闩锁控制器116可运用来自传感器40的数据来确定是否已经遇到物体。例如,如果控制器116最初致动电动马达24,并且柱塞22开始从图3的缩回位置延伸,但是门遇到阻止柱塞22移动到完全延伸位置(图4)的物体,控制器116可配置成即使柱塞22不能到达图4的完全延伸位置也缩回柱塞22。闩锁控制器116可配置成运用脉宽调制(PWM)控制来向电动马达24提供可变功率,从而控制由电动马达24产生的力和/或柱塞22延伸和/或缩回的速度。控制器116可配置为根据需要增加或减少对电动马达24的电力供应来保持目标速度,而以预定的恒定目标速度移动柱塞22。如果门10遇到需要增加功率以保持柱塞22的速度的物体,则控制器116可配置成如果保持目标速度的功率要求超过预定水平则缩回柱塞22。此外,当门10处于完全闭合位置时,由于门10和门体103之间的积冰或其他物理连接/摩擦/粘合,可能需要较大的力来开始门10的移动。控制器116可在从图3的缩回位置的初始移动期间向电动马达24提供增加的电力,以提供所需的增加的力来初始移动门10。
柱塞22可包括端面23,端面23接触车辆车身103的表面21以将门10从闭合位置(图3)推到第一检验位置(图4)。当门10处于第一检验位置时,在门10的内侧18和车辆车身103之间形成间隙“G”。如图2所示,间隙G优选地足够大以允许用户2将用户2的手4插入到间隙G中。间隙“G”优选地至少约为20mm,更优选地至少约为50mm。通常,间隙“G”可在约20mm至约250mm的范围内。此外,柱塞22的行程大致等于间隙G。由于门10的内部空间17受到限制,所以柱塞22的长度和间隙G的对应尺寸可能受到空间问题的限制。
如上所讨论,除了电动马达24,动力门推进器机构20可包括电磁线圈或其他动力机构。此外,应当理解,柱塞22可以具有其他配置,并且本发明不限于上面示出和描述的特定的线性柱塞配置。
进一步参考图5至图7,门10包括门结构102,其可运用铰链104A和104B以已知方式可移动地安装到车辆结构103。动力闩锁106可操作地连接到闩锁控制器116。控制器116可包括作为动力闩锁106的一部分的单独控制模块,并且车辆1可包括在车辆1的每个门处的动力闩锁106。门10还可包括内部开锁输入部件,例如可操作地连接到控制器116的内部开锁开关112、以及也可操作地连接到控制器116的外部开锁开关113。内部开锁开关112设置在门10的内侧,在此处其可以从车辆内部接近,并且外部开锁开关113设置在门10的外侧,并且当门10关闭时,可以从车辆1的外部接近。
为了离开车辆1,用户2致动内部开锁开关112或外部开锁开关113以对控制器8产生开锁请求。如果闩锁106开锁和/或存在某些预定操作界限或条件,则控制器116产生信号,使得在启动内部开锁开关112时开锁动力闩锁106。门10还可包括解锁输入部件,例如安装到门10的内侧的解锁开关114。解锁开关114可操作地连接到控制器116。控制器116可配置成存储可以通过致动解锁开关114改变的门或闩锁锁定或解锁状态。
为了进入车辆1,用户2运用无线设备6向控制器116传输安全码,然后致动外部开锁开关113。下面结合图8更详细地讨论用于进入车辆1的动力门推进器20的操作。
控制器116可配置(例如,编程)成如果控制器116确定动力闩锁106处于锁定状态,则拒绝通过致动内部开锁开关112或外部开锁开关113产生的开锁请求。控制器116优选地是可编程控制器,其可配置为根据编程控制器116的预定操作逻辑开锁动力闩锁106。然而,控制器116可包括配置成提供期望的操作逻辑的电路和部件。如本文所使用,术语“控制器”可指代经设置用于提供所需控制的一个或多个处理器、电路、电子设备以及其他这样的部件和系统。

诸如电动马达192的动力致动器可以可操作地连接到棘爪186,从而将棘爪186旋转到脱离或开锁位置186A。控制器116可以通过使动力致动器192将棘爪186从闭锁或接合位置186B旋转到开锁构造或位置186A,将动力闩锁106开锁到开锁构造或状态。然而,应当理解,如图6所示,可运用各种类型的动力闩锁,并且动力闩锁106无需包括卡爪180和动力棘爪186。例如,动力致动器192可以运用除棘爪186之外的机械设备与卡爪180可操作地互连,从而将动力闩锁106在闭锁状态和开锁状态之间移动。通常,如果动力闩锁106处于开锁状态,则车辆门10可以拉开,但是当动力闩锁106处于闭锁状态或构造时,动力闩锁106将车辆门10保持在闭合位置。
进一步参考图7,闩锁系统125可包括驾驶员侧前部动力闩锁106A、乘客侧前部动力闩锁106B、驾驶员侧后部动力闩锁106C和后乘客侧动力闩锁106D。动力闩锁106A至106D配置成选择性地将对应的车辆1的驾驶员和乘客前后门保持在闭合位置。每个动力闩锁106A至106D可分别包括控制器116A至116D,其连接到包括网线118A至118D在内的中速数据网络118。控制器116A至116D优选地是可编程控制器,但是可包括配置成提供期望的操作逻辑的电路。数据网络118可包括根据已知行业标准操作的中速控制器局域网(“MS-CAN”)。数据网络118提供控制器116A至116D与数字逻辑控制器(“DLC”)网关120之间的数据连通。DLC网关120可操作地连接到第一数据网络122和第二数据网络124。