驾驶员的门2包括备用模块38,其视需要包括被构造接收手机100在诸如图标32的光学第二输入部件被致动时生成的第二无线信号134的第二接收器40。备用模块38包括控制器或电路装置50,当第二接收器40接收到第二无线信号134时,控制器或电路装置50通过电力线路42将来自备用(第二)电源48的电力供应给电动锁26。或者,闩锁系统5可经构造使得备用模块38不包括接收器40。在这种情况下,如果控制器22接收到信号134并且如果主电源36发生故障,则控制模块22被构造成利用备用电源48的电力致动/解锁锁26。
如下文中进一步详细论述,图1至图7的系统还可被构造成如果使用诸如按键105的输入部件输入授权码(组合),则利用来自备用电源48的电力解锁电动锁26。备用(第二)电源48可包括电池、电容器或其他合适的电源。如下文中的更为详细的论述,即使主(第一)电源36发生故障,备用(第二)电源48提供电动锁26的解锁。甚者,如果需要,备用电源48可以可操作地连接至控制模块22和/或主车辆电池36以为备用电源48充电。
进一步参考图2,控制模块22还可通过线路24A连接至右手前闩锁8A。类似地,控制模块22可通过线路24B连接至右后闩锁8B并且通过线路24C连接至左后闩锁8C。一个或多个内部开关(未示出)可以可操作地连接至控制模块22,由此车辆乘客可致动开关,从而使控制模块22以本领域众所周知的方式将来自电池36的电力分别供应给门闩锁8、8A、8B和8C的电动锁26、26A、26B和26C。
进一步参考图3,在操作期间,可根据步骤52的指示致动手机/智能手机100以生成无线“解锁”命令。在步骤52中,可致动第一输入部件/图标30(图1和2)以生成给控制模块22的第一无线信号136。在步骤54中,控制模块22确定车辆的门的闩锁8-8C的任意锁26-26C是否解锁。如果确实有门解锁,那么在步骤56,用户可移动把手14并开锁门。如果没有门解锁,则用户可致动第二输入32以启动备用模块38,如步骤58所示。或者,在步骤58中,用户可利用按键105输入安全码以此来解锁门。
再次参考图3,备用模块38确定第二无线信号134或按键输入是否被识别。如果备用模块38未识别第二信号134或按键输入,则电动锁26保持锁定,如步骤66所示。如果在步骤60中,备用模块38识别第二无线信号134或按键输入,并且如果备用电源48具有充足电力(步骤68),则备用模块38将来自备用电源48的电力供应给电动锁26,从而在步骤69中解锁驾驶员的门。这允许用户在步骤56通过抓拉把手14开锁门。

值得注目的是,闩锁系统5消除了与传统门锁芯和钥匙相关的成本和复杂性。传统门锁芯可占据车门内的巨大空间,并且针对特定车门,锁芯和相关连杆机构可能需要具体设计。与此相反,备用模块38可包括能够安装在车门2内的多个位置处的紧凑单元。由于备用模块38能够经由电力线路42可操作地连接至闩锁8,因此本发明的闩锁系统5不需要为锁芯专门设计的机械连杆机构。
再次参考图1和图2,将理解,移动电话/手机100可包括“智能手机”、平板电脑、笔记本或其他无线通信装置。移动电话100一般被构造成利用数字无线蜂窝通信(诸如800和/或1900MHz)和诸如WiFi以及等短程无线技术。移动电话100分别与控制模块22和38的接收器28和/或接收器40通信。无线信号134和136可包括从移动电话100传输至接收器28和40的单向信号。或者,接收器28和40可包括收发器,并且无线信号134和136可包括允许移动电话100和接收器28和40之间的双向通信的双向信号。在所示实例中,控制模块22和38各自具有单独的接收器。然而,要了解,单个接收器28可以可操作地连接至控制模块22和控制模块38。要了解,接收器28可与模块22集成,或者,其可安装在单独位置中并可利用导电线路可操作地连接至模块22和/或模块38。
移动电话100可包括触摸屏31和允许用户使移动电话100生成无线解锁命令信号的软件(“应用程序”)。解锁信号可包括唯一安全码,并且控制模块22和/或38可被构造成仅当识别授权解锁信号时解锁门2。基于接收到来自移动电话100的解锁信号,控制器22或控制器38利用来自主车辆电池36或来自备用电源48的电力使电动锁26解锁。如果主电池36正常运作,则闩锁系统5可被构造成利用主车辆电池36解锁电动锁26。如果主电源36未适当运作,则闩锁系统5可被构造成利用备用(第二)电源48。
如图1和图2所示,电动闩锁系统5还可包括用户认证装置,诸如按键105。按键105可包括多个离散输入,诸如板或按钮105A-105E。或者,按键105可包括触摸屏或其他具有一个或多个提供安全码的键入的输入的合适装置。按键105还可包括生物识别装置,诸如指纹读取器、视网膜身份识别装置等。控制器22和/或38可被构造成如果利用按键105的板/按钮105A-105E输入识别信号,诸如具体顺序或组合的输入,则致动电动锁26以解锁闩锁系统5。闩锁系统5可被构造成允许用户提供必须利用按键105键入的唯一安全序列或密码(“PIN”)。
如果移动电话100的电池没电和/或移动电话100的其他故障导致移动电话100无法操作时,用户可使用按键105致动电动锁26以解锁闩锁系统5。
