Claims (17)
- 베어링 부품의 열처리 방법으로서,JIS 규격 SUJ2를 A1 변태점을 초과하는 침탄질화 처리 온도((T1)로 침탄질화 처리한 후, A1 변태점 미만의 온도로 냉각하고, 그 후, 상기 A1 변태점 이상이며 상기 침탄질화 처리 온도 미만의 담금질 온도(T2)로 재가열하여 담금질을 행하고,상기 담금질 온도의 온도 영역이 790℃ 내지 815℃의 온도 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품의 열처리 방법.
- 삭제
- 상기 제 1 항에 기재된 베어링 부품 열처리 방법이 행하여지고, 오스테나이트 결정 입경이 평균 입경으로 8㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 상기 제 3 항에 기재된 베어링 부품(1, 2, 3)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- JIS 규격 SUJ2로 이루어진 베어링 부품(1, 2, 3)으로서, 침탄질화층을 구비하며, 담금질 조직 및 담금질 템퍼링 조직의 어느 한쪽의 마이크로 조직에 있어서, 그 오스테나이트 결정립이 평균 입경으로 8㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.

- 구름 베어링(10)에 조립되는 베어링 부품으로서,JIS 규격 SUJ2로 이루어지고, 침탄질화 처리층을 가지며, 오스테나이트 결정립의 입도 번호가 10번을 초과하는 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 내륜(2), 외륜(1) 및 전동체(3)를 갖는 구름 베어링(10)에 있어서,상기 내륜, 외륜 및 전동체 중 적어도 어느 하나의 부재가 상기 제 10 항에 기재된 베어링 부품으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 구름 베어링(10)에 조립되는 베어링 부품(1, 2, 3)으로서,침탄질화층을 갖는 JIS 규격 SUJ2를 포함하고, 파괴 응력치가 2650MPa 이상이고, 오스테나이트 결정립의 입도 번호가 10번을 초과하는 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 내륜(2), 외륜(1) 및 전동체(3)를 갖는 구름 베어링(10)에 있어서,상기 내륜, 외륜 및 전동체 중 적어도 어느 하나의 부재가 상기 제 12 항에 기재된 베어링 부품으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
- 구름 베어링에 조립되는 베어링 부품으로서,JIS 규격 SUJ2로 이루어지고, 침탄질화 처리층을 가지며 수소 함유율이 0.5ppm 이하이고, 오스테나이트 결정립의 입도 번호가 10번을 초과하는 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.

- 내륜(2), 외륜(1) 및 전동체(3)를 갖는 구름 베어링(10)에 있어서,상기 내륜, 외륜 및 전동체 중 적어도 어느 하나의 부재가 상기 제 14 항에 기재된 베어링 부품으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구름 베어링.