第一数据网络122可包括第一高速控制器局域网(“HS1-CAN”),并且第二数据网络124可包括第二高速控制器局域网(“HS2-CAN”)。数据网络122和124可根据已知的行业标准进行操作。第一数据网络122连接到仪表板组(“IPC”)126、约束件控制模块(“RCM”)128和动力传动系统控制模块(“PCM”)130。RCM 128运用来自加速度传感器的数据确定是否发生了碰撞事件。RCM 128可配置成在检测到碰撞时部署乘客约束件和/或关闭车辆在通风口中的燃料供应。RCM 128可配置成如果发生碰撞,则产生紧急通知系统(“ENS”)信号。ENS信号可通过数据网络122和124中的一个或两个(优选地为两者)传输。RCM还优选地通过电线(未示出)直接(“硬接线”)连接到每个动力闩锁106A至106D,使得即使数据网络122和124不可操作,动力闩锁106A至106D也接收ENS信号。第一高速数据网络122还可连接到显示屏132,显示屏132可位于车辆内部以向车辆乘员提供视觉显示。第二高速数据网络124可操作地连接到防抱死制动器(“ABS”)模块134,模块134包括测量车辆速度的传感器。
系统125还包括连接到第一高速数据网络122的车身控制模块(“BCM”)140。车身控制模块140还通过数据线136A至136D可操作地连接到动力闩锁106A至106D。控制器116A至116D还可分别通过诸如电线156A至156D的电导体直接连接(“硬接线”)到控制模块140。电线156A至156D可在控制器116A至116D和控制器140之间提供冗余数据连接,或者电线156A至156D可包括控制器116A至116D和控制器140之间的唯一数据连接。控制模块140还可以可操作地互连到传感器(未示出),如果车辆门半开,则传感器给控制模块140发信号。控制模块140还连接到诸如电池148的主车辆电源。每个动力闩锁106A至106D可通过连接器150A至150D连接到主车辆电源148。动力闩锁106A至106D还可包括备用电源152,其可以用于在主车辆电源(“VPWR”)148的电力供应中断或丢失的情况下致动动力致动器192。备用电源152A至152D可包括电容器、电池或其它电能存储设备。通常,备用电源152A至152D存储足够的电能以提供控制器116A至116D的临时操作,并且多次致动动力致动器192,以允许在主电源/电池148故障或断开连接的情况下开锁车辆门。
每个动力闩锁106A至106D还分别可操作地连接到提供用户输入(开锁请求)的两极(例如,两极常开或一极常开和一极常闭)内部开锁开关112A至112D。动力闩锁106A至106D还分别可操作地连接到外部开锁开关154A至154D。控制器116A至116D还可操作地连接到解锁开关114(图4)。控制器116A至116D可配置成存储锁状态(“锁定”或“解锁”),并且运用锁状态控制动力闩锁106A至106D。
进一步参考图8,闩锁控制器116(或主车辆控制器140)可配置成根据程序48进行操作以允许车辆进入。在50处开始之后,在步骤52,控制器116确定是否已经接收到解锁请求(例如,无线设备6的无线安全码)。如果没有接收到解锁请求,则控制器116不做任何操作,如步骤54所示。如果在步骤52接收到解锁请求,则在步骤56,控制器116解锁动力闩锁56。应当理解,控制器116可具有存储的“锁定”和“解锁”状态,使得解锁步骤56可包括改变控制器116中的电(存储器)状态或“标记”。此外,应当理解,闩锁控制器116可配置成在解锁动力闩锁106之前需要接收特定的授权/识别(例如,由无线设备6无线传输的唯一的安全码)。
如果在58处接收到开锁请求,则程序继续到步骤62,并且开锁动力闩锁106(例如,致动电动马达192(图6))。如果在步骤58没有接收到开锁请求,则控制器58不采取进一步的行动。在步骤62之后,在步骤64,控制器116通过致动电动马达24致动动力门推进器机构,并且控制器116监测柱塞22的电流和位置。然后,程序继续到步骤66,并且控制器116根据需要调整脉宽调制(PWM)。如果可以,控制器116可配置成将柱塞22保持在目标速度。然而,应当理解,控制器116可配置为根据其他预定标准运用PWM(或其他合适的方式)控制柱塞22。
如步骤68所示,如果柱塞在到达完全延伸位置之前停止,则如在步骤70所示,控制器116缩回柱塞。如果柱塞22到达完全延伸位置(步骤72),则控制器116缩回柱塞22。
应当理解,在不脱离本发明的概念的情况下,可以对前述结构进行多种改变和修改,并且进一步应当理解,旨在通过以下权利要求涵盖这些概念,除非这些权利要求另有明确说明。
Claims (20)
1.一种装置,包括:
车辆门,所述车辆门具有构造成可枢转地安装至车辆车身结构的第一侧边缘部分以及与所述第一侧边缘部分相对的第二侧边缘部分;无把手车辆门包括动力闩锁机构,所述动力闩锁机构具有第一电动致动器,所述第一电动致动器可致动以开锁所述闩锁机构,以允许所述车辆门打开;并且其中,所述车辆门包括没有外部门把手的外侧;
动力门推进器机构,所述动力门推进器机构包括柱塞和第二电动致动器,所述第二电动致动器可致动以将所述柱塞在缩回位置和延伸位置之间移动;
控制器,所述控制器配置成:
