Abstract

"PROCESSO DE EXTRAçãO SEM O USO DE SOLVENTE E LIPìDIOS OBTIDOS". O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para um processo de extração de lipídios de microorganismos, sem o uso de qualquer volume significativo de solvente orgânico não-polar, compreendendo, substancialmente: (a) o lisado de células de microorganismos para a produção de uma mistura celular lisada; (b) o tratamento da mistura celular lisada para produzir uma mistura de fase separada compreendendo uma camada pesada e uma camada leve, onde a referida camada pesada compreende uma solução aquosa e a referida camada leve compreende o referido lipídio; (c) a separação da referida camada pesada da referida camada; e (d) a obtenção do referido lipídio a partir da camada leve; e o lipídio obtido sendo substancialmente derivado de microorganismos com menos que 0,2 ppm de solvente orgânico residual não-polar.
