Claims (10)
- Paneelelemente (1), die gleichartig und miteinander verbindbar sind, zur Ausbildung eines Fußbodenbelags aus mehreren gleichartigen, miteinander verbindbaren Paneelelementen (1), mit folgenden Merkmalen:zwei erste, als Längsseiten bezeichnete Seiten jedes Paneelelements weisen einerseits eine durch zwei Nutwangen gebildete Nut (2) und andererseits eine Feder (3) auf,die Feder (3) wirkt mit der Nut (2) eines benachbarten, gleichartigen Paneelelements (1) derart zusammen, dass zwei miteinander verbundene Paneelelemente (1) gegen Trennkräfte gesichert sind, welche in beiden senkrecht zur Längsseite der Paneelelemente (1) verlaufenden Achsen wirken,die Feder (3) weist an ihrer Unterseite eine in Längsrichtung der Feder (3) verlaufende Rippe (5) auf,die Nut (2) weist an ihrer Unterseite einen Haltekanal (6) zur Aufnahme der Rippe (5) eines benachbarten Paneelelements (1) auf,die Oberkante (10) der Nut (2) verläuft zur Mündung der Nut (2) hin ansteigend, so dass ein Einführungskanal (11) für die Feder (3) eines schräg zur Verlege-Ebene angesetzten zweiten Paneelelements (1) geschaffen wird,Nut (2) und Feder (3) zweier miteinander verbundener Paneelelemente (1) weisen vier definierte Kontaktstellen (8a, 8b, 8c, 8d) auf,eine erste Kontaktstelle (8a) ist an der Oberseite der Feder selbst und an der oberen Nutwange ausgebildet,eine zweite Kontaktstelle (8b) ist an der Unterseite der Feder selbst und an der unteren Nutwange ausgebildet, undeine dritte Kontaktstelle (8c) ist an der äußeren Seitenwand des Haltekanales (6) ausgebildet,eine vierte Kontaktstelle (8d) ist an einem gerundeten Übergang zwischen dem Haltekanal (6) und der Seitenkante des Paneelelements (1) unter einem Winkel zu der dritten Kontaktstelle (8c) ausgebildet.
- Paneelelemente nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Materialstärke jedes Paneelelements (1) oberhalb der Feder (3) bzw. der Nut (2) wenigstens gleich groß ist wie die Materialstärke des Paneelelements (1) unterhalb der Feder (3) bzw. der Nut (2). - Paneelelemente nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwei benachbarte Paneelelemente (1) oberhalb der Feder (3) eine sich bis zur Oberseite der Paneelelemente (1) erstreckende obere Berührungsfläche (7) aufweisen, wobei oberhalb der Feder (3) und unterhalb der Berührungsfläche (7) eine Ausnehmung (9) zur Aufnahme von Fremdstoffen wie Leim vorgesehen ist. - Paneelelemente nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwei miteinander verbundene Paneelelemente (1) sich sowohl an der oberen Berührungsfläche (7) berühren, welche ein Zusammenschieben der Paneelelemente (1) begrenzt,
als auch mit dem Haltekanal (6) einerseits und der Rippe (5) andererseits, derart, dass diese so gebildete untere Berührungsfläche (4) eine die beiden Paneelelemente (1) trennende Zugbewegung in der Verlege-Ebene des Fußbodens begrenzt,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

zwei zweite, als Stirnseiten bezeichnete Seiten der Paneelelemente (1) mit Haltemitteln wie einerseits mit einer Nut (15) und andererseits mit einer Feder (16) versehen sind, die einen stirnseitigen Verbund zweier benachbarter Paneelelemente (1) bilden. - Paneelelemente nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die stirnseitigen Nuten (15a) und Federn (16a) mittels einer Schiebebewegung der beiden Paneelelemente (1) in der Verlege-Ebene miteinander verbindbar sind. - Paneelelemente nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die stirnseitigen Nuten (15b) und Federn (16b) mittels einer im wesentlichen quer zur Verlege-Ebene erfolgenden Absenkbewegung des einen Paneelelementes (1) auf ein bereits verlegtes Paneelelement (1) miteinander verbindbar sind. - Paneelelemente nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich die an der Längsseite jedes Paneelelementes (1) verlaufende Nut (2) an das rechte Ende der stirnseitigen Nut (15) anschließt.
