Description
조명범위의 변경 및 전 조명범위로의 전조등(222)의 설정은 전형적으로 서서히 행해진다. 즉, 피 제어차량의 운전자는 정확한 스위칭 시간을 알 수 없기 때문에, 조명범위의 급속한 변이는 운전자를 놀라게 할 가능성이 있다. 로우 빔 전조등에 대응하는 감광된 조명범위로부터 전 조명범위에 복귀하는데에는 1 내지 2초의 변위 시간이 바람직하다. 또한, 이와 같은 조명범위의 완만한 변위에 의해 제어 시스템(40)은 대향 차량 또는 선행 차량에 대하는 잘못된 검출로부터 회복할 수 있다. 영상 취득시간이 약 30 미리 초이기 때문에, 피 제어차량의 운전자가 어떠한 변경도 알아차리지 못하고 정정할 수 있다.

- 제 20 항에 있어서,제어 유닛이 프로세서와, 프로세서에 결합 된 프로세서 실행 코드를 기억하기 위한 메모리 서브시스템을 포함하고, 상기 프로세서 실행 코드가 실행되는 경우, 상기 프로세서로,센서 어레이가 제공하는 전기신호가 표시하는 대향차량 전조등의 위치와 밝기를 시간이 지남에 따라 조사하여 중앙분리대가 고속도로 조명의 작동에 상응하게 된 경우를 결정하고;측정된 중앙 분리대 폭에 응답하여 상기 하나 이상의 차량용 등을 상기 고속도로 조명 모드로 이행시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 피 제어차량의 하나 이상의 차량용 외부등을 제어하기 위한 조명 제어 장치에 있어서,피 제어차량 전방의 영상을 취득하기 위한 영상 시스템으로서, 센서 어레이를 포함하며, 각 센서가 각 센서의 감지한 광 레벨을 나타내는 전기 신호를 발생하는 상기 영상 시스템과;공간적으로 제어되는 가변 감쇠 필터와, 공간적으로 제어되는 반사기와, 공간 광 변조기를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택된 상기 하나 이상의 차량용 외부등에 근접하여 배치되는 하나 이상의 공간적으로 제어되는 장치와;하나 이상의 차량용 외부등 및 하나 이상의 공간적으로 제어되는 장치와 통신하고 또한, 센서 어레이로부터 수신하는 전기신호를 취득하여 전기신호를 처리하여 하나 이상의 공간적으로 제어되는 장치를 제어하고 전기 신호에 응답하여 하나 이상의 차량용 외부등의 조명범위를 변화시키도록 동작할 수 있으며, 또한 하나 이상의 공간적으로 제어되는 장치를 제어하여 차량 광원과 비 차량광원을 구별하도록 동작할 수 있는 제어 유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,감쇠 필터는 액정 장치와 일렉트로크믹 장치 중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,감쇠 필터는 전기신호에 응하여 하나 이상의 외부의 차량 등의 방향을 변경하게 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,센서 어레이는 카메라 내에 통합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,반사기는 금속수소화물의 절환 가능한 거울인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,반사기는 디지털 마이크로거울 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.

- 제 32 항에 있어서,공간 광 변조기를 제어하여 하나 이상의 외부등이 제공하는 조명 패턴에 기여하는 공간 광 변조기의 일부에 방향을 변화한 광을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 제어 장치.
- 피 제어차량의 하나 이상의 전조등을 제어하기 위한 장치에 있어서,피 제어차량 전방의 광 레벨을 검출할 수 있는 센서 어레이와;센서 어레이 및 하나 이상의 전조등과 통신하며, 전조등이 높은 색온도를 가지고 있는 제어 유닛으로서, 센서 어레이가 검출된 광 레벨을 표시하는 데이터를 수신하여 잠재적인 광원을 확인하고, 또한 어레이 센서로부터 방사되어 물체가 반사한 광을 다른 잠재적인 광원과 구별하고 또한 센서 어레이로부터 출력한 광 레벨의 계수로 하여 상기 하나 이상의 전조등의 동작을 제어하도록 동작할 수 있는 상기 제어 유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등 제어 장치.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,색 온도는 3500도 켈빈 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등 제어 장치.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,색 온도는 3700도 켈빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등 제어 장치.
- 제 34 항에 있어서,색 온도는 4500도 켈빈이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전조등 제어 장치.

- 피 제어차량의 하나 이상의 차량용 외부등을 제어하기 위한 제어 장치에 있어서,프로세서와;프로세서에 결합 되어 프로세서 실행 코드를 기억하기 위한 메모리 서브시스템으로서, 프로세서 실행 코드가 실행될 때에, 프로세서로,센서 어레이로부터의 출력에 기초하여, 노면 상의 상기 하나 이상의 차량용 외부등에 관련하는 조도 경사를 측정하고,조명 경사를 기초로 한 감지된 조명범위를 목표의 조명범위와 비교하고,하나 이상의 차량용 전조등을 제어하여 목표의 조명범위를 실현하는 메모리 서브시스템을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 외부등 제어 장치.
- 제 53 항에 있어서,프로세서가 상기 하나 이상의 차량용 외부의 조준 및 휘도의 하나 이상의 제어함으로써 목표의 조명범위를 실현하고 성가신 현광을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 외부등 제어 장치.
- 제 53 항에 있어서,프로세서는 선행차량의 미등의 밝기를 측정하고, 선행차량의 두 개의 미등 사이의 거리를 측정하며, 레이더, 레이저 및 초음파 센서 중 하나에 의해 제공되는 출력 신호를 이용하는 적어도 하나에 의해 선행차량까지의 거리를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 외부등 제어 장치.
- 제 53 항에 있어서,목표 조명 범위가 정수, 피 제어차량의 속도, 주변 광 레벨, 기상조건, 다른 차량이 존재하는 것, 다른 차량이 존재하지 않는 것 및 도로 타입의 하나 이상에 기초하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 외부등 제어 장치.
- 자동차의 전방 조명을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,차량 속도, 차량 진로 변경률, 차륜 각도, 차량 콤파스 방향, 차량 경사도, 차량 위치, 기상 상태 및 주위 광 레벨의 하나 이상을 포함하는 차량입력을 수신하하는 단계와;차량 입력을 기초로 하여 빔 패턴을 결정하는 단계와;영상 센서로부터 자동차에 있어서의 전방 시계의 영상을 수신하는 단계와;수신된 영상을 분석하는 단계와;분석한 영상을 기초하여 비임 패턴을 수정하여 두 개 이상의 빔 패턴을 제공할 수 있는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 조명 제어 방법.
- 제 57 항에 있어서,분석 단계가 대향 차량 광원 혹은 선행차량 광원을 검출하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 조명 제어 방법.
- 제 57 항에 있어서,빔 패턴을 수정하여 검출된 대향 차량 혹은 선행차량으로의 현광을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 조명 제어 방법.
- 제 57 항에 있어서,분석 단계가 도로상의 광 경사를 측정하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 조명 제어 방법.
- 제 57 항에 있어서,도로상의 광 경사를 기반으로 하여 빔 패턴을 수정하고 조명범위를 실현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전방 조명 제어 방법.
