前記照明装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前方車両を検出した場合に、照明装置による配光パターンを前記スプリットビームパターンに切り替えると共に、前記前方車両が前記照明光により照射されないようにスプリットビームパターンのカットオフラインの位置を制御し、
前記制御装置は、前記前方車両を検出しなくなった場合に、前記スプリットビームパターンの遮蔽領域が徐々に小さくなる態様で前記スプリットビームパターンのカットオフラインの位置を制御しつつ前記スプリットビームパターンを維持し、前記遮蔽領域が所定基準以下まで小さくなった段階で、前記スプリットビームパターンから前記ハイビームパターンへと切り替えることを特徴とする、車両配光制御装置が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 車両前方に照明光を照射する照明装置であって、ハイビームパターンと、ロービームパターンと、前記ハイビームパターンにおける一部領域がカットオフラインを境界にして遮蔽されたスプリットビームパターンとの間で配光パターンが切り替わるように制御されると共に、光軸方向が略水平方向で変化するように制御される照明装置と、
前記照明装置を制御する制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前方車両を検出した場合に、照明装置による配光パターンを前記スプリットビームパターンに切り替えると共に、前記前方車両が前記照明光により照射されないようにスプリットビームパターンのカットオフラインの位置を制御し、
前記制御装置は、前記前方車両を検出しなくなった場合に、前記スプリットビームパターンの遮蔽領域が徐々に小さくなる態様で前記スプリットビームパターンのカットオフラインの位置を制御しつつ前記スプリットビームパターンを維持し、前記遮蔽領域が所定基準以下まで小さくなった段階で、前記スプリットビームパターンから前記ハイビームパターンへと切り替えることを特徴とする、車両配光制御装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記前方車両を検出しなくなった場合に、前記スプリットビームパターンの遮蔽領域の水平方向の幅が徐々に小さくなる態様で前記照明装置の光軸方向を変化させる、請求項1に記載の車両配光制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記前方車両を検出しなくなった場合に、前記照明装置の光軸方向を、車両進行方向に適合するように設定される目標方向に向けて変化させる、請求項2に記載の車両配光制御装置。
