- 모체(parent) Fc 폴리펩타이드의 Fc 부위(region) 내에 적어도 하나의 아미노산 변형(modification)을 포함하는 Fc 변이체(variant) 부분을 포함하는 항체에 있어서,상기 Fc 변이체가 상기 모체 Fc 폴리펩타이드에 비하여 FcγR에 대한 결합을 조절하는 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조절이 상기 FcγR에 대한 상기 항체의 친화성(affinity)에 있어서의 증가인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 Fc 변이체 부분이, 234, 235, 239, 240, 241, 243, 244, 245, 247, 262, 263, 264, 265, 266, 267, 269, 296, 297, 298, 299, 313, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330, 332, 333, 및 334로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 인간 서열의 위치에 해당하는 위치에 적어도 하나의 치환(substitution)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항체.

- 제49항에 있어서,상기 FcγR이 FcγRIIIa인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체.
- 제48항에 있어서,상기 개선된 결합 친화성이 상기 모체 Fc 폴리펩타이드의 글라이코실화된(glycosylated) 형태의 0.4배 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 항체.
