Claims (10)

  1. 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するためのシステムであって、
    a)列車のロケーションを求めるためのロケータ要素と、
    b)路線に関する情報を提供する路線特徴付け要素と、
    c)前記ロケータ要素、及び前記路線特徴付け要素からの情報を受け取るように動作可能なプロセッサと、
    d)前記列車の1つ又はそれ以上の運行基準に従って前記機関車編成の性能を最適化する旅行プランを作成するため、前記情報にアクセスするプロセッサ内部に具現化されるアルゴリズムと、
    を備えるシステム。
  2. 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を備える列車を運行するための方法であって、前記方法は、
    a)路線上の前記列車のロケーションを求める段階と、
    b)前記路線の特性を決定する段階と、
    c)前記列車の少なくとも1つの運行基準に従って、前記列車のロケーション、前記路線の特性、及び前記機関車編成の運行条件に基づいて旅行プランを作成する段階と、
    を含む方法。
  3. a)最適パワーの条件を伝達する段階と、
    b)前記最適パワーに従って機関車、機関車編成、及び列車のうちの少なくとも1つを運行する段階と、
    を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
  4. a)最適スロットル設定を伝達する段階と、
    b)前記最適スロットル設定に従って機関車、機関車編成、及び列車のうちの少なくとも1つを自動的に運行する段階と、
    を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
  5. コンピュータプロセッサ及び1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するためのコンピュータソフトウェアコードであって、前記列車の少なくとも1つの運行基準に従って前記列車のロケーション、路線の特性、前記機関車編成の運行条件に基づいて旅行プランを作成するソフトウェアモジュールを含むコンピュータソフトウェアコード。
  6. 列車についての旅行プランが立案された1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するための方法であって、
    前記旅行プランに基づいて前記機関車編成のパワー設定を決定する段階と、
    前記パワー設定で前記機関車編成を運行する段階と、
    前記列車の実速度、前記機関車編成の実パワー設定、及び前記列車ロケーションのうちの少なくとも1つを収集する段階と、
    前記列車の実速度、前記機関車編成の実パワー設定、及び前記列車ロケーションの少なくとも1つを前記パワー設定と比較する段階と、
    を含む方法。
  7. 列車及び機関車編成の少なくとも1つの仮定運行パラメータに基づいて前記列車についての旅行プランが立案された1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するための方法であって、
    列車の運行パラメータ及び機関車運行パラメータの少なくとも1つを推定する段階と、
    推定列車運行パラメータ及び機関車編成運行パラメータを、仮定列車運行パラメータ及び機関車編成の運行パラメータの少なくとも1つに対して比較する段階と、
    を含む方法。
  8. 所要のパラメータに基づいて列車についての旅行プランが立案された1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む列車を運行するための方法であって、
    前記列車及び前記機関車編成の少なくとも1つの運行パラメータを決定する段階と、
    前記決定された運行パラメータに基づいて所要のパラメータを決定する段階と、
    前記決定されたパラメータを運行パラメータと比較する段階と、
    前記決定されたパラメータを運行パラメータと比較して差違が存在する場合には、前記旅行プランを調整する段階と、
    を含む方法。
  9. 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成が1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む鉄道システムを運行するための方法であって、
    a)路線上の前記列車のロケーションを求める段階と、
    b)前記路線の特性を決定する段階と、
    c)前記鉄道システムによる燃料消費を最小にするために、前記鉄道システムのロケーション、路線特性、及び前記機関車編成の運行条件の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記機関車の少なくとも1つについての運転プランを作成する段階と、
    を含む方法。
    3に記載の方法。
  10. 1つ又はそれ以上の機関車編成を有し、各機関車編成は1つ又はそれ以上の機関車を含む鉄道システムを運行するための方法であって、
    a)路線上の前記列車のロケーションを求める段階と、
    b)前記路線の特性を決定する段階と、
    c)前記鉄道システムによる燃料消費を最小にするために、前記機関車編成において推進力制御を行う段階と、
    を含む方法。