按键105的操作如图6所示。如果手机100的电池没电或如果手机100无法正常运作,则可利用按键105。具体而言,在步骤112中,用户利用按键105输入密码。在步骤114中,系统确定主车辆电源36和/或主控制模块22是否可操作。如果“是”,则系统5(诸如控制模块22)识别密码并利用电源36使电动锁26解锁。接着,用户可接插头为手机充电或远程充电,如步骤118所示。返回参考步骤114,如果主车辆电源36和/或主控制模块22不可操作,则在步骤120中,备用模块38识别利用按键105输入的密码,并利用来自备用电源48的电力解锁电动锁26。一般而言,如果主电源36发生故障或与备用模块38断开时,可利用来自备用电源48的电力操作备用模块38的控制器50。在车辆解锁后,用户可为手机105接插头充电或远程充电,如步骤122所示(诸如通过将充电器连接至车辆的电气系统为手机充电)。
进一步参考图7,闩锁系统5可被构造成监控主车辆电池36的状态,并且如果主车辆电池36发生故障警告用户。具体而言,在步骤124中,主控制模块22和/或备用模块38确定主车辆电池36是否维持充电。如果主车辆电池36适当地维持根据预定标准的电荷,则系统不进行任何操作,如步骤126所示。然而,如果主车辆电池36未维持适当电荷,则可利用车辆1的Wi-Fi和/或接收器28和40(如果接收器28和40被构造成既传输也接收无线信号)向用户的移动电话100发送诸如短信的警报。此外,在步骤128中,如果主车辆电池36未维持适当电荷,则系统还可被构造成在位于车辆1里面的显示屏106(图1)上显示信息。信息可在仪表板上连续或以预定时间间隔显示。如步骤130所示,如果系统包括密钥卡(未示出),系统还可被构造成在显示屏106上周期性(诸如一月一次、一年一次或每两年一次)显示信息,以更换密钥卡中的电池。要了解,可利用图7所示的步骤以周期性间隔(诸如每隔60秒、每小时一次、每24小时一次等)监控主车辆电池36。
除了以上讨论的解锁功能之外,车辆1可被构造成基于从移动电话100接收的信号和/或利用诸如按键105等认证部件或装置输入的授权码允许车辆1的操作。例如,车辆1可被构造成包括无钥匙点火,因而如果接收到来自密钥卡的授权信号,则可操作车辆。如果用户没有密钥卡,或者如果密钥卡出现故障,则用户可利用移动电话100或通过使用按键105解锁电动锁26。此外,当进入车辆1时,用户可利用来自移动电话100的授权信号和/或通过利用按键105输入授权码操作车辆。要了解,位于车辆里面的显示器106可包括允许输入授权码的触摸屏装置,由此用户可利用显示屏106输入密码以允许车辆的操作。
进一步参考图8,根据本发明的另一方面的无钥匙系统150包括电源152,其可包括主电池36和备用电源48,如图1所示。系统150还包括车身控制模块154,其类似于控制模块22(图1)。系统150还包括蜂窝接收器156和蜂窝发射器158。蜂窝接收器156被构造成接收蜂窝无线信号157。蜂窝发射器158被构造成传输无线信号159。蜂窝接收器156和蜂窝发射器158被构造成利用蜂窝无线信号提供通信。例如,接收器156和发射器158可被构造成利用824-896MHz和/或1850-1990MHz无线信号通信。这些蜂窝频段通常分别被称为800MHz至1900MHz频率。因此,本文使用的术语800MHz通常指824-896MHz频段内的信号,而术语1900MHz一般指的是1850-1990MHz范围内的信号。要了解,蜂窝接收器156和蜂窝发射器158可被构造成根据特定地理区域的可能需要,利用各种频率和模式。
系统150还包括短程无线接收器160和短程无线发射器162。发射器162被构造成传输短程无线信号163。短程接收器160和短程发射器162可包括装置或其他不需要通过蜂窝塔通信的无线通信技术。蜂窝接收器156、蜂窝发射器158、短程接收器160和短程发射器162可操作地连接至无线处理器164。短程接收器160被构造成接收无线信号161。要了解,无线处理器164和无线接收器和发射器可集成到车身控制模块154中,或者这些部件可包括单独单元。
系统150还包括可操作地连接至PEPS控制模块168的电容式感测系统166。PEPS控制模块168可操作地连接至车身控制模块154和无线处理器164。电容式感测系统166可包括一个或多个电容式传感器,电容式传感器定位在外部车门把手18(图1)上或可被车辆外部的用户接近的其他位置。电容式感测系统166还可包括定位在诸如车辆后舱口、后行李舱盖或车辆发动机罩的其他车辆部件上的电容式传感器。系统150进一步包括可操作地连接至车身控制模块154的点火开关170。点火开关170可包括按钮或安装在车辆内部中的其他合适的输入部件或装置。如以下更为详细的论述,在使用时,系统150确定是否存在授权移动/智能手机,并且如果检测到授权手机,当车辆按下点火开关170时启动车辆。要了解,点火开关170可被构造成启动传统的内燃发动机,或者可被构造成启动电动或混合动力车辆。因此,本文使用的术语“点火”不一定局限于可燃材料的实际点火,而是一般指机动车辆中的点火/启动功能。
