Claims (6)
- 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するためのシステムであって、
a)列車のロケーションを求めるためのロケータ要素と、
b)路線に関する情報を提供する路線特徴付け要素と、
c)列車外と通信を行う外部通信システムと、
d)前記ロケータ要素、前記路線特徴付け要素、および前記外部通信システムからの情報を受け取るように動作可能で、かつ、前記路線に沿って前記列車が移動している間のいつでも、列車内で、前記列車の1つ又はそれ以上の運行制約にしたがって前記列車の燃料使用量またはエミッションを最小にする旅行プロファイルを作成するように構成された制御システムと、
を備え、
前記制御システムによって、前記旅行プロファイルにしたがって前記列車が自律的に制御するように構成されている
システム。 - 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を備える列車を運行するための方法であって、前記方法は、
a)路線上の前記列車のロケーションを求める段階と、
b)前記路線に関する情報を受け取る段階と、
c)列車外と通信する段階と、
d)前記1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成の運行条件を受け取る段階と、
e)前記路線に沿って前記列車が移動している間のいつでも、列車内で、前記列車の1つ又はそれ以上の運行制約にしたがって、前記列車のロケーション、前記路線に関する情報、前記通信により受け取った情報、および前記機関車編成の運行条件に基づいて、前記列車の燃料使用量またはエミッションを最小にする旅行プロファイルを作成する段階と、
f)前記旅行プロファイルにしたがって、前記路線に沿って前記列車が自律的に運行する段階と、
を含む方法。 - a)最適パワーの条件を伝達する段階と、
b)前記最適パワーの条件にしたがって機関車、機関車編成、および列車のうちの少なくとも1つを運行する段階と、
を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - a)複数のスロットル設定のなかから、最適なスロットル設定を選択する段階と、
b)前記最適なスロットル設定にしたがって機関車、機関車編成、及び列車のうちの少なくとも1つを自動的に運行する段階と、
を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記旅行プロファイルは、その一部が、スロットル変動を抑制する項に基づいて作成される請求項2に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプロセッサ及び1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む、第1の列車を運行するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、
a)遠隔の沿線装置または前記第1の列車とは異なる第2の列車との間で通信する手順と、
b)路線に沿って前記第1の列車が移動している間のいつでも、前記第1の列車内で、前記第1の列車の1つ又はそれ以上の運行制約にしたがって、前記第1の列車のロケーション、前記路線に関する情報、前記通信により受け取った情報、および前記機関車編成の運行条件に基づいて前記第1の列車の燃料使用量またはエミッションを最小にする旅行プロファイルを作成する手順と、
c)前記旅行プロファイルにしたがって、前記路線に沿って前記第1の列車が自律的に運行する手順と、
を前記コンピュータプロセッサに実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
