发明内容
在本发明的一个示例性实施例中,弹性平均对准系统包括第一部件和第二部件。第一部件包括相对于第一部件固定设置的至少一个第一对准特征部以及相对于第一部件固定设置的至少一个第二对准特征部。第二部件包括相对于第二部件固定设置的至少一个第三可弹性变形对准元件,以及相对于第二部件固定设置的至少一个第四可弹性变形对准元件。第一和第二部件是可侧向滑动地可彼此接合的。相应一个第三可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个第一对准特征部过盈地、可变形地以及适配地接合。相应一个第四可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个第二对准特征部过盈地、可变形地以及适配地接合。当与相应各个第一和第二对准特征部接合时,第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件的多个部分弹性地变形至弹性平均的最终构型,该构型通过平均相应的弹性可变形对准元件的弹性变形而使第一部件相对于第二部件在六个平面的正交方向上对准。
本发明还提供了以下技术方案。
1、一种弹性平均对准系统,其包括:
第一部件,其包括相对于所述第一部件固定设置的至少一个第一对准特征部以及相对于所述第一部件固定设置的至少一个第二对准特征部;
第二部件,其包括相对于所述第二部件固定设置的至少一个第三可弹性变形对准元件以及相对于所述第二部件固定设置的至少一个第四可弹性变形对准元件;
其中所述第一和第二部件彼此能够侧向滑动地接合;
其中相应一个所述第三可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个所述第一对准特征部过盈地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;
其中相应一个所述第四可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个所述第二对准特征部过盈地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;以及
其中当与相应各个所述第一和第二对准特征部接合时,所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件的多个部分弹性变形至弹性平均的最终构型,所述弹性平均的最终构型通过平均相应的可弹性变形对准元件的弹性变形而使所述第一部件相对于所述第二部件在六个平面正交方向上对准。

在实施例中,第一和第二部件100、200组装在一起以达到如下在图1中所描述的组件。首先,第二部件200的适配侧224(在图3中所描述的适配侧)取向临近并且与第一部件的适配侧116(图2中所描述的适配侧)处于面对面的关系,但是侧向地偏移使得第二部件200的第三壁210的内端222(见图7A)是悬着的(poised),用于进入第一部件100的线性兜部110的开放端114(见图2)。然后,第二部件200侧向地并且可滑动地与第一部件100接合,使得第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件202、204相对于相应各个第一和第二对准特征部102、104完全接合,如在图6、图7A和图7B所描述的。在远侧突起部212上的斜表面226(见图7B)与第一对准特征部102和第三可弹性变形对准元件202一起有助于第一和第二部件100、200的组装。如在图6和图7B中所示,当第一和第二部件100、200完全彼此接合时,第一对准特征部102和第三可弹性变形对准元件202以过盈配合条件302设置在第一z方向上,以及第二对准特征部104和第四可弹性变形对准元件204以过盈配合条件304设置在与第一z方向正交的第二y方向上,由此在+/- y和+/- z方向上弹性地对准和保持第一和第二部件100、200。虽然在图6、图7A和图7B中所描述的接合表面被显示是彼此重叠的以说明过盈配合条件302、304(点线描述重叠的程度),但是将会意识到这样是出于说明的目的,仅为了说明相应各个部分之间的过盈配合,并且实际上可弹性变形对准元件202、204将以所示出的过盈配合条件的量弹性地变形。例如,第三可弹性变形对准元件202的悬臂的月牙形端将趋向于略微变平且在悬臂自由端略微弯曲以过盈配合条件302的量,以及第四可弹性变形对准元件204的悬臂的远侧突出部212将趋向于在悬臂自由端处以过盈配合条件304的量略微弯曲。第一和第二部件100、200在+/- x方向上的弹性对准和约束是通过月牙形的第三可弹性变形对准元件202被可弹性变形地安置在波浪形的第一对准特征部102的谷部中而实现的。
现在参照图8,能够看出,通过将第二部件200的第三可弹性变形对准元件202过盈地捕获在第一部件100的第一对准特征部102之下,第一和第二部件100、200相对于彼此紧密配合,其拉动第二部件200的适配侧224紧靠第一壁108,且由此紧靠第一部件100的适配侧116,其间仅有很小的间隙或者没有间隙。如图8所示,仅第三可弹性变形对准元件202的月牙形悬臂的突起部的端部部分与第一对准特征部102的波浪形突起部重叠,其使得第三可弹性变形对准元件202在与第一对准特征部102接合时发生悬臂的弹性偏转。
现在参照回到图2和图3,实施例包括这样的布置,其中存在两组的第一和第二对准特征部102、104(以102.1、102.2、104.1、104.2表示)布置在各自间隔开的线性兜部110.1、110.2中,以及两组的第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件202、204(以202.1、202.2、204.1、204.2表示)布置在各自间隔开的线性壁210.1、210.2上。布置两组同样的特征部和元件使得在其之间其产生的任何偏压力都彼此相对。例如,当彼此弹性地、可变形地以及适配地接合时,第一组的第四可弹性变形对准元件204.1(图3中朝向左边)向内弹性地变形,由此产生作用在第一组的第二对准特征部104.1(图2中朝向左边)上的向外的偏压力,且第二组的第四可弹性变形对准元件204.2(图3中朝向右边)向内弹性地变形,由此产生作用在第二组的第二对准特征部104.2(图2中朝向右边)上的向外的偏压力,引起彼此相对的两个向外的偏压力。若安置第一和第二组的第一和第二对准特征部,会达到同样的结果,且第一和第二组的相应的第一和第二可弹性变形对准元件被转换。如此,本发明的范围不限于仅仅图2和图3中所描述的特征部和元件的取向。
