- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터 및 화소의 선택 수단용 트랜지스터로 구성된 전기 스위치, 및 해당 전기 스위치를 구동하기 위한 주사 전극선 및 신호 전극선을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투명 도전 재료가 도전성 산화물, 광투과성 금속막, 비축퇴(非縮退; non-degeneracy) 반도체, 유기 도전체, 및 반도전성(半導電性) 탄소 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터상에 층간 절연막이 형성되어 있고, 상기 층간 절연막상에 유기 EL 소자의 하부 전극이 설치되어 있고, 박막 트랜지스터와 하부 전극이, 층간 절연막에 설치된 비어홀을 통해 전기 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주전극에 대해 상기 보조 전극으로부터 전하를 주입하고, 이를 기판의 주표면에 대해 평행하게 수송한 후, 상기 유기 발광 매체에 대해 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주전극의 면저항을 1K 내지 10MΩ/□의 범위내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극의 면저항을 0.01 내지 10Ω/□의 범위내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 상부 전극측에, 취출된 발광을 색변환시키기 위한 컬러 필터 및 형광막 또는 이들 중 어느 한쪽의 부재가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 또는 형광막의 일부에 블랙 매트릭스가 형성되어 있고, 해당 블랙 매트릭스와 상기 보조 전극이 수직방향에서 겹치는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 상기 주전극상에 형성되어 있고, 상기 보조 전극의 면적을 상기 주전극의 면적보다 작게 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 주위를 덮는 밀봉 부재에 매설되어 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 보조 전극이 주위를 덮는 밀봉 부재와 주전극의 사이에 밀착 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 유기 EL 소자를 형성하는 공정 및 박막 트랜지스터를 형성하는 공정을 포함하고,해당 유기 EL 소자를 형성하는 공정내에서,하부 전극 및 유기 발광 매체를 형성하고,투명 도전 재료로 주전극을 형성하여 상부 전극을 구성하고,상기 상부 전극에 전기적으로 접속시켜, 상기 하부 전극의 사이에, 저저항 재료로 보조 전극을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 따른 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치의 제조방법.
- 유기 EL 소자, 및 이 유기 EL 소자를 구동하기 위한 박막 트랜지스터를 구비하고,상기 유기 EL 소자가,광투과성 금속막, 비축퇴 반도체, 유기 도전체, 및 반도전성 탄소 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 투명 도전 재료로 이루어진 주전극을 포함하는 제 1 전극,상기 주전극에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는, 저저항 재료로 이루어진 보조 전극,제 2 전극, 및상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극의 사이에 있는 유기 발광 매체를 구비하고,상기 유기 EL 소자가 발광한 빛을, 상기 제 1 전극측으로부터 취출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치.
- 유기 EL 소자를 형성하는 공정, 및 박막 트랜지스터를 형성하는 공정을 포함하고,해당 유기 EL 소자를 형성하는 공정내에서,광투과성 금속막, 비축퇴 반도체, 유기 도전체, 및 반도전성 탄소 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 투명 도전 재료로 주전극을 형성하여 제 1 전극을 구성하고,제 2 전극을 형성하고,유기 발광 매체를 형성하고,저저항 재료로 보조 전극을 형성하고,상기 보조 전극과 상기 주전극이 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 26 항에 따른 액티브 구동형 유기 전기발광 장치의 제조방법.
