Abstract
一种车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置,由电压传感器、单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器、车窗控制器、门锁执行机构、车窗执行机构和程控开关组成,单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器和车窗控制器安装在车门中部内,电压传感器的电压检测端连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极经程控开关连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极同时连接在门锁控制器和车窗控制器电源输入电极上,门锁控制器与门锁执行机构相连接,车窗控制器与车窗执行机构相连接。电压传感器的信号输出端连接在单片机的信号输入端,门锁控制器、车窗控制器和程控开关的控制信号输入端连接在单片机的信号输出端。

技术领域
一种车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置。
背景技术
现有车辆的车门锁锁上后,在车辆因进水、碰撞和线路故障等引起断电后不能自动解锁,在紧急情况下会拖延车内人员离开车辆的时间,对车内人员的生命安全造成威胁。现有车辆的电动车窗在车辆断电后就不能打开,而如果车辆掉入水中并断电,往往会因车外的水压和泥沙而造成车门不能打开的情况,此时如果不能打开车窗逃生,车内人员就会有生命危险。
发明内容
为了克服现有车辆的门锁和车窗在断电后不能自动解锁和打开的不足,本实用新型提供一种车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置,该车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置通过其电压传感器实时检测车辆是否断电,如果其检测到车辆断电,即使用自身的电池供电来完成自动打开门锁和车窗的操作。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置由电压传感器、单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器、车窗控制器、门锁执行机构、车窗执行机构和程控开关组成,单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器和车窗控制器安装在车门中部内,电压传感器的电压检测端连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极经程控开关连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极同时连接在门锁控制器和车窗控制器电源输入电极上,门锁控制器与门锁执行机构相连接,车窗控制器与车窗执行机构相连接。
电压传感器的信号输出端连接在单片机的信号输入端,门锁控制器、车窗控制器和程控开关的控制信号输入端连接在单片机的信号输出端。
单片机实时获取电压传感器测得的电压值,当其检测到电压传感器测得的电压值小于设定值时,即向程控开关发出断开可充电电池与车辆蓄电池的连接的控制信号,同时向门锁控制器和车窗控制器发出打开门锁和车窗的控制信号。
本实用新型的有益效果是,在车辆断电后,该车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置可使用自身的电池供电来完成自动打开门锁和车窗的操作,在紧急情况下,可保障车内人员的安全。

具体实施方式
该车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置由电压传感器(1)、单片机(2)、可充电电池、门锁控制器(3)、车窗控制器(4)、门锁执行机构(5)、车窗执行机构(6)和程控开关(7)组成,单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器和车窗控制器安装在车门中部内,电压传感器的电压检测端连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极经程控开关连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极同时连接在门锁控制器和车窗控制器电源输入电极上,门锁控制器与门锁执行机构相连接,车窗控制器与车窗执行机构相连接。
电压传感器的信号输出端连接在单片机的信号输入端,门锁控制器、车窗控制器和程控开关的控制信号输入端连接在单片机的信号输出端。
单片机实时获取电压传感器测得的电压值,当其检测到电压传感器测得的电压值小于设定值时,即向程控开关发出断开可充电电池与车辆蓄电池的连接的控制信号,同时向门锁控制器和车窗控制器发出打开门锁和车窗的控制信号。

Claims (2)
1.一种车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置,由电压传感器、单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器、车窗控制器、门锁执行机构、车窗执行机构和程控开关组成,其特征是:单片机、可充电电池、门锁控制器和车窗控制器安装在车门中部内,电压传感器的电压检测端连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极经程控开关连接在车辆蓄电池的电极上,可充电电池的电极同时连接在门锁控制器和车窗控制器电源输入电极上,门锁控制器与门锁执行机构相连接,车窗控制器与车窗执行机构相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆断电自动解锁开窗装置,其特征是:电压传感器的信号输出端连接在单片机的信号输入端,门锁控制器、车窗控制器和程控开关的控制信号输入端连接在单片机的信号输出端。
