本発明は吸ノ区ｈすに１−Ａするものである。更に詳し

を速くするために種々の試みがなされている。

’ ＶＣなシ、却って吸収速度が遅くなる。吸収性樹脂
を顆粒状に成型すると、顆粒状それ自体が一つの′ママ
コ′になシ、却って吸収速度が遅くなる現象がみられる
。また、吸収性樹脂をリン片状ＶＣすると、吸収速度は
かなシ改善されるがなお不十分であシ、シかもリン片状
にするために工程面からの制約があるので、平衡吸収量
が小さいという欠点がある。さらに、リン片状では必′

水溶液にグリセリンジグリシジルエーテル２．５部を添
加し、混合後バットへ流し込み、′１１０℃の熱風乾ｖ
ＩＡ器中で架橋反応をおこさしめ、乾燥後粉砕、分級し
て６０メツシユパスの粉体Ｆを得た。
イソーダ６４部および水３９８部を混合し、９０℃で２
時間加熱攪拌して均一な水溶液を調整した。次いでこの
水溶液にグリセリンジグリシジルエーテル２．５部を添
加し、混合後バットへ流し込み、′１１０℃の熱風乾ｖ
ＩＡ器中で架橋反応をおこさしめ、乾燥後粉砕、分級し
て６０メツシユパスの粉体Ｆを得た。
２２０℃の熱媒によシ加熱されたパドルドライヤーに粉
体Ｆおよびポリエチレングリコール４００を、粉体２１
００部に対してポリエチレングリコール４００を０．５
部の割合でそれぞれ定量的に連続供給して混合および熱
処理を行ない、吸収剤Ｑ４１を得た。パドルドライヤー
内の平均滞留時間け１０分であった。
体Ｆおよびポリエチレングリコール４００を、粉体２１
００部に対してポリエチレングリコール４００を０．５
部の割合でそれぞれ定量的に連続供給して混合および熱
処理を行ない、吸収剤Ｑ４１を得た。パドルドライヤー
内の平均滞留時間け１０分であった。
吸収剤０４について実施例１と同様に評価した。
結果を牙１表に示す。
比較例 １
実施例１において、アクリル酸塩系単量体水溶液にグリ
９０フ２部を加える他は実施例１と同様にして重合、乾
燥、粉砕を行なった。得られた粉体のＺｏｏメツシュ通
過物をとシ（粉体Ｇ）ステンレス製器にのせ、２００℃
熱風乾燥器甲で１５分間熱処理して比較吸収剤（１１と
した。
９０フ２部を加える他は実施例１と同様にして重合、乾
燥、粉砕を行なった。得られた粉体のＺｏｏメツシュ通
過物をとシ（粉体Ｇ）ステンレス製器にのせ、２００℃
熱風乾燥器甲で１５分間熱処理して比較吸収剤（１１と

粉体Ｇおよび比較吸収剤（１）について実施例１と同様
にして評価した。結果を牙１表に示す・比較例 ２ 弔 実施例１で得られたゲル状含水重合体３−角程度に細か
く切ったものを１００部とり１これにグリセリン０．５
部を加え、よく混合した。この混合物を１８０℃熱風乾
燥器で乾燥したのち掻動きルで粉砕し、１００メツシユ
金網でふるい分けして１００メツシュ通過物を得た（粉
体Ｈ） ｍ粉体Ｈをそのままステンレス製器にとシ、２
００℃熱風乾燥器中で１５分間熱処理して比較吸収斉（
２）とした。

粉体Ｈおよび比較吸収剤偉）について実施例１と同様に

牙１表に示した結果からも明らかなように、本発明の吸
収剤はママコにならず、且つ大きな吸収速度を有してい
る。比較例１および２におけるように、多価アルコール
を単量体水溶液に加えたシあるいは粉体粒子に比べて大
きなゲル状含水重合体に加えても、逆効果になった逆効
果が小さかったシする。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １、 カルボキシル基を翁する眼収件樹脂粉末に多１曲
アルコールを、吸収性罹１脂１００重ｉ部に対して多価
アルコール＞ ｏ、ｏ ０１〜１’Ｏｉ量部の割合で混
合し、９０℃以上の温度で熱処理して得られた吸収剤。 ２、 カルボキシル基を４了する吸１区性樹脂が、アク
リル酸１〜５０モルチとアクリル酸アルカリ金属塩５０
〜９９モル係とからなるアクリル酸廖系卓量体Ｚｏｏ重
量部と架橋性ｊｌ−ｌ−量体０宣５ 上の濃度で水治液共重合してゲル状含水知合体とし、次
いで加熱乾燥して得られたアクリル酸アルカリ金属塩系
ｖ肝体である特許請求の範囲オ１項記載の吸収剤。 ３、粉末が６０メツシユを通過するものの割合が７０ｉ
ｉチ以上の粉末である特許請求の範囲第１項記載の吸収
剤〇
