图1至图7所示的无钥匙闩锁系统包括通过导电线路24等可操作地连接至闩锁8上的控制模块22。控制模块22可包括机动车辆1的主控制模块,或者其可包括“专用”门闩锁/锁控制模块。锁26可包括可操作地连接至控制模块22上的电动锁。电动锁26可操作地连接至诸如电池36的主车用电源。诸如手机(“智能手机”)100的移动无线装置可包括提供输入部件,诸如手机100的触摸屏31上的图标30的软件(“应用程序”)。按压/接触图标30使手机100生成由控制模块22的接收器28接收的无线信号136,接着,控制模块22使电动锁26接收来自主(第一)车辆电池36的电力以解锁闩锁8。
驾驶员的门2包括备用模块38,其视需要包括被构造接收手机100在诸如图标32的光学第二输入部件被致动时生成的第二无线信号134的第二接收器40。备用模块38包括控制器或电路装置50,当第二接收器40接收到第二无线信号134时,控制器或电路装置50通过电力线路42将来自备用(第二)电源48的电力供应给电动锁26。或者,闩锁系统5可经构造使得备用模块38不包括接收器40。在这种情况下,如果控制器22接收到信号134并且如果主电源36发生故障,则控制模块22被构造成利用备用电源48的电力致动/解锁锁26。
如下文中进一步详细论述,图1至图7的系统还可被构造成如果使用诸如按键105的输入部件输入授权码(组合),则利用来自备用电源48的电力解锁电动锁26。备用(第二)电源48可包括电池、电容器或其他合适的电源。如下文中的更为详细的论述,即使主(第一)电源36发生故障,备用(第二)电源48提供电动锁26的解锁。甚者,如果需要,备用电源48可以可操作地连接至控制模块22和/或主车辆电池36以为备用电源48充电。

再次参考图3,备用模块38确定第二无线信号134或按键输入是否被识别。如果备用模块38未识别第二信号134或按键输入,则电动锁26保持锁定,如步骤66所示。如果在步骤60中,备用模块38识别第二无线信号134或按键输入,并且如果备用电源48具有充足电力(步骤68),则备用模块38将来自备用电源48的电力供应给电动锁26,从而在步骤69中解锁驾驶员的门。这允许用户在步骤56通过抓拉把手14开锁门。

如果移动电话100的电池没电和/或移动电话100的其他故障导致移动电话100无法操作时,用户可使用按键105致动电动锁26以解锁闩锁系统5。
按键105的操作如图6所示。如果手机100的电池没电或如果手机100无法正常运作,则可利用按键105。具体而言,在步骤112中,用户利用按键105输入密码。在步骤114中,系统确定主车辆电源36和/或主控制模块22是否可操作。如果“是”,则系统5(诸如控制模块22)识别密码并利用电源36使电动锁26解锁。接着,用户可接插头为手机充电或远程充电,如步骤118所示。返回参考步骤114,如果主车辆电源36和/或主控制模块22不可操作,则在步骤120中,备用模块38识别利用按键105输入的密码,并利用来自备用电源48的电力解锁电动锁26。一般而言,如果主电源36发生故障或与备用模块38断开时,可利用来自备用电源48的电力操作备用模块38的控制器50。在车辆解锁后,用户可为手机105接插头充电或远程充电,如步骤122所示(诸如通过将充电器连接至车辆的电气系统为手机充电)。

如下所述,如果智能手机100A朝向车辆移动且系统处于休眠模式时,智能手机100A向车辆系统150发送信号。这将会唤醒车辆Wi-Fi(蜂窝)模块(如果其处于睡眠状态)。而这继而将警告短程发射器162在内区230内发送“挑战信号”。这允许Wi-Fi模块(诸如无线处理器164,图8)在较长的时间段内消耗较少或不消耗电流从而保存能量。一旦智能手机100A通过返回短程无线信号认证短程发射器的挑战信号,Wi-Fi模块就启动或唤醒(打开)PEPS模块168。这允许PEPS模块168在较长时间段内不消耗电流,从而保存能量。PEPS模块168接着等待来自外部门把手14上的系统166的电容式传感器的信号被跳脱(tripped),以向特定门/升降门发送解锁信号。内区230优选地距离各门/升降门约3至5英尺。因此,要了解,车辆1A实际上具有多个分别针对各车门和/或后挡板/舱口的内区230。因此,距离驾驶员门最近的智能手机用户将不允许另一人先打开乘客门。一旦用户打开驾驶员或任意外门,车辆就可经编程(例如,通过用户)为仅解锁该门或所有门。