系统150还包括GPS接收器172和GPS发射器174。GPS接收器172被构造成接收无线GPS信号173。GPS发射器174被构造成传输无线GPS信号173。如下文中更为详细的论述,GPS系统可用于确定车辆1和用户手机的位置,从而控制系统150的操作。车身控制模块154和无线处理器164同样可操作地连接至前左闩锁/把手176、前右闩锁/把手177、后左闩锁/把手178和右后闩锁/把手179。

进一步参考图10,智能手机100A和无钥匙系统150可被构造成提供远程密钥卡功能。智能手机100A包括编程(诸如“应用程序”),其使智能手机100A显示对应于远程密钥卡功能/操作,诸如门锁定/解锁、行李舱/舱口锁定/解锁、远程发动机启动、“恐慌”功能(响起车笛)等的一个或多个图标100B-100F。车辆1A包括被构造成利用无线信号194与智能手机100A通信的无钥匙系统150。图10所示的无线信号194可包括以上结合图8至图9论述的无线信号157、159、161、163、173和/或175。然而,无线信号194优选包括由无需通过蜂窝网络通信的合适短程无线通信技术提供的短程无线信号161和163。系统150还可被构造成利用无线蜂窝信号157、159、173和175通过蜂窝塔196与智能手机100A通信。蜂窝信号还可通过连接200与“云”198通信,从而向无钥匙车辆系统150和智能手机100A提供网络连接。
进一步参考图11,当智能手机100A和无钥匙系统150操作用于提供远程密钥卡功能时,第一步骤202包括利用智能手机100A上的软件(提供图标的“应用程序”)发送无线信号。无线信号优选包括短程无线信号163和蜂窝信号159。在步骤204中,如果车身控制模块154接收到来自于智能手机100A的直接信号(诸如无线信号163)时,系统的操作进行至步骤205。在步骤205中,系统150识别来自智能手机100A的信号为授权信号,并且同步到智能手机100A,并处理无线信号。来自手机100A的无线信号可包括门解锁信号、车辆启动信号、“恐慌”信号、闩锁/舱口释放信号或其他“密钥卡”信号(即,具有与由传统无线密钥卡的按钮提供的功能相同或类似的功能的信号)。系统150处理“密钥卡”信号,并根据从智能手机100A接收到的“密钥卡”信号的类型,致动车辆点火以启动发动机,或解锁门,或开锁车辆舱口、或响起车笛。
再次参考步骤204,如果车辆模块154未接收来自智能手机100A的直接(即,短程)无线信号161,则车辆可接收来自云198的无线蜂窝信号157。智能手机100A的应用程序可被构造成使智能手机100A初时传输短程无线信号160和蜂窝信号157,并且系统150做出相应反应,如图11所示。信号157和/或信号161可包括与特定用户和/或车辆相关联的授权码。如果在步骤206中接收蜂窝信号157,则操作继续,如步骤207所示。在步骤207中,无钥匙系统150识别信号157来自于授权智能手机100A,并相应处理信号以提供所需的密钥卡功能(诸如启动车辆、解锁门、解锁闩锁以及响起车笛等)。如果系统150未在步骤206中接收到信号157,则系统不进行任何操作,如步骤208所示。
系统150可被构造成如图12所示地操作。具体而言,在系统150的PEPS操作(也参见图10)期间,用户接近车辆1,将其手放入或靠近把手14,从而使电容式感测系统166生成由控制模块154接收的信号,如步骤210(图12)所示。在步骤211中,PEPS控制模块168向智能手机100A发送无线信号163。在步骤212中,智能手机100A将信号160送回至接收器160和车辆模块154。如步骤213所示,如果车辆模块154识别信号160来自授权智能手机100A,则操作继续,如步骤214所示。在步骤214中,车辆模块154致动电动门锁,解锁车辆,并且还同步到智能手机100A以提供诸如被动发动机启动的附加PEPS功能。例如,如果用户在车辆模块154同步到智能手机100A(如步骤214所示(图12))之后致动点火开关170,则车身控制模块将使车辆发动机启动。如果在步骤213中车辆模块154识别未接收到授权信号,则系统不进行任何操作,如步骤215所示。下面将结合图15和图16更加详细地论述系统的构造/操作的替代版本。
进一步参考图13和图14,如果智能手机100A中的电池没电,智能手机100A不发送或接收无线信号。在这种情况下,用户利用诸如车辆按键105的输入装置输入授权码,如步骤218所示(图14)。如果车辆电池152和车身控制模块154正常运作(步骤219),则系统继续至步骤220并识别利用按键105输入的密码,并且如果检测到授权/识别码则解锁门。在步骤221中,用户通过例如将智能手机100A连接至电源152为智能手机100A充电。在步骤222中,在智能手机100A充分充电之后,系统150同步到智能手机100A,并处理从智能手机100A接收到的短程无线信号161。要了解,在用户已经通过插入线路(电线)直接通信而进入车辆1之后,智能手机100A可以可操作地连接至系统150,因此不需要无线信号161。
