Claims (9)
- 372 밀리암페어-시간/그램(mAh/g)의 에너지 용량을 갖고, 리튬을 함유하는 고에너지 양극;
음극;
상기 양극과 음극 간에 위치한 격리판; 및
상기 격리판을 통해 상기 양극과 상기 음극이 이온 소통되는 전해질
을 포함하는 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리로서,
상기 격리판은
매트릭스 물질 내에 무기 입자의 혼합물을 포함하고 최소한 수지상 성장을 차단하면서 전자 단락을 막는 하나 이상의 세라믹 복합층; 및
열 누출시 양극과 음극간에 이온 흐름을 차단하는 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 미공층
을 포함하는,
고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 양극은 i) 리튬 금속, ii) 리튬 합금, iii) 리튬 금속 및 리튬 합금 및 다른 물질과의 혼합물, 또는 iv) 리튬 합금 및 다른 물질과의 혼합물을 포함하는 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 20-95 중량%의 무기 입자와 5-80 중량%의 매트릭스 물질을 포함하는 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 입자는 SiO2, Al2O3, CaCO3, TiO2, SiS2, SiPO4, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 0.001 내지 25 마이크론 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 가진 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 무기 입자가 0.015 내지 5 마이크론 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 가진 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 물질은 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE), 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴로니트릴(PAN), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA), 폴리테트라에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 이들의 공중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는,
고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배너리용 격리판. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 미공층이 폴리에틸렌 막인 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 미공층이 20-80% 범위의 다공성, 0.02 내지 2 마이크론 범위의 평균 세공 크기, 및 15 내지 150 초 범위의 걸리값을 갖는 고에너지 재충전식 리튬 배터리.
