Claims (4)
1. (4R) и (4S) диастериозомеры (2S)-2-[2-оксо-4-пропилпирролидинил]бутанамида или их фармацевтически приемлемые соли.
2. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая эффективное количество соединения по п.1 и фармацевтически приемлемый разбавитель или носитель.
3. Способ лечения эпилепсии, эпилептогенеза, апоплексического удара и конвульсий, других неврологических заболеваний, включая биполярные заболевания, манию, депрессию, беспокойство, мигрень, тригеминальную и другую невралгию, хроническую боль, невропатическую боль, церебральную ишемию, сердечную аритмию, миотонию, кокаиновую зависимость, паралич, миоклонию, существенное сотрясение и другие расстройства движения, неонатальный церебральный паралич, амиотрофный латеральный склероз, спастичность, болезнь Паркинсона и другие дегенеративные заболевания, бронхиальной астмы, астматического состояния и аллергического бронхита, астматического синдрома, бронхиальной гиперреактивности и бронхоспастических синдромов также как и аллергического и вазомоторного ринита и риноконъюктивита, включающий введение млекопитающему, нуждающемуся в таком лечении, соединения по п.1.
4. Способ по п.3, при котором болезнь представляет собой эпилепсию, невропатическую боль, биполярные заболевания или мигрень.