再次参考图14,如果在步骤219中车辆电池152和/或车身控制模块154无法正常运作,操作继续至步骤223。在步骤223中,系统150利用来自备用电池48(图1)的电力和备用模块38识别利用按键105输入的密码。接着,系统150利用来自备用电池48的电力解锁车门。然后,在步骤224中,用户为智能手机100A充电。可通过插入“硬”线(电线)等将智能手机100A可操作地连接至备用电池48为智能手机100A充电。在步骤225中,在智能手机100A被充分充电之后,系统150识别来自智能手机100A的无线信号,同步到智能手机100A,并处理该信号。如步骤225所示,系统150接着忽略可从云198接收的蜂窝信号157。如果主电池152未被充电,步骤225可利用来自备用系统38和备用电源48的电力执行。或者,如果主电源152已充电,步骤225可通过车身控制模块154和主电源152执行。
进一步参考图15和图16,系统150可被构造成利用第一/外唤醒区228和第二/内唤醒区230操作。外唤醒区228可包括环绕车辆1A、具有例如约为15至45英尺的半径的圆圈(或其他面积)。内唤醒区230可包括具有距离车辆1A的各门/闩锁例如约5英尺的半径的圆圈(或其他面积)。区域228和/或230的半径可由用户选择/输入。
如下所述,如果智能手机100A朝向车辆移动且系统处于休眠模式时,智能手机100A向车辆系统150发送信号。这将会唤醒车辆Wi-Fi(蜂窝)模块(如果其处于睡眠状态)。而这继而将警告短程发射器162在内区230内发送“挑战信号”。这允许Wi-Fi模块(诸如无线处理器164,图8)在较长的时间段内消耗较少或不消耗电流从而保存能量。一旦智能手机100A通过返回短程无线信号认证短程发射器的挑战信号,Wi-Fi模块就启动或唤醒(打开)PEPS模块168。这允许PEPS模块168在较长时间段内不消耗电流,从而保存能量。PEPS模块168接着等待来自外部门把手14上的系统166的电容式传感器的信号被跳脱(tripped),以向特定门/升降门发送解锁信号。内区230优选地距离各门/升降门约3至5英尺。因此,要了解,车辆1A实际上具有多个分别针对各车门和/或后挡板/舱口的内区230。因此,距离驾驶员门最近的智能手机用户将不允许另一人先打开乘客门。一旦用户打开驾驶员或任意外门,车辆就可经编程(例如,通过用户)为仅解锁该门或所有门。
在步骤232(图16)中,车辆GPS系统连接至智能手机100A的GPS系统。步骤232表示智能手机100A最初位于外唤醒区228外侧的条件。如果智能手机100A在一段时间内位于外区228外部,则无钥匙系统150可被构造成利用(蜂窝)远程无线通信系统继续与智能手机100A通信,如步骤233所示。无钥匙系统150可被构造成进入睡眠或休眠模式以减少电力使用。例如,如果未在预定时间段(诸如5分钟、15分钟、30分钟、1小时等)在预定范围内检测到授权智能手机100A,系统150进入休眠模式。当处于休眠或睡眠模式时,系统150继续从智能手机100A接收和/或向智能手机100A传输无线蜂窝信号。无线蜂窝信号可包括有关智能手机100A的位置的GPS数据。系统150可被构造成利用来自车辆的GPS系统的GPS数据和来自手机的GPS数据,确定智能手机100A相对于车辆的位置。或者,智能手机100A可被构造/编程为确定智能手机100A相对于车辆的相对位置。具体而言,智能手机100A可储存有关车辆1A的位置的GPS数据和/或接收车辆1A的更新的GPS位置数据(例如,如果车辆1A移动),并且智能手机100A可比较车辆GPS位置数据和智能手机100A的GPS位置数据。因此,智能手机100A可确定智能手机100A和车辆1A之间的距离,并确定智能手机100A是否位于区域228和/或230内。智能手机100A可利用距离信息控制/确定是否利用远程/短程无线信号来与接收器156和/或160通信。智能手机100A可被构造(即,编程)成将车辆1A的最新GPS位置储存在智能手机存储器中。智能手机100A还可被构造成通过蜂窝系统196和/或“云”198周期性地向车辆1A发送无线蜂窝信号。这些周期信号可用于唤醒车辆1A的系统150,并且系统150可向智能手机100A发送GPS位置数据。这样,有关车辆1A的位置的GPS数据可在智能手机100A的存储器中周期性地更新。这使得如果当智能手机100A位于遥远位置时车辆1A被拖走或以其他方式移动,智能手机100A能够与车辆1A保持联系。
如步骤234所示,如果智能手机100A确定智能手机100A位于外唤醒区228内,则智能手机100A发送信号(诸如蜂窝无线信号)以唤醒车辆短程无线通信系统(接收器160),如步骤235所示。如步骤236所示,如果系统确定用户已进入内门授权区230,则操作继续至步骤238。如果智能手机100A未进入内唤醒区230,则系统不采取任何进一步动作,如步骤237所示。在步骤238中,如果无钥匙系统150接收授权无线信号161,则操作继续至步骤240。在步骤238中,如果系统150未接收授权无线信号161,则不采取进一步动作,如步骤239所示。
在步骤240中,如果在步骤238中接收授权无线信号161,则系统150唤醒车身控制模块154和PEPS控制模块168,并警告模块授权用户(即,智能手机100A)位于内唤醒区230(图15)内。在步骤241中,系统150确定任意车辆外把手的电容场是否被破坏(即,用户已经抓住车辆把手)。如果用户未抓住把手,则系统不采取任何进一步动作,如步骤243所示。然而,如果电容式传感器检测到用户已经抓住把手,则操作继续至步骤242,并且PEPS控制模块168向车身控制模块154发送信号以解锁特定车门、后挡板和行李舱盖等。要了解,系统150可被构造成直接打开特定门、升降门或行李舱盖以提供更快的响应时间/操作。

