Abstract

APERFEIçOAMENTO EM PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE CAULIM GROSSEIRO COM ELEVADA ALVURA E BAIXA VISCOSIDADE PARA A UTILIZAçãO COMO REVESTIMENTO onde a partir da matéria prima compreendida pela porção grossa de caulim grosso descartada na método para produzir pigmento de caulim de alta performance, ser submetido às etapas de: A) delaminação do rejeito grosseiro; seguido de B) centrifugação do caulim delaminado; sendo em seguida submetido de uma C) separação magnética e seguida de etapas de D) branqueamento químico, E) filtragem e F) secagem do caulim, proporcionando assim um pigmento para revestimento de papel de elevada alvura e baixa viscosidade.
