Abstract
1. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 1, в которой основная часть представляет собой трехконечную звезду, имеющую три плеча, проходящие от центральной части основной части, причем по меньшей мере одно из указанных плеч имеет ширину в области средней точки, которая меньше, чем ширина в области центральной части.3. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой ширина в области средней точки не более примерно 90% от ширины в центральной области.4. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой основная часть содержит кончик, имеющий ширину, которая составляет не более примерно 90% от ширины в области средней точки.5. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой опорная поверхность образует трехконечную звездообразную двухмерную форму, а верхняя поверхность имеет дугообразную трехконечную двухмерную форму.6. Claims (15)
1. Профилированная абразивная частица, содержащая:
основную часть, имеющую длину (l), ширину (w) и высоту (h), причем основная часть содержит опорную торцевую поверхность, верхнюю поверхность и боковую поверхность, проходящую между опорной поверхностью и верхней поверхностью, а указанная опорная поверхность имеет форму сечения, отличающуюся от формы сечения верхней поверхности.
2. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 1, в которой основная часть представляет собой трехконечную звезду, имеющую три плеча, проходящие от центральной части основной части, причем по меньшей мере одно из указанных плеч имеет ширину в области средней точки, которая меньше, чем ширина в области центральной части.
3. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой ширина в области средней точки не более примерно 90% от ширины в центральной области.
4. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой основная часть содержит кончик, имеющий ширину, которая составляет не более примерно 90% от ширины в области средней точки.
5. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой опорная поверхность образует трехконечную звездообразную двухмерную форму, а верхняя поверхность имеет дугообразную трехконечную двухмерную форму.
6. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой трехконечная звезда имеет первое плечо, второе плечо и третье плечо, основная часть дополнительно содержит первую боковую поверхность, проходящую между первым плечом и вторым плечом и между опорной поверхностью и верхней поверхностью, а первая боковая поверхность содержит дугообразный контур и имеет вогнутый контур.
7. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 1, в которой боковая поверхность содержит трещиноватую область, пересекающую по меньшей мере часть края, ограничивающего опорную поверхность.
8. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 2, в которой основная часть имеет коэффициент загибания, составляющий не более примерно 10, причем коэффициент загибания задан как соотношение между самой большой высотой (ht) основной части в одном кончике плеча и минимальной высотой (hi) основной части во внутренней области.
9. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 1, в которой основная часть содержит четырехконечную звезду, имеющую четыре плеча, проходящие от центральной части основной части, причем по меньшей мере одно из указанных плеч имеет ширину в области средней точки, которая меньше, чем ширина в области центральной части.
10. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 9, в которой четырехконечная звезда имеет первое плечо, второе плечо, третье плечо и четвертое плечо, причем первое плечо и третье плечо проходят в противоположных направлениях от центральной части основной части, второе плечо и четвертое плечо проходят в противоположных направлениях относительно друг друга, а второе плечо имеет длину, которая по существу равна длине четвертого плеча, и имеет длину, которая по существу меньше, чем длина первого плеча.
11. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 1, в которой основная часть имеет крестообразную двухмерную форму, имеющую первое плечо, второе плечо, третье плечо и четвертое плечо, которые проходят от центральной части основной части, причем первое плечо имеет ширину в области средней точки, которая по существу равна ширине первого плеча в области центральной части.
12. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 11, в которой первое плечо содержит кончик, ширина которого по существу равна ширине первого плеча в области средней точки.
13. Профилированные абразивные частицы, содержащие:
основную часть, содержащую:
первый слой, имеющий первую длину, и
второй слой, который перекрывает первый слой и имеет длину, которая находится в пределах диапазона между примерно 50% и примерно 90% от длины первого слоя.
14. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 13, в которой первый слой имеет треугольную двухмерную форму.
15. Профилированная абразивная частица по п. 13, в которой второй слой имеет треугольную двухмерную форму.
