Abstract

En la presente se proporcionan métodos de cultivo de un microorganismo. El método incluye proporcionar un recipiente que comprenda uno o más microorganismos y medio, donde los microorganismos y el medio forman un volumen inicial. Los microorganismos y el medio se cultivan hasta que el cultivo alcance un indicador umbral, donde cultivar comprende alimentar el cultivo con una o más fuentes de carbono y donde el cultivo se encuentra en un volumen umbral cuando se alcanza el indicador umbral.
