Claims (35)
- 적어도 하기를 포함하는 전하 수송막용 조성물:전하 수송성 화합물; 및,하기 일반식 (1), (2) 로 표현되는 화합물들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 이온 화합물:[화학식 1]{상기 일반식 (1), (2) 중:R11 및 R21 은 서로 독립적으로, 각각 탄소 원자를 통해 A1 ~ A2 에 결합되는 유기기를 나타내고;R12, R22 및 R23 은, 서로 독립적으로, 임의의 기를 나타내고; R11 ~ R23 중 이웃하는 2 개 이상의 기가 함께 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있고;A1, A2 는 각각 주기율표 내의 제 3 및 그 이후의 주기에 속하는 원소이고;A1 은 장주기형 주기율표의 제 17 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;A2 는 장주기형 주기율표의 제 16 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;Z1 n1- ~ Z2 n2- 은 서로 독립적으로, 상대 음이온 (counter anion) 을 나타내고;n1 ~ n2 는 서로 독립적으로, 상대 음이온의 이온가를 나타낸다}.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1), (2) 에서, R11, R21 이 서로 독립적으로, 치환되어 있을 수 있는, 알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내는 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1), (2) 에서, R12, R22 및 R23 이 서로 독립적으로, 치환되어 있을 수 있는, 알킬기, 알케닐기, 알키닐기, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내는 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1), (2) 에서, R11 ~ R23 가 서로 독립적으로, 치환되어 있을 수 있는, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내는 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1) 에서, A1 이 브롬 원자 또는 요오드 원자이고, 일반식 (2) 에서, A2 가 셀레늄 원자 또는 황 원자인 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1) 에서, A1 이 요오드 원자인 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (1), (2) 에서, Z1 n1- ~ Z2 n2- 가 서로 독립적으로, 하기 일반식 (4) ~ (6) 중 어느 하나로 표현되는 전하 수송막용 조성물:[화학식 2]{상기 일반식 (4) ~ (6) 중:E1 및 E3 은 서로 독립적으로, 장주기형 주기율표의 제 13 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;E2 는 장주기형 주기율표의 제 15 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;X 는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고;Ar1 ~ Ar4 는 서로 독립적으로, 치환되어 있을 수 있는, 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 복소환기를 나타낸다}.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (4) ~ (6) 에서, Z1 n1- ~ Z2 n2- 가 서로 독립적으로, 하기 일반식 (4') ~ (6') 으로 표현되는 전하 수송막용 조성물:[화학식 3]{상기 일반식 (4') ~ (6') 중:X' 은 불소 원자 또는 염소 원자를 나타내고;Ar11 ~ Ar14 는 서로 독립적으로, 치환되어 있을 수 있는 방향족 탄화수소기 또는 치환되어 있을 수 있는 방향족 복소환기를 나타내고;Ar11 ~ Ar14 중 하나 이상의 기는 1 개 또는 2 개 이상의 불소 원자 또는 염소 원자를 치환기로서 갖는다}.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 수송성 화합물이 방향족 3 차 아민 화합물인 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 3 차 아민 화합물이, 중량평균 분자량 1,000 이상 내지 1,000,000 이하의 고분자 화합물인 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 수송성 화합물 및 상기 이온 화합물을 용해시키는 에테르계 용매 및/또는 에스테르계 용매를 추가로 함유하는 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 유기 전계 발광 장치의 전하 수송층용 재료로서 사용되는 전하 수송막용 조성물.
- 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 애노드 및 캐소드, 및 상기 애노드 및 상기 캐소드 사이에 위치하는 발광층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 장치로서,상기 애노드와 상기 발광층 사이에, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 전하 수송막용 조성물을 사용하여 형성되는 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 수송막용 조성물을 사용하여 형성되는 층에서, 상기 이온 화합물의 함량이 0.1 중량% 이상 내지 50 중량% 이하인 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드와 상기 발광층 사이에 정공 주입층 및/또는 정공 수송층을 추가로 포함하고, 이 때 상기 정공 주입층 및/또는 상기 정공 수송층은, 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 전하 수송막용 조성물을 사용하여 형성되는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 전하 수송막용 조성물을 사용한 층이 습식 코팅법로부터 형성되는 유기 전계 발광 장치.
- 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성된 애노드 및 캐소드, 및 상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이에 위치하는 발광층을 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 장치로서,상기 애노드와 상기 캐소드 사이에, 하기 일반식 (1), (2) 로 표현되는 화합물들로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 이온 화합물을 함유하는 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 장치:[화학식 4]{상기 일반식 (1), (2) 중:R11 및 R21 은 서로 독립적으로, 각각 탄소 원자를 통해 A1 ~ A2 에 결합되는 유기기를 나타내고;R12, R22 및 R23 는 서로 독립적으로, 임의의 기를 나타내고; R11 ~ R23 중 이웃하는 2 개 이상의 기는 함께 결합하여 고리를 형성할 수 있고;A1 ~ A2 은 각각 주기율표 내의 제 3 및 그 이후의 주기에 속하는 원소이고;A1 은 장주기형 주기율표의 제 17 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;A2 는 장주기형 주기율표의 제 16 족에 속하는 원소를 나타내고;Z1 n1- ~ Z2 n2- 은 서로 독립적으로 상대 음이온을 나타내고;n1 ~ n2 은 서로 독립적으로, 상대 음이온의 이온가를 나타낸다}.
- 제 13 항에 정의된 유기 전계 발광 장치의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 전하 수송막용 조성물을 상기 전하 수송성 화합물의 유리전이온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열하여 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 전계 발광 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 전하 수송막용 조성물을 사용하는, 습식 코팅법에 의한 전하 수송막의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 전하 수송막용 조성물을 상기 전하 수송성 화합물의 유리전이온도보다 높은 온도에서 가열하여 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 전하 수송막의 제조 방법.
