Abstract

앞서 언급된 문제점은, 정교하고 지능적인 라우팅 전략들이 콘택트 센터 내에서의 인터랙션들을 라우팅하는데 바람직하지만, 콘택트 센터 인터랙션들을 라우팅하기 위해 생성된 종래의 체제들은 설계 및 실행하기 어렵고 또한 처리 오버로드들 또는 라우팅 수행에 결함들을 발생시킨다. 따라서 발명자들은 정교하고 지능적인 라우팅을 제공하기 위해 해로울 수 있지만 프로그래밍 에러들, 처리 오버로드들, 또는 결함들에 기여하지 않을 방법으로, 처리 문제점들을 생성하지 않으면서 복잡성을 나타내는 요소들을 찾아내는 라우팅 시스템의 기능 소자들을 생각했었다.

상기 라우팅 전략에서의 상기 링크에 응답하여, 상기 링크와 연관된 비지니스 처리를 실행하기 위한 요청을 상기 제 2 인터페이스를 통해 상기 원격 서버에 전송하고, 상기 비지니스 처리의 실행에서, 상기 원격 서버는 규칙 데이터베이스로부터 하나 이상의 비지니스 규칙들의 룩업을 실행하고 하나 이상의 실행가능한 라우팅 명령들을 출력하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 비지니스 규칙들에 대한 데이터를 처리하도록 구성되고;
상기 원격 서버로부터 상기 WAN을 통해 상기 실행가능한 라우팅 명령들을 수신하고;
