Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Paneel, insbesondere Bodenpaneel, mit einem Kern aus einem Holzwerkstoff, insbesondere aus MDF oder HDF, oder aus einem Holzwerkstoff-Kunststoff-Gemisch und einem auf einer Sichtseite angeordneten Dekor, wobei die Sichtseite an mindestens einer Seitenkante mit einer im Winkel α hierzu verlaufenden Fase versehen ist.
- Ein solches Paneel ist beispielsweise aus der
DE 203 15 676 U1 bekannt. - Bei diesen Paneelen ist das Dekor entweder unmittelbar auf die Oberseite der Paneele aufgedruckt oder auf eine Papierbahn aufgebracht, die zusammen mit einer Kunstharzschicht mit der Sichtseite der Platte verpresst wird. Die Fase wird durch Fräsen der Seitenkante erzeugt. Anschließend wird auf die Fase ein entsprechender Dekorstreifen aufgeklebt oder das Dekor im Transferdruck auf die Sichtseite aufgedruckt. Insbesondere wenn das Bodenpaneel eine Holzoptik aufweist, also das Dekor mit einer Struktur (Farbunterschiede) versehen ist, die der Maserung von Echtholz entspricht, wird vielfach in die Kunstharzschicht, die die Dekorschicht abdeckt, ein Relief eingeprägt, das durch die dadurch entstehenden Vertiefungen bzw. Erhöhungen den Echtholzcharakter unterstreichen soll.
- Gegenüber Echtholzpaneelen bieten diese sogenannten Laminatpaneele den Vorteil, dass sie härter, belastbarer, handlinggerechter, pflegeleichter, variantenreicher und vielseitiger sind. Um die Akzeptanz beim Verbraucher zu erhöhen, wird versucht, die Optik und Haptik des Paneels einem Echtholzpaneel möglichst naturgetreu anzupassen. Durch die an den Seitenkanten gefräste Fase bildet sich zwischen zwei miteinander verbundenen Paneelen eine V-Nut aus, die eine originalgetreue Fugenoptik wiedergibt.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, das bekannte Paneel so fortzubilden, dass die mit den Paneelen ausgelegte Fläche optisch und haptisch weiter an eine aus natürlichen Materialien (Echtholz, Terrakotta, Stein) angenähert wird. Zur Problemlösung zeichnet sich das gattungsgemäße Paneel dadurch aus, dass der Winkel α mindestens einer Fase über die Länge variiert.
- Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird eine unregelmäßig breite Fase erzeugt, die bei miteinander verbundenen Paneelen eine V-Fuge bildet, die durch die unregelmäßige Oberkante eine Altersstruktur nachbildet, wie sie durch jahrelangen Gebrauch entstehenden Abnutzungserscheinungen von Paneelen aus Naturstoffen eintritt.
- Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn auch die Fasen mit einem Dekor versehen sind.
- Vorzugsweise ist in die Oberfläche der Fasen ein Relief eingeprägt, so dass die Optik und Haptik der Fuge an die Oberseite der Platte angepasst ist.
- Das Dekor ist vorzugsweise unmittelbar auf die Sichtseite der Platte und/oder der Fase aufgedruckt. Dadurch wird das Dekorpapier bzw. die für den Transferdruck notwenige Trägerschicht eingespart, wodurch die Herstellkosten reduziert werden. Außerdem kann durch eine solche Ausgestaltung zunächst auf das Aufbringen einer Kunstharzschicht verzichtet werden. Bei herkömmlichen Paneelen sind in die Kunstharzschicht, bei der es sich in der Regel um ein melaminharzgetränktes Papier handelt, Korundpartikel eingebracht, um die Abriebfestigkeit zu erhöhen. Diese Korundpartikel führen zu einem hohen Werkzeugverschleiß. Durch das unmittelbare Aufdrucken des Dekors auf die Platte kann auf die Oberseite der Platte einschließlich der Fase ein Melaminharz ggf. in mehreren Schichten flüssig aufgetragen bzw. aufgesprüht oder aufgefalzt werden, dass nach seinem Aushärten das Relief eingeprägt wird.
- Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des Paneels mit dem unterschiedlichen Fasenwinkel zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Paneel mit seiner Seitenkante an einem oszillierenden Bearbeitungswerkzeug vorbeigeführt wird. Dabei schwingt das Bearbeitungswerkzeug vorzugsweise um eine parallel zur Transportrichtung des Paneels verlaufende Achse.
- Wenn als Bearbeitungswerkzeug ein Laser verwendet wird, erfolgt die Bearbeitung verschleißfrei. Vorteilhaft ist dabei außerdem, dass die Steuerung eines Laser-Schneiders einfach ist und keine Schneidkräfte auf das Paneel wirken.

- Der Kern 3 des Paneels 1 besteht aus einem Holzwerkstoff, insbesondere aus MDF oder HDF, einem Holzwerkstoff-Kunststoff-Gemisch oder einem reinen Kunststoff-Gemisch. Auf seiner Sichtseite ist das Paneel 1 mit einem Dekor 2 versehen. An den gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten I, II weist das Paneel 1 eine Feder 4 bzw. eine hierzu korrespondierende Nut 5 auf. Feder 4 und Nut 5 sind mit Verriegelungsmitteln 6, 7 versehen, über die zwei miteinander verbundene Paneele 1, 1 a, 1 b zueinander verriegelt werden können, so dass sie leimlos verlegt werden können. Solche Paneele werden als Klick-Paneele bezeichnet.
