Abstract
La presente invención presenta medios de crecimiento microbiológico de uso general capaces de soportar el crecimiento de microorganismos en las membranas. Los medios contienen digerido de caseína, digerido de frijol de soya, digerido de tejido animal, extracto de levadura, dextrosa, una solución amortiguadora de fosfato, hemina y L-cistina. La invención presenta un medio de crecimiento microbiológico para todo uso que puede apoyar el crecimiento de anaerobios, mohos, esporas dañadas y bacterias aeróbicas en general en mayor medida que otros medios.
