Abstract
【解決手段】解剖学的構造に少なくとも一つの電磁放射を送り、前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射を用いて前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一つの部分を走査して少なくとも一つの信号を生成するように構成された少なくとも一つの第1の装置と、前記解剖学的構造内部の所定の場所に、前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置の焦点の位置を特定の信号の関数として自動制御するように構成された少なくとも一つの第2の装置と、を備え、(i)前記少なくとも第1の装置が共焦点顕微鏡装置であるか、(ii)前記少なくとも一つの信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるか、または(iii)前記特定の信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるかの少なくとも何れかである。

本出願は、参照によりここに組み入れる2005年9月29日出願の米国特許出願番号60/721,802に基づくもので、その優先権を主張する。
Claims (22)
- 解剖学的構造に少なくとも一つの電磁放射を送り、前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射を用いて前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一つの部分を走査して少なくとも一つの信号を生成するように構成された少なくとも一つの第1の装置と、
前記解剖学的構造内部の所定の場所に、前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置の焦点の位置を特定の信号の関数として自動制御するように構成された少なくとも一つの第2の装置と、
を備え、
(i)前記少なくとも第1の装置が共焦点顕微鏡装置であるか、(ii)前記少なくとも一つの信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるか、または(iii)前記特定の信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるかの少なくとも何れかである装置。 - 前記特定の信号が、干渉信号、飛行時間信号、または強度信号のうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの信号と、標準試料からの追加信号を受信して干渉信号を生成するように構成された少なくとも一つの第3の装置をさらに備える、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置が、共焦点顕微鏡装置または多光子顕微鏡装置の少なくとも一つである請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置が、スペクトル符号化装置を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの解剖学的構造が内臓器官である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置が光ファイバー装置を介して前記電磁放射を送る、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記光ファイバー装置が複数の電磁放射ガイド装置を含む、請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射が複数の波長を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射が時間と共に変化する一つ以上の波長を含む、請求項1記載の装置。
- 解剖学的構造に少なくとも一つの電磁放射を送り、前記電磁放射を用いて前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも一つの部位を走査してデータを生成するように構成された少なくとも一つの第1の装置と、
a)前記解剖学的組織の特定の部位の少なくとも一つの場所の決定に基づく信号を生成し、
b)前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置の動きまたは焦点位置のうちの少なくとも一つを、前記解剖学的構造内の前記少なくとも一つの場所に対し前記信号の関数として自動制御するように構成された少なくとも第2の装置と
を備え、
(i)前記少なくとも第1の装置が共焦点顕微鏡装置であるか、(ii)前記信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるか、または(iii)前記データがスペクトル符号化データを含むかの少なくとも何れかである装置。 - 前記特定の部位が前記解剖学的構造の表面にある、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記(a)および(b)の動作が実質的に同時に行われる、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第2の装置が、前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射の焦点を、前記解剖学的構造内部の複数の深さに位置合わせするように構成されている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの第2の装置が前記解剖学的構造内部の焦点の深さを調整する、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの場所が干渉信号に基づいて決定される、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記干渉信号が少なくとも部分的に前記データに基づく、請求項16記載の装置。
- 解剖学的構造内部に電磁放射を位置合わせする方法であって、
少なくとも一つの電磁放射を解剖学的構造に送ること、
少なくとも一つの装置を用いて前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射を用いて前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも1部分を走査すること、
前記電磁放射に基づいて少なくとも一つの信号を得ること、
特定の信号に基づいて前記解剖学的構造内部における所定の場所に、前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置の焦点の位置を制御し、(i)前記少なくとも第1の装置が共焦点顕微鏡装置であるか、(ii)前記少なくとも一つの信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるか、または(iii)前記特定信号がスペクトル符号化データであるかの少なくとも何れかであること、
を含む方法。 - 解剖学的構造内部に電磁放射を位置合わせする方法であって、
少なくとも一つの電磁放射を解剖学的構造に送ること、
少なくとも一つの装置を用いて前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射を用いて前記解剖学的構造の少なくとも1部分を走査すること、
前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射に基づいてデータを得ること、
前記解剖学的構造の特定の部位の少なくとも一つの場所の決定に基づいて信号を生成すること、
前記少なくとも一つの場所に対する前記少なくとも一つの第1の装置の動きまたは焦点位置のうちの少なくとも一つを前記信号に基づき自動制御すること、
を含み、
(i)前記少なくとも第1の装置が共焦点顕微鏡装置であるか、(ii)前記信号がスペクトル符号化信号であるか、または(iii)前記データがスペクトル符号化データを含むかの少なくとも何れかである方法。 - 前記特定の信号はスペクトル符号化される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記特定の信号は、電気または光の少なくとも何れかである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記特定の信号は、(i)前記少なくとも一つの信号であるか、または(ii)前記解剖学的構造から供給される別の信号の少なくとも何れかである、請求項1に記載の装置。
