Abstract
Description
本願は、米国特許仮出願第62/027,005号(2014年7月21日出願)、発明の名称「Multi-Focal, Multi-Camera Endoscope Systems」と、米国特許仮出願第62/029,764号(2014年7月28日出願)、発明の名称「Multi-Focal, Multi-Camera Endoscope Systems」とに依存し、優先権を主張する。これらの仮出願の全内容を参照により本明細書に援用する。
Claims (21)
- 体腔の第1画像を生成する第1光学アセンブリと、
体腔の第2画像を生成する第2光学アセンブリと、
体腔の内壁に接触するように構成された第1距離決定部材と、
前記第1光学アセンブリ及び前記第2光学アセンブリのそれぞれに関連付けられる少なくとも1つの照明と、
を備え、
前記第1光学アセンブリは、
第1被写界深度と第1光軸とを有する第1レンズと、
第2被写界深度と第2光軸とを有し、前記第2被写界深度が前記第1被写界深度とは異なる第2レンズと、
を備え、
前記第1レンズは前記第1光軸と交差する第1経路上で第1位置と第2位置との間で移動可能であり、かつ、前記第1経路は第1平面内にあるとともに、前記第2レンズは前記第1光軸と交差する第2経路上で第3位置と第4位置との間で移動可能であり、前記第2経路は前記第1平面と異なる第2平面内にある、内視鏡の先端部分。 - 前記第1光学アセンブリは前方向き光学アセンブリであり、前記第2光学アセンブリは第1側方向き光学アセンブリである、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記先端部分は前記体腔の第3画像を生成する第3光学アセンブリを更に備え、前記第3光学アセンブリは第2側方向き光学アセンブリである、請求項2に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1被写界深度は3ミリメートルから100ミリメートルの間であり、前記第2被写界深度は2ミリメートルから7ミリメートルの間である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1経路は前記第2経路と平行である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1光学アセンブリは前記第1レンズと前記第2レンズとを駆動するように構成された、1つ以上の駆動素子を更に備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1光学アセンブリは少なくとも90°から180°までの視野角を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1レンズは前記第1レンズが前記第1位置にあるときに、イメージセンサの光路に配置されるとともに、前記第1レンズは前記第1レンズが前記第2位置にあるときに、前記光路の外側に配置される請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第2レンズは前記第1レンズよりも大きい倍率を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材は前記第1光学アセンブリの近傍に位置するとともに前記第1光学アセンブリと体腔の内壁との間の距離を固定又は維持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材は前記第2光学アセンブリの近傍に位置するとともに前記第2光学アセンブリと体腔の内壁との間の距離を固定又は維持するように構成される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記先端部分は、前記第2光学アセンブリの近傍に配置されるとともに前記第2光学アセンブリと体腔の内壁との間の距離を固定又は維持するように構成される第2距離決定部材を更に備える、請求項10に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記先端部分は、前記第1距離決定部材とは前記第1光学アセンブリの反対側において前記第1光学アセンブリの近傍に配置される第2距離決定部材を更に備え、前記第2距離決定部材は前記第1光学アセンブリと体腔の内壁との間の距離を固定又は維持するように構成される、請求項10に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材は格納状態から展開状態に移行可能である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記先端部分は、前記第1光学アセンブリの近傍に配置される第3距離決定部材を更に備え、前記第3距離決定部材は前記第1光学アセンブリと体腔の内壁との間の距離を固定又は維持するように構成される、請求項13に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材はリング形状構造であるとともに前記先端部分の周りに周方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材は体腔の内壁から前記第1光学アセンブリの一定の距離を維持するために体腔の内壁に接触するように構成されており、前記一定の距離は前記第1光学アセンブリの倍率又は作動距離と合致する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1距離決定部材は1.5ミリメートルから7ミリメートルまでの距離で前記先端部分の前壁から外側に突出する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記先端部分は、
第1光調整要素と、
第2光調整要素とを更に備え、前記第1光学アセンブリと、前記第1光学アセンブリに関連付けられる前記少なくとも1つの照明とは、前記第1光調整要素と前記第2光調整要素との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。 - 前記第1光調整要素と前記第2光調整要素のそれぞれはランバート反射の表面を有する、請求項19に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
- 前記第1光調整要素と前記第2光調整要素のそれぞれは第1格納状態から第2展開状態に移行可能である、請求項19に記載の内視鏡の先端部分。
