非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统
技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车设计与制造的技术领域,更具体的说,本实用新型涉及一种非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统。
背景技术
在现有技术中,车门上通常没有安装传感器,属于接触型。如图1所示,当车门在电动关闭状态夹到人手时,手给门反作用力,电机转速下降,同时电机回路电流增大,通过检测电流回路电流识别到障碍物,然后电机反向转动一定距离后停止。但此时手已被夹到,没有起到一个防夹功能,只是起到了一个防夹伤功能。一般大人手能承受此疼痛感,如果是小孩手的话,承受不了这么的力,可能会出现夹伤(骨折、流血)情况出现。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统,包括开启开关、电机,以及与所述开启开关输出端连接的控制器,所述控制器的输出端连接所述电机,其特征在于:此外还具有安装在车门上的热释电红外线感应器,而所述热释电红外线感应器感应面上还设置有菲涅尔透镜,所述热释电红外线感应器的输出端连接所述控制器。
其中,所述车门包括背门外边、背门内板和背门护板,并且所述热释电红外线感应器安装在所述背门内板和背门护板之间。
其中,所述背门内板上还设置有背门锁。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所述的非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型的防夹系统能够有效避免人体和车门接触的瞬间受到伤害,尤其避免小孩人体在和车门接触的瞬间受到严重的伤害,本系统是非接触型防夹,无论是成人还是小孩都不会出现人体和车门接触的情况,完全解决了夹到人体的问题,彻底的实现了防夹功能,安全性大大提高。本实用新型的防夹系统适用于电动开启车门系统,尤其对孩子的安全性,本方案大大提高了安全性,并且成本增加的比较少,通用性强,更换及安装操作方便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本实用新型所述的非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统做进一步的阐述,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本实用新型的实用新型构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
实施例1
如图2所示,本实施例所述的非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统,包括开启开关20、电机30,以及与所述开启开关输出端连接的控制器40,所述控制器40的输出端连接所述电机30,此外还具有安装在车门上的热释电红外线感应器50(型号例如可选B300A),而所述热释电红外线感应器50感应面上还设置有菲涅尔透镜60,所述菲涅尔透镜例如其型号为7709-9。而所述热释电红外线感应器50的输出端连接所述控制器40。如图3所示,所述车门包括背门外边11、背门内板12、背门护板13和背门锁14,并且所述热释电红外线感应器50安装在所述背门内板12和背门护板13之间。本实施例的防夹系统的工作原理如图4所示,其是通过红外感应到门运动轨迹内是否有人体存在,如果有则电机停止转动,背门停止关闭工作。此种形式是非接触型,不需要背门接触到人体,就可以判断门洞周边是否有人体,避免人体伤害(尤其小孩)安全性高。与现有技术相比,主要特点如下:安全性高;感应器大小约20mm左右,尺寸比较小,布置范围大;安装及更换方便;零件成本低;通用性强;不仅操作饭不变,而且此形式可以用于电动的其他车门(例如:电动的前后车门)。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,具体实施例只是对本实用新型进行了示例性描述,显然本实用新型具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本实用新型的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统,包括开启开关、电机,以及与所述开启开关输出端连接的控制器,所述控制器的输出端连接所述电机,其特征在于:此外还具有安装在车门上的热释电红外线感应器,而所述热释电红外线感应器感应面上还设置有菲涅尔透镜,所述热释电红外线感应器的输出端连接所述控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统,其特征在于:所述车门包括背门外边、背门内板和背门护板,并且所述热释电红外线感应器安装在所述背门内板和背门护板之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非接触型电动开启车门防夹系统,其特征在于:所述背门内板上还设置有背门锁。
