Claims (10)
- サスペンション構造であって、
ジンバル形撓み部材、及び
前記撓み部材に取り付けられるモータであって、第1の主要な広範な面、及び、該第1の主要な広範な面とは反対側の第2の主要な広範な面を有しており、該モータが、
前記第1の主要な広範な面の少なくとも一部に沿う第1の端子であって、第1の金属の第1の導電層を含んでいる、第1の端子と、
第2の端子であって、前記第1の金属の第2の導電層を含んでいる、第2の端子と、
前記第1の主要な広範な面と前記第2の主要な広範な面との間に位置付けられる1つ又は複数の層の圧電材料と、
前記第1の主要な広範な面に沿って前記第1の端子に直接的に配置される金属補強材であって、第2の金属の第2の層を含むとともにモータに対してカールするプロファイルを達成するように構成されている、金属補強材と、を含んでおり、
前記1つ又は複数の層の圧電材料が、前記第1の端子及び前記第2の端子にわたる差動信号の印加時に拡張又は収縮の一方又は双方を行うように構成されている、サスペンション構造。 - 前記補強材が前記第1の主要な広範な面の大部分を画定している、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記モータが、第1の長辺、該第1の長辺とは反対側の第2の長辺、第1の端辺、該第1の端辺とは反対側の第2の端辺を更に含んでおり、前記補強材が、前記モータの第1の主要な広範な面にのみ位置付けられているが、前記第2の主要な広範な面、前記第1の長辺、前記第2の長辺、前記第1の端辺及び前記第2の端辺のいずれにも位置付けられていない、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記第1の金属が金であり、前記第2の金属がニッケルである、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記第1の金属が、前記第2の金属よりも高い導電率を有しており、該第2の金属が、前記第1の金属よりも高い弾性率を有している、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記補強材が前記第1の導電層よりも厚い、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記補強材が、前記第1の導電層にのみ取着されているが、前記サスペンション構造の任意の他の構成要素には取着されていない、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記補強材が前記第1の導電層にめっきされている、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記撓み部材が、スライダ取り付け部を有するタングを更に含んでおり、前記モータによって、前記1つ又は複数の層の圧電材料の電気的な作動時に、トラッキング軸を中心に前記タングの回転が生じる、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
- 前記第2の導電層が前記第2の主要な広範な面に位置付けられている、請求項1に記載のサスペンション構造。