- An den gegenüberliegenden Seitenkanten I, II ist das Paneel 1 mit einer Fase 8, 9 versehen, die über die Länge L des Paneels 1 in unterschiedlichen Winkeln α, (α1, (αi von unter 1° bis 75° ausgeführt ist. Die Größe der Winkel α, (α1, (αi, ändert sich nicht stetig, sondern beliebig, wobei die Größe der Winkel α, α1, (αi, die Länge L1 des Bereiches der Fase 8, 9, die in einen konstanten Winkel (α1 ausgebildeten Bereich iterativ ermittelt werden wird, um eine möglichst naturgetreu "abgenutzte" V-Fuge zu erhalten. Dazu kann beispielsweise die Fuge eines die entsprechenden Verschleißerscheinungen aufweisenden Fußbodens aus Echtholz-Paneelen vermessen und die Winkel und Längen entsprechend übertragen werden.
- Wie Figur 2 erkennen lässt, ist die Breite B der Fasen 8, 9 bzw. die Breite der V-Fuge 19 durch die sich ändernden Winkel α, α1, αi über die Länge L des Paneels 1, 1 a, 1 b unterschiedlich. Die Fasen 8, 9 können plan oder konvex bzw. konkav gewölbt ausgebildet sein. Die Winkel α, α1, αi variieren im Bereich von 15° - 89°. Optisch ansprechende Fugen lassen sich mit Winkeln α zwischen 37° und 42° der Fasen 8, 9 erzeugen.
- Die untere Kante 10, 11 der Fasen 8, 9 verläuft, bezogen auf die Sichtseite, gerade, so dass sichergestellt ist, dass eine dichte Verbindung zweier Paneele 1a, 1b, 1 c gewährleistet ist und über die Stoßfuge keine Feuchtigkeit eindringen kann. Die Fasen 8, 9 sind lackiert bzw. mit einem Melaminharz beschichtet. Das Dekor der Fase 8, 9 ist an das Dekor 2 auf der Sichtseite angepasst.
- Mittels eines auf einem CNC-Support 12 befestigten Laser-Schneidkopfes 13, der mit einem Lichtleiter mit der Strahlquelle verbunden ist, lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Fasengeometrien herstellen.
- Wie Figur 6 verdeutlicht, wird das zu bearbeitende Paneel 1 in einem sogenannten Doppelendprofiler 15 geführt und von diesem in Transportrichtung T transportiert. Dabei kommt das Paneel 1 mit seiner Ober- und/oder seiner Unterseite mit einer kettenförmigen - hier nicht näher dargestellten - Fördereinrichtung in Kontakt, die das Paneel 1 entlang seiner Bewegungsrichtung T fördert. Das Paneel 1 passiert verschiedene Bearbeitungsstationen. In den Bearbeitungsstationen werden die aus dem Förderer 15 überstehenden Seitenkanten des Paneels 1 überwiegend spanend bearbeitet. Beispielsweise werden die Feder 4 und die Nut 6 gefräst. Um die Genauigkeit bei der Bearbeitung zu erhöhen, wird das Paneel 1 zwischen zwei Metallplatten 16, 17 hindurchgeführt und mittels Druckschuhen fixiert. Zum Schluss wird das Paneel 1 an dem Laser 13 vorbeigeführt, der um die parallel zur Transportrichtung T verlaufenden Achse 14 in Richtung S schwingt. Damit die untere Kante 10, 11 der Fasen 8, 9 konstant bleibt, schwingt der CNC-Support 12 je nach Laserschwingung S auf und ab. Die Frequenz der Schwingung des Lasers 13 ist ungleichförmig aber reproduzierbar. In Abhängigkeit vom Winkel, in dem der Laser 13 zur Achse 14 steht, wird der Winkel α am Paneel 1 erzeugt. Der Laserstrahl 18 verdampft das getroffene Material und durchdringt das Paneel 1. Der Reststrahl trifft auf eine spezielle - hier nicht näher dargestellte - Strahlenfalle und wird dort vernichtet.
- Selbstverständlich können anstelle des Lasers 13 auch herkömmliche spanabhebende Bearbeitungswerkzeuge (Fräser, Hobel) eingesetzt werden. Zur Erzeugung der Schwingbewegung des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs kann dieses mit einer Unwucht versehen sein.

Claims (13)
- Paneel, insbesondere Bodenpaneel, mit einem Kern (3) aus einem Holzwerkstoff, insbesondere MDF oder HDF, oder aus einem Holzwerkstoff-Kunststoff-Gemisch und einem auf einer Sichtseite angeordneten Dekor (2), wobei die Sichtseite an mindestens einer Seitenkante (I, II) mit einer im Winkel α hierzu verlaufenden Fase (8, 9) mit einer Länge (L) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel α mindestens einer der Fasen (8, 9) über die Länge (L) variiert.
- Paneel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch die Fase (8, 9) mit einem Dekor versehen ist.
- Paneel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Oberfläche der Fase (8, 9) ein Relief eingeprägt ist.
- Paneel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor auf der Fase (8, 9) mit einer Kunstharzschicht abgedeckt ist und dass das Relief in die Kunstharzschicht eingeprägt ist.
- Paneel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor (2) unmittelbar auf die Sichtseite des Paneels (1, 1a, 1b) und/oder der Fase (8, 9) aufgedruckt ist.
- Paneel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor (2) eine Struktur, insbesondere eine Holzmaserung aufweist.
- Paneel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eingeprägte Relief zu der Struktur korrespondiert.
- Paneel nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenkanten (I, II) eine Fase (8, 9) aufweisen.
- Paneel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Seitenkanten eine Fase (8, 9) aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Paneels nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Paneel (1) mit seiner Seitenkante (I oder II) an einem oszillierenden Bearbeitungswerkzeug (13) vorbeigeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungswerkzeug (13) um eine parallel zur Transportrichtung (T) verlaufende Achse (14) schwingt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungswerkzeug (13) ein Laser ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Erzeugung der Schwingung das Bearbeitungswerkzeug eine Unwucht aufweist.
