前記光学構成部を少なくとも部分的に囲繞する第2の構成部と、
前記光学構成部を前記少なくとも一つの管腔又は中空サンプルの内部の所定の部位に配置するように作動するように構成された第3の構成部と、を備え、
前記光学構成部は、前記第2の構成部または前記第3の構成部の少なくとも一つによって生じる少なくとも一つの光学的収差を補正するように構成され、
前記作動構成部は、前記部位の近傍に配設され、前記少なくとも一つの管腔または中空サンプルの内部または近傍に位置する、装置。 - 前記少なくとも一つの部分の方向に向けられた前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射の、前記少なくとも一つの部分に対する回転角度または位置の少なくとも一つを決定するように構成された少なくとも一つの第4の構成部をさらに備える、請求項48記載の装置。
