Description
ここで「シリミド−6F 50/50」と称されるフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサンを、2,2−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパン(6F)、1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−1,1,3,3−テトラメチル−ジシロキサン(BADS)、および4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物(6FDA)から粉末形態で調製した。6F:BADS:6FDAのモル比は、1:1:2であった。
ガラスバイアルを、アミノプロピルシルセスキオキサンの層および実施例1のフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F 50/50)の層で被覆した。
ガラスバイアルを、3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランの層および実施例1のフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F)の層で被覆した。
ガラスバイアルを、1−[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]尿素(「TMSPU」)の層および実施例1のフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F)の層で被覆した。
ここで「シリミド−6F 25/75」と称されるフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサンを、2,2−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパン(6F)、1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−1,1,3,3−テトラメチル−ジシロキサン(BADS)、および4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物(6FDA)から粉末形態で調製した。6F:BADS:6FDAのモル比は、1:3:4であった。
ガラスバイアルを、実施例1のフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F 50/50)の層で被覆した。このシリミド−6Fは、ガラスバイアル上に直接堆積させた(すなわち、中間のカップリング剤層がない)。
ガラスバイアルを、実施例5のフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F 25/75)の層で被覆した。このシリミド−6F 25/75は、ガラスバイアル上に直接堆積させた(すなわち、中間のカップリング剤層がない)。
1単量体部の2,2−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパン(6F)に対して1単量体部の4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物(6FDA)からポリイミドシロキサンを調製した。高分子の調製は、実施例1に記載されたものに類似していた。その後、実施例2に記載されたようにイオン交換されたガラスバイアルを、実施例6に記載された過程と類似の過程で合成した単量体で被覆した。
1単量体部の1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−1,1,3,3−テトラメチル−ジシロキサン(BADS)に対して1単量体部の4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物(6FDA)からポリイミドシロキサンを調製した。高分子の調製は、実施例1に記載されたものに類似していた。その後、実施例2に記載されたようにイオン交換されたガラスバイアルを、実施例6に記載された過程と類似の過程で合成した単量体で被覆した。
混合されたアミノフェニルトリメトキシシラン(「APhTMS」)と3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(「GAPS」)の層、およびポリ(プロメリト酸二無水物−4,4’−オキシジアニリン共重合体)の層でガラスバイアルを被覆した。
ガラスバイアルを、TMSPUの層およびPMDA−ODAの層で被覆した。
ガラスバイアルを、APhTMSとGAPSの層、および実施例1からのフッ素化ポリイミドシロキサン(シリミド−6F 50/50)の層で被覆した。
ガラスバイアルをPMDA−ODAの層で被覆した。このPMDA−ODAは、ガラスバイアル上に直接堆積させた(すなわち、中間のカップリング剤層がない)。PMDA溶液を比較例Aにおける溶液と同様に調製し、比較例Aの過程と同様に、ガラスバイアル上に直接施した。
被覆ガラス物品において、
第一面と該第一面の反対の第二面を有するガラス容器、および
前記ガラス容器の第一面の少なくとも一部に結合した低摩擦コーティングであって、ハロゲン化されており、シロキサン部分を有するポリイミド化学組成物を含む低摩擦コーティング、
を備えた被覆ガラス物品。
前記ポリイミド化学組成物が、フッ素を含むことによってハロゲン化されている、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記ポリイミド化学組成物が、少なくとも
アミン末端シロキサンを含む第1の単量体、
ハロゲン化無水物を含む第2の単量体、および
ハロゲン化アミンを含む第3の単量体、
から形成された共重合体である、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記第1の単量体が1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルジシロキサンである、実施形態3に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記第2の単量体が4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物である、実施形態3に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記第3の単量体が2,2−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンである、実施形態3に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記低摩擦コーティングを有する前記被覆ガラス物品の第一面の前記一部の摩擦係数が約0.7以下である、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記被覆ガラス物品の摩擦係数が、30分に亘る少なくとも約280℃の温度での熱処理後に、約0.7以下に維持される、実施形態7に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記被覆ガラス物品を通る光透過率が、約400nmから約700nmの各波長について、未被覆ガラス容器を通る光透過率の約55%以上である、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記被覆ガラス物品が、30分に亘る少なくとも約280℃の温度での熱処理後に、約400nmから約700nmの各波長について、前記未被覆ガラス容器を通る光透過率の約55%以上の該被覆ガラス物品を通る光透過率を維持する、実施形態9に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記低摩擦コーティングの質量損失が、約10℃/分の昇温速度で150℃から350℃の温度まで加熱されたときに、その質量の約5%未満である、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記第1面が前記ガラス容器の外面である、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記低摩擦コーティングがカップリング剤をさらに含む、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記カップリング剤が尿素官能化シランを含む、実施形態13に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記低摩擦コーティングが、
前記ガラス容器の第一面と直接接触したカップリング剤層であって、前記カップリング剤を含むカップリング剤層、および
前記カップリング剤層と直接接触した高分子層であって、前記ハロゲン化ポリイミドシロキサン化学組成物を含む高分子層、
を含む、実施形態13に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
前記ガラス物品がイオン交換ガラスを含む、実施形態1に記載の被覆ガラス物品。
透明基体を被覆するためのポリイミド化学組成物であって、該ポリイミド化学組成物は、
アミン末端シロキサンを含む第1の単量体、
ハロゲン化芳香族無水物を含む第2の単量体、および
芳香族ハロゲン化アミンを含む第3の単量体、
の重合から形成され、
該ポリイミド化学組成物は、酢酸塩、ケトン、またはその混合物中に、完全にイミド化された形態で可溶性である、ポリイミド化学組成物。
前記ポリイミド化学組成物が、完全にイミド化されており、酢酸塩、ケトン、またはその混合物から選択される溶媒中に溶けている、実施形態17に記載のポリイミド化学組成物。
前記ポリイミド化学組成物が固体である、実施形態17に記載のポリイミド化学組成物。
ガラス物品を被覆する方法において、
ハロゲン化されており、シロキサン部分を有するポリイミド化学組成物を含む低摩擦コーティングを前記ガラス物品の第一面上に堆積させる工程、
を有してなる方法。

- 被覆ガラス物品において、
第一面と該第一面の反対の第二面を有するガラス容器、および
前記ガラス容器の第一面の少なくとも一部に結合した低摩擦コーティングであって、ハロゲン化されており、シロキサン部分を有するポリイミド化学組成物を含む低摩擦コーティング、
を備え、
前記ポリイミド化学組成物が、少なくとも
アミン末端シロキサンを含む第1の単量体、
ハロゲン化無水物を含む第2の単量体、および
ハロゲン化アミンを含む第3の単量体、
から形成されたランダム共重合体である、
被覆ガラス物品。 - 前記ポリイミド化学組成物が、フッ素を含むことによってハロゲン化されている、請求項1記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記第1の単量体が1,3−ビス(3−アミノプロピル)−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルジシロキサンである、請求項1記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記第2の単量体が4,4’−(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピリデン)ジフタル酸無水物である、請求項1記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記第3の単量体が2,2−ビス(4−アミノフェニル)ヘキサフルオロプロパンである、請求項1記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記低摩擦コーティングを有する前記被覆ガラス物品の第一面の前記一部の摩擦係数が約0.7以下である、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記第1面が前記ガラス容器の外面である、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記低摩擦コーティングがカップリング剤をさらに含む、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載の被覆ガラス物品。
- 前記カップリング剤が尿素官能化シランを含む、請求項8記載の被覆ガラス物品。