应了解,前述结构可进行多种变形和修改而不脱离本发明的概念,并且还应了解,这些概念意欲涵盖在以下权利要求之内,除非这些权利要求另有明确说明。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于车辆的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,包括:
包括电动锁的车辆闩锁;
具有电容式传感器的外部车辆把手;
包括用户输入部件的无钥匙车辆点火系统;
可操作地连接至所述电动锁的主电源;
备用电源,所述备用电源被构造成在所述主电源不可用时提供电力,以致动和解锁所述电动锁;
外部装置,所述外部装置被构造成允许用户通过授权码进入;
车辆控制和通信系统,所述车辆控制和通信系统包括GPS系统和第一无线发射器和第一无线接收器以及第二无线发射器和第二无线接收器,其中所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器被构造成分别向无线装置传输短程无线信号和接收来自所述无线装置的所述短程无线信号,并且其中,所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成传输和接收至蜂窝电话网络的蜂窝无线信号;
其中,所述车辆控制和通信系统被构造成提供休眠模式和唤醒模式,在所述休眠模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别不发送或接收所述短程无线信号,并且在所述唤醒模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别传输和接收所述短程无线信号;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成当所述控制和通信系统处于所述休眠模式时,利用所述第二无线发射器接收包括GPS位置数据的所述蜂窝无线信号,并且其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果所述第二无线接收器接收到蜂窝无线唤醒信号,则转换到主动模式,并利用所述第一无线发射器发送短程无线验证信号请求;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号并且如果所述电容式传感器检测到用户的手接合所述外部车辆把手,则解锁所述车辆闩锁;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自所述授权无线移动蜂窝装置的所述授权无线识别信号,则基于接收到来自所述用户输入部件的信号启动所述无钥匙车辆点火系统;
并且其中,如果使用所述外部装置输入授权安全码,则所述控制和通信系统利用来自所述主电源或所述备用电源的电力使所述车辆闩锁解锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成分别传输和接收824-896MHz和/或1850-1990MHz的无线信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;并且
所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果在超过预定时间段的时间段中在所述外区内未检测到授权蜂窝装置,则从所述唤醒模式切换成所述休眠模式。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述预定时间段为至少五分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成当移动蜂窝装置位于所述外区外侧时继续接收来自所述移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝信号。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;
如果所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统接收来自无线移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝唤醒信号并切换成所述主动模式,则除非授权无线移动装置位于所述内区内,否则所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统不解锁所述车辆闩锁;
其中,在所述休眠模式中,即使在供电的情况下所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别不发送或接收所述短程无线信号。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统包括限定主动状态和非主动状态的被动进入、被动启动模块;并且
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统包括WiFi模块,所述WiFi模块包括所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器;并且
如果所述第一无线接收器接收到授权短程无线信号,则所述WiFi模块启动所述被动启动模块。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成在不使用蜂窝塔的情况下,直接使用无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收远程无线蜂窝信号。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统被构造成直接使用所述无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收在800MHz和/或1900MHz频段内的无线信号。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;并且
所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统被构造成直接使用位于所述第二边界外侧的无线移动蜂窝装置传输和接收在800MHz和/或1900MHz频段内的无线信号。
11.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述外部装置包括多个触摸板。
12.一种用于车辆的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,包括:
包括电动锁的车辆闩锁;
具有电容式传感器的外部车辆把手;
包括用户输入部件的无钥匙车辆点火系统;
可操作地连接至所述电动锁的主电源;
备用电源,所述备用电源被构造成在所述主电源不可用时提供电力,以致动和解锁所述电动锁;
外部识别装置,所述外部识别装置被构造成确定用户是否被授权;
车辆控制和通信系统,所述车辆控制和通信系统包括第一无线发射器和第一无线接收器以及第二无线发射器和第二无线接收器,其中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器被构造成分别向无线装置传输短程无线信号和接收来自所述无线装置的所述短程无线信号,并且其中,所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成传输和接收至蜂窝电话网络的蜂窝无线信号;
其中,所述车辆控制和通信系统被构造成提供休眠模式和唤醒模式,在所述休眠模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别不发送或接收所述短程无线信号,并且在所述唤醒模式中,所述第一无线发射器和所述第一无线接收器分别传输和接收所述短程无线信号;
所述车辆闩锁限定内区,所述内区具有围绕所述车辆闩锁延伸的第一边界;所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统限定外区,所述外区具有在距离所述车辆闩锁更大距离处围绕所述第一边界延伸的第二边界;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果所述第二无线接收器接收到蜂窝无线唤醒信号,则从所述休眠模式切换成主动模式,并且利用所述第一无线发射器和所述第二无线发射器中的至少一个发送无线验证信号请求;
其中,所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号并且如果所述电容式传感器检测到用户的手接合所述外部车辆把手,则解锁所述车辆闩锁;
并且其中,如果所述外部识别装置确定用户被授权,则所述控制和通信系统利用来自所述主电源或所述备用电源的电力使所述车辆闩锁解锁。
13.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成如果接收到来自授权无线移动蜂窝装置的授权无线识别信号,则基于接收到来自所述用户输入部件的信号,启动所述无钥匙车辆点火系统。
14.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述外部识别装置被构造成允许安全码的手动进入。
15.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述车辆控制和通信系统包括GPS系统;并且
所述第二无线发射器被构造成传输包括有关所述车辆的位置的GPS数据的蜂窝无线信号,由此具有所述GPS系统的无线蜂窝装置可确定所述无线蜂窝装置是否位于所述外区内。
16.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述第二无线发射器和所述第二无线接收器被构造成分别传输和接收824-896MHz和/或1850-1990MHz的无线信号。
17.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
所述控制和通信系统被构造成当移动蜂窝装置位于所述外区外侧时,继续接收来自所述移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝信号。
18.根据权利要求12所述的无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统,其中:
如果所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统接收来自无线移动蜂窝装置的无线蜂窝唤醒信号并切换成所述主动模式,则除非授权无线移动装置位于所述内区内,否则所述无钥匙进入和无钥匙点火系统不解锁所述车辆闩锁。