Claims (18)
1.一种用于车辆的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,包括:
包括电动锁的车辆闩锁;
具有电容式传感器的外部车辆把手;
包括用户输入部件的无钥匙车辆点火系统;
可操作地连接至所述电动锁的主电源;
备用电源,所述备用电源被构造成在所述主电源不可用时提供电力,以致动和解锁所述电动锁;
外部装置,所述外部装置被构造成允许用户通过授权码进入;
车辆控制和通信系统,所述车辆控制和通信系统包括GPS系统和第一无线发射器和第一无线接收器以及第二无线发射器和第二无线接收器,其中所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器被构造成分别向无线装置传输短程无线信号和接收来自所述无线装置的所述短程无线信号,并且其中,所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成传输和接收至蜂窝电话网络的蜂窝无线信号;

其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成当所述控制和通信系统处于所述休眠模式时,利用所述第二无线发射器接收包括GPS位置数据的所述蜂窝无线信号,并且其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果所述第二无线接收器接收到蜂窝无线唤醒信号,则转换到主动模式,并利用所述第一无线发射器发送短程无线验证信号请求;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号并且如果所述电容式传感器检测到用户的手接合所述外部车辆把手,则解锁所述车辆闩锁;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自所述授权无线移动蜂窝装置的所述授权无线识别信号,则基于接收到来自所述用户输入部件的信号启动所述无钥匙车辆点火系统;
并且其中,如果使用所述外部装置输入授权安全码,则所述控制和通信系统利用来自所述主电源或所述备用电源的电力使所述车辆闩锁解锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成分别传输和接收824-896MHz和/或1850-1990MHz的无线信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;并且
所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果在超过预定时间段的时间段中在所述外区内未检测到授权蜂窝装置,则从所述唤醒模式切换成所述休眠模式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述预定时间段为至少五分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成当移动蜂窝装置位于所述外区外侧时继续接收来自所述移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝信号。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;
如果所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统接收来自无线移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝唤醒信号并切换成所述主动模式,则除非授权无线移动装置位于所述内区内,否则所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统不解锁所述车辆闩锁;
其中,在所述休眠模式中,即使在供电的情况下所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别不发送或接收所述短程无线信号。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统包括限定主动状态和非主动状态的被动进入、被动启动模块;并且
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统包括WiFi模块,所述WiFi模块包括所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器;并且
