Claims (48)
- 모펩티드의 적어도 하나의 아미노산 잔기는, 단, 하나의 친유성 치환기가 존재하고 이 치환기가 모펩티드의 N-말단 아미노산 잔기 또는 C-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되면 이 치환기는 알킬기 또는 ω-카르복실산기를 갖는 기인것을 조건으로 부착된, 친유성 치환기를 갖는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단지 하나의 친유성 치환기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 친유성 치환기는 N-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 친유성 치환기는 C-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 친유성 치환기는 N-말단 아미노산 잔기 또는 C-말단 아미노산 잔기가 아닌 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두개의 친유성 치환기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.
- 친유성 치환기의 하나가 N-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 반면에 나머지 친유성 치환기는 C-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 GLP-1 유도체.

- GLP-1(7-C)의 유도체로서, 여기서 C는 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 및 45로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되며, 유도체는 C-말단 아미노산 잔기에 부착되는 단지 하나의 친유성 치환기를 갖는 GLP-1(7-C)의 유도체.
