Abstract

該切削工具が、ボーリングビット、切り刃インサート、バイトビット、回転バイト、回転バイトインサート、ドリル、ナイフ及びスリッタから選択されたものであることを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記ヒートシンク部分が、圧入、熱嵌め、締結部材、半田付け、鑞付け、接着剤、及びクランピングのうちの少なくとも1つによって、前記本体部分に機械的に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記第一の加工部分のバインダが、コバルト、ニッケル、及び鉄のうちの少なくとも1つを含んでおり、
前記第二の加工部分のバインダが、コバルト、ニッケル、及び鉄のうちの少なくとも1つを含んでいる、ことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記第一の焼結炭化物と第二の焼結炭化物とが、コバルトを含んでいるバインダ内に分散されたタングステン炭化物の硬質粒子を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、前記第一の焼結炭化物が前記第二の焼結炭化物と異なっている、ことを特徴とする切削工具。
- 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、前記ヒートシンク材料が150W/mKより高い熱伝導率を有している、ことを特徴とする切削工具。
- 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記ヒートシンク材料が、銅、アルミニウム、銀、金、シリコンカーバイド、窒化アルミニウム、窒化硼素、アルミニウムシリコンカーバイド、酸化ベリリウム、シリコン−シリコンカーバイド、銅タングステン合金、銅モリブデン炭化物、炭素、ダイヤモンド、グラファイト、及びこれらの2以上の組み合わせから選択された物質を含んでいる、ことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記第一の焼結炭化物と前記第二の焼結炭化物とのうちの少なくとも一方が、焼結炭化物が混成の焼結炭化物からなることを特徴とする、切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記ヒートシンク部分が固体と粉末とのうちの少なくとも一方からなる、ことを特徴とする切削工具。 - 請求項42に記載の切削工具であり、
前記ヒートシンク部分が、
硬質粒子を含んでいる第一の分散相と、
バインダを含み且つ前記硬質粒子が分散された第一の連続相と、
前記ヒートシンク材料を含んでいる第二の連続相と、を含んでいることを特徴とする切削工具。 - シールリングであり、
加工部分であって、バインダと、チタン、クロム、バナジウム、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、モリブデン、ニオビウム、及びタングステンから選択された少なくとも1つの遷移金属の炭化物からなる硬質粒子とを含む焼結炭化物を含んでおり、接触面を構成している第一の面を有している接触部分を備えている、前記加工部分と、
該加工部分を支持しており且つ凹部を備えた内側部分を備えている本体部分と、
前記焼結炭化物の熱伝導率よりも高い熱伝導率を有するヒートシンク材料からなるヒートシンク部分であって、前記加工部分と熱的に連通しており且つ該加工部分から熱を伝導させて逃がすようになされ ており、少なくともその一部分が前記凹部内に配置されている、前記ヒートシンク部分と、
前記接触部分を支持しており且つ凹部を規定している第二の面を備えている本体部分であって、前記第一の面と前記第二の面との間に環状の外壁が延びており、前記第一の面と前記第二の面との間には、環状の内壁も延びており、該環状の内壁は、前記第一の面の開口部と第二の面との間に延びている穴を規定している、前記本体部分と、を含んでいるシールリング。 - シールリングであり、
チタン、クロム、バナジウム、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、モリブデン、ニオビウム及びタングステンから選択された少なくとも1つの遷移金属の炭化物からなる硬質粒子と、コバルト、ニッケル及び鉄のうちの少なくとも1つを含んでいるバインダとを含んでいる焼結炭化物を含む接触部分であって、更に、接触面を含んでいる第一の面を備えている接触部分と、
前記接触部分を支持しており且つ内部に凹部を規定している第二の面を備えており、前記第一の面と第二の面との間に環状の内壁が延びており且つ該内壁は前記第一の面の開口部と第二の面との間に延びている穴を規定している本体部分と、
銅、アルミニウム、銀、金、シリコンカーバイド、窒化アルミニウム、窒化硼素、アルミニウムシリコンカーバイド、酸化ベリリウム、シリコン−シリコンカーバイド、銅タングステン合金、銅モリブデン炭化物、炭素、ダイヤモンド及びグラファイトのうちの少なくとも1つを含んでいる物質を含んでおり、前記焼結炭化物の熱伝導率より高い熱伝導率を有しているヒートシンク部分であって、前記接触部分と熱的に連通しており且つ当該接触部分から熱を伝導させて逃がす前記ヒートシンク部分と、を含んでいるシールリング。 - 圧延機ロールであり、
チタン、クロム、バナジウム、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、タンタル、モリブデン、ニオビウム及びタングステンから選択された少なくとも1つの遷移金属の炭化物からなる硬質粒子と、コバルト、ニッケル及び鉄のうちの少なくとも1つを含んでいるバインダとを含んでいる焼結炭化物を含む接触部分であって、更に、第一の端部及び該第一の端部と反対側の第二の端部と、該第一の端部と第二の端部との間に延びており且つ接触面を備えている環状の外壁とを更に含んでいる前記接触部分と、
当該接触部分を支持しており且つ当該圧延機ロール内を長手方向に延びている穴を規定しており且つ長手方向に沿った凹部を備えている本体部分と、
該本体部分と接触しており且つ銅、アルミニウム、銀、金、シリコンカーバイド、窒化アルミニウム、窒化硼素、アルミニウムシリコンカーバイド、酸化ベリリウム、シリコン−シリコンカーバイド、銅タングステン合金、銅モリブデン炭化物、炭素、ダイヤモンド、及びグラファイト、のうちの少なくとも1つを含んでいる物質を含んでおり、前記焼結炭化物の熱伝導率より高い熱伝導率を有しているヒートシンク部分であって、前記接触部分と熱的に連通しており且つ該接触部分から熱を伝導させて逃がす前記ヒートシンク部分と、を含んでいる圧延機ロール。