致动所述第一电动致动器以开锁所述闩锁机构;
第一次致动所述第二电动致动器以将所述柱塞从所述缩回位置移动到所述延伸位置,以打开所述车辆门;以及
当所述门打开时第二次致动所述第二电动致动器以将所述柱塞从所述延伸位置移动到所述缩回位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:
所述动力门推进器机构包括基部和传感器,所述传感器测量所述柱塞相对于所述基部的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:
所述控制器配置成当第一次致动所述第二电动致动器时,如果所述柱塞未到达所述延伸位置,则致动所述第二电动致动器以缩回所述柱塞。
4.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中:
所述控制器配置成控制由电动马达产生的力。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中:
所述控制器配置成:
当所述柱塞从所述缩回位置移动到所述延伸位置时确定所述柱塞的速度;以及
调节由所述电动马达产生的力以保持预定目标速度。
6.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中:
所述控制器配置成当所述柱塞处于所述缩回位置时致动所述第二电动致动器以提供初始力,并且当所述柱塞移动远离所述缩回位置时致动所述第二电动致动器以提供小于所述初始力的力。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:
所述第二电动致动器包括电动马达。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中:
所述控制器配置成运用脉宽调制(PWM)控制所述电动马达。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,包括:
动力窗,所述动力窗包括窗玻璃和第三电动致动器,所述第三电动致动器升高和降低所述窗;并且其中:
所述控制器配置成在致动所述第二电动致动器以打开所述门之前致动所述第三电动致动器以降低所述窗玻璃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:
所述柱塞在所述缩回位置和所述延伸位置之间线性移动。
11.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:
所述门包括与所述外侧相对的内侧;
所述动力门推进器机构包括固定至所述门的基部,并且当所述柱塞处于所述延伸位置时,所述柱塞从所述门的所述内侧突出。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中:
所述动力门推进器机构的所述基部邻近所述门的所述第二侧边缘部分固定至所述门。
13.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中:
所述门包括在所述外侧上的开锁传感器;
所述控制器配置成在从所述开锁传感器接收到开锁信号时致动所述第一电动致动器和所述第二电动致动器。
14.一种车辆,包括:
车身;
门,所述门可移动地安装至所述车身并且具有动力闩锁和电动致动器,所述电动致动器将柱塞从所述门的内侧延伸和缩回;
控制器,所述控制器开锁所述动力闩锁并且致动所述电动致动器,使得所述柱塞接触所述车身并且将所述门推开,随后致动所述电动致动器以缩回所述柱塞。
15.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中:
所述门可旋转地安装至所述车身。
16.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中:
所述门包括外侧边缘,当所述柱塞延伸时,所述外侧边缘与所述车身间隔开约20mm至250mm以限定间隙,由此用户可将一部分手插入到所述间隙中以拉开所述门。
17.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中:
所述控制器配置成致动所述电动致动器以在必要时提供增大的力以移动所述门。
18.根据权利要求17所述的车辆,其中:
所述柱塞可在缩回位置和完全延伸位置之间移动;并且
所述控制器配置成如果所述柱塞上的负载超过预定最大值,则致动所述电动致动器并且在所述柱塞到达所述完全延伸位置之前缩回所述柱塞。
19.根据权利要求14所述的车辆,其中:
所述门不具有当所述门关闭时可接近的外部把手,使得所述柱塞必须延伸以至少部分地打开所述门,以使用户能够抓握所述门的边缘。
20.一种在不抓握车辆的外部把手的情况下将车辆门从所述车辆的外侧打开的方法,所述方法包括:
使动力门闩锁解锁并且开锁;
使所述门上的电动致动器致动并且将柱塞从所述门的内侧延伸,使得所述柱塞推动所述车辆的车身并且部分地打开所述门,以在所述门的边缘和所述车辆的所述车身之间形成间隙;
将一部分手插入所述间隙中并且拉动所述门以使所述门进一步移动打开;
使所述门上的所述电动致动器致动并且在所述门打开时缩回所述柱塞。