如果所述第一无线接收器接收到授权短程无线信号,则所述WiFi模块启动所述被动启动模块。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成在不使用蜂窝塔的情况下,直接使用无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收远程无线蜂窝信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统被构造成直接使用所述无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收在800MHz和/或1900MHz频段内的无线信号。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;并且
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统被构造成直接使用位于所述第二边界外侧的无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收在800MHz和/或1900MHz频段内的无线信号。
11.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述外部装置包括多个触摸板。
12.一种用于车辆的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,包括:
包括电动锁的车辆闩锁;
具有电容式传感器的外部车辆把手;
包括用户输入部件的无钥匙车辆点火系统;
可操作地连接至所述电动锁的主电源;
备用电源,所述备用电源被构造成在所述主电源不可用时提供电力,以致动和解锁所述电动锁;
外部识别装置,所述外部识别装置被构造成确定用户是否被授权;
车辆控制和通信系统,所述车辆控制和通信系统包括第一无线发射器和第一无线接收器以及第二无线发射器和第二无线接收器,其中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器被构造成分别向无线装置传输短程无线信号和接收来自所述无线装置的所述短程无线信号,并且其中,所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成传输和接收至蜂窝电话网络的蜂窝无线信号;
其中,所述车辆控制和通信系统被构造成提供休眠模式和唤醒模式,在所述休眠模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别不发送或接收所述短程无线信号,并且在所述唤醒模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别传输和接收所述短程无线信号;
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果所述第二无线接收器接收到蜂窝无线唤醒信号,则从所述休眠模式切换成主动模式,并且利用所述第一无线发射器和所述第二无线发射器中的至少一个发送无线验证信号请求;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号并且如果所述电容式传感器检测到用户的手接合所述外部车辆把手,则解锁所述车辆闩锁;
并且其中,如果所述外部识别装置确定用户被授权,则所述控制和通信系统利用来自所述主电源或所述备用电源的电力使所述车辆闩锁解锁。
13.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号,则基于接收到来自所述用户输入部件的信号,启动所述无钥匙车辆点火系统。
14.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述外部识别装置被构造成允许安全码的手动进入。
15.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆控制和通信系统包括GPS系统;并且
所述第二无线发射器被构造成传输包括有关所述车辆的位置的GPS数据的蜂窝无线信号,由此具有所述GPS系统的无线蜂窝装置可确定所述无线蜂窝装置是否位于所述外区内。
16.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成分别传输和接收824-896MHz和/或1850-1990MHz的无线信号。
17.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成当移动蜂窝装置位于所述外区外侧时,继续接收来自所述移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝信号。
18.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
如果所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统接收来自无线移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝唤醒信号并切换成所述主动模式,则除非授权无线移动装置位于所述内区内,否则所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统不解锁所述车辆闩锁。