考虑到所有已公开的、说明的、描述的和通过引用并入此文中的那些,将意识到本发明的范围不限于仅仅此文中公开的可弹性变形对准元件和相应的对准特征部的使用,还包括此类元件和特征部与其它弹性平均对准特征部(公的或母的)结合的使用。
当第一部件100和第二部件200是车辆的部件时,产生有利的组装,因为夹紧力与这些部分已经处于挤压接触的对准特征部的弹性变形一起减小了部件振动或者相互撞击的趋势,并且由此改善部件以及其被安装在其中的车辆的噪声、振动和颠振(NVH)特性。当第一和第二部件互相彼此适配时,可弹性变形对准元件与相应的对准特征部的选择性接合还提供第一部件100和第二部件200的强化的组装,从而包含的硬度大于通过单独使用对准特征部所实现的硬度,因为例如在第一部件和第二部件之间的夹紧力增加了组件的硬度。在实施例中,第一部件100是用于车辆的燃料盖的铰链部分,且第二部件200是燃料盖的覆盖部分。
虽然参照示例性实施例已经描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员将理解,在不背离本发明的范围的情况下可以进行各种改变且对于各元件可以替换为等同物。另外,可以进行很多变型,以在不背离其实质范围的情况下使特定情形或材料适应本发明的教导。由此,并不意图使本发明限制于所公开的特定实施例,而是使本发明将包含落入本申请范围内的所有实施例。
Claims (10)
1.一种弹性平均对准系统,其包括:
第一部件,其包括相对于所述第一部件固定设置的至少一个第一对准特征部以及相对于所述第一部件固定设置的至少一个第二对准特征部;
第二部件,其包括相对于所述第二部件固定设置的至少一个第三可弹性变形对准元件以及相对于所述第二部件固定设置的至少一个第四可弹性变形对准元件;
其中所述第一和第二部件彼此能够侧向滑动地接合;
其中相应一个所述第三可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个所述第一对准特征部过盈地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;
其中相应一个所述第四可弹性变形对准元件配置且设置为与相应一个所述第二对准特征部过盈地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;以及
其中当与相应各个所述第一和第二对准特征部接合时,所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件的多个部分弹性变形至弹性平均的最终构型,所述弹性平均的最终构型通过平均相应的可弹性变形对准元件的弹性变形而使所述第一部件相对于所述第二部件在六个平面正交方向上对准。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中所述第一部件包括多于一个的所述第一和第二对准特征部,且所述第二部件包括多于一个的所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件,所述多于一个的所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件相对于相应各个所述多于一个的所述第一和第二对准特征部几何分布,使得当与相应各个所述多于一个的所述第一和第二对准特征部接合时,相应各个所述多于一个的第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件中的可弹性变形对准元件的多个部分弹性变形至弹性平均的最终构型,所述弹性平均的最终构型进一步使所述第一部件相对于所述第二部件在六个平面正交方向上对准。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中所述第一对准特征部包括突起部,所述突起部具有从第一壁延伸的弯曲横截面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第一部件包括兜部,所述兜部具有相对的第一和第二侧壁;
所述第一对准特征部设置在所述第一壁上;以及
所述第二对准特征部是所述第二壁的一部分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第三可弹性变形对准元件包括弯曲的突起部,所述突起部具有从第三壁的第一侧延伸的弯曲横截面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第四可弹性变形对准元件包括远侧突起部,所述远侧突起部在所述第三壁的远端处从所述第三壁的第二侧延伸,所述第三壁的第二侧背离所述第三壁的第一侧。
7.根据权利要求6所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第三壁在所述远侧突起部的每侧上包括狭槽,所述狭槽从所述第三壁的远端朝向所述第三壁的近端延伸,所述第三壁的在所述狭槽之间以及包括所述远侧突起部的部分形成所述第三壁的悬臂区段。
8.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第一对准特征部与所述第三可弹性变形对准元件以过盈配合条件设置在第一方向上;以及
所述第二对准特征部与所述第四可弹性变形对准元件以过盈配合条件设置在与所述第一方向正交的第二方向上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第一部件包括第一适配侧;
所述第二部件包括第二适配侧;以及
当设置成与所述第一对准特征部过盈地、能够变形地以及适配地接合时,所述第三可弹性变形对准元件使所述第一和第二适配侧靠着彼此偏压。
10.根据权利要求1所述的弹性平均对准系统,其中:
所述第一部件包括第一组所述第一和第二对准特征部以及间隔开的第二组所述第一和第二对准特征部;
所述第二部件包括第三组所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件以及间隔开的第四组所述第三和第四可弹性变形对准元件;
所述第三组与所述第一组弹性地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;
所述第四组与所述第二组弹性地、能够变形地以及适配地接合;以及
在所述第一和第三组之间存在的偏压力对抗所述第二和第四组之间存在的偏压力。
