棄サイドを有する前記熱調整システムのTEDに電力を供給することと、
流体の流れの第1の部分が第1の流量で廃棄サイドを通流し、前記流体の流れの第2の部分が、第2の流量でメインサイドを通流するように導かれように、前記流体の流れが前記熱調整システムを通流する第1の期間、前記熱調整システムが第1のモードで動作することと、
第1のモードと比較して第1の流量と第2の流量との間の比率が変更される第2の期間の間、前記熱調整システムが第2のモードで動作することとを含む、制御方法。 - 前記第1のモードが、初期モードである、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 検出温度センサを用いて前記流体の流れの目標温度を検出することと、前記目標温度を検出することに基づいて、前記第1のモードから前記第2のモードへ動作を変更することとをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記目標温度が、前記メインサイドで検出されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の制御方法。
- 前記メインサイドと前記廃棄サイドとの間の温度差を測定することと、測定された前記温度差を検出することに基づいて、前記第1のモードから前記第2のモードへ動作を変更することとをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記メインサイドの結露を検出することと、前記結露を検出することに基づいて、前記第1のモードから前記第2のモードへ動作を変更することとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記廃棄サイドを通流する前記第1の流量と、前記メインサイドを通流する前記第2の流量との比率が、前記第1のモードと比較して低減される、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記廃棄サイドを通流する前記第1の流量と、前記メインサイドを通流する前記第2の流量とが略同一である、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記廃棄サイドを通流する前記第1の流量が、前記メインサイドを通流する前記第2の流量より少ない、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 前記熱調整システムを通流する全流体の流れの少なくとも1つと、前記TEDへの電力とが、前記第2のモードと比較して低減される第3の期間、前記熱調整システムが第3のモードで動作することをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 弁を用いてメインサイドと廃棄サイドとの間で流体の流れを導くことをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の制御方法。
- 熱調整システムであって、
メインサイドと廃棄サイドを有するTEDと、
前記TEDの前記メインサイドに沿ったメインサイド流路と、
前記TEDの前記廃棄サイドに沿った廃棄サイド流路と、
前記熱調整システムが、第1の流体の流れが第1の流量で前記廃棄サイド流路に沿って通流し、第2の流体の流れが第2の流量でメインサイド流路に沿って通流する第1の期間、第1のモードで動作し、第1の流量と第2の流量との間の比率が変更される第2の期間、前記熱調整システムを第2のモードで動作するように構成されたコントローラとを備える、システム。 - 前記メインサイド流路と前記廃棄サイド流路との間で前記第1の流体の流れ及び前記第2の流体の流れを導くために操作可能な弁をさらに備え、
前記コントローラが、前記第1のモードと前記第2のモードとを変更するために前記弁を操作するように構成される、請求項32に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1のモードが、初期モードである、請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の流体の流れの温度を検出するように構成された温度センサをさらに備え、
前記コントローラが、前記温度センサからの信号を受信し、前記信号に基づいて前記第1のモードから前記第2のモードへ動作を変更するように構成される、請求項32に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の流体の流れと前記第2の流体の流れとの間の温度差を検出するように構成された温度センサをさらに備え、

- 前記第2のモードにおいて、前記第2の流量が前記第1の流量よりも大きい、請求項32に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、さらに、前記熱調整を通流する流体の流れのうちの少なくとも1つと、前記TEDへの電力とが、前記第2のモードと比較して低減される第3の期間、前記熱調整システムを第3のモードで動作する、請求項32に記載のシステム。
