Abstract

비디오카메라를 구비한 정보통신단말장치, 특히 휴대에 편리하고 여러개의 기능을 구비한 정보통신단말장치에 관한 것으로서, 현상의 휴대통신단말은 휴대전화기에 비해 부피가 크고 휴대전화기와 같이 포켓에 넣을 수 있는 사이즈의 것은 아니므로 휴행에 불편하다는 문제점을 해소하기 위해서, 상부케이스 및 하부케이스에 각각 마련한 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부, 비디오카메라를 내부에 수납하는 수납체 및, 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부와 수납체를 동일 회전축상에 서로 회전운동이 가능하게 지지하는 지지기구를 구비하고, 수납체의 주위에 회전가능하게 부착된 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부는 열었을 때에는 수납체를 사이에 두고 대향함과 동시에 닫혔을 때에는 서로 중첩되도록 구성하였다.
이렇게 구성하는 것에 의해서, 소형이고 휴대에 적합하면서 화상을 보다 크게 표시할 수 있어 보기 쉽게 되고, 또 터치조작형의 조작버튼을 보다 많이 설정할 수 있어 다기능화가 가능하게 된다.

Description

정보통신단말장치
본 발명은 비디오카메라를 구비한 정보통신단말장치, 특히 휴대에 편리하고 여러개의 기능을 구비한 정보통신단말장치에 관한 것이다.
휴대형의 개인용으로서의 정보통신단말장치로서 근래, 휴행(携行)지에서 송수화가 가능한 휴대전화기가 급속하게 보급되고 있다. 이것은 전화기를 소형으로 해서 휴대가 편리하도록 하고, 상대방과의 사이에서 음성을 무선에 의해 통신할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 텔레비젼전화시스템과 같이 화상데이타를 송수신할 수 있는 기능을 갖는 것은 아니다.
또, 다른 휴대형의 정보통신단말장치로서, 휴대단말(PDA)가 알려져 있고, 이것은 화상데이타의 송수신기능을 갖는 것이 있고, 화상데이타의 송수신을 가능하게 하고 있다. 또, 현재의 휴대단말은 휴대전화기와 접속해서 사용하는 것을 전제로 하고 있는 것이 주류로서, 휴대단말을 휴대전화기와 함께 휴행하는 것에 의해 당연히 송수화가 가능하다.
그러나, 상기한 종래의 휴대단말은 출장지에서의 데이타수집, 처리, 송수신을 실행하는 것을 주목적으로 하고 있고, 텔레비젼전화시스템과 같이 비디오카메라를 구비하고, 이 비디오카메라의 출력화상을 송수신하거나 하는 것은 아니다. 또, 상기와 같이 휴대전화기와 연휴(連携)시켜서 화상통신과 전화기로서의 기능을 갖게 할 수도 있지만, 대화하고 있는 상대방의 얼굴을 확인할 수가 없다. 또, 현상의 휴대통신단말은 휴대전화기에 비해 부피가 크고, 휴대전화기와 같이 포켓에 넣을 수 있는 사이즈의 것은 아니므로 휴행에 불편하다.
또, 휴대단말과 휴대전화기를 접속해서 사용하는 구성인 경우에는 휴대단말과 휴대전화기를 가지고 다니지 않으면 안되므로 한층 휴행에는 불편하다.
본 발명의 목적은 이러한 문제를 해소하고 휴대성이 우수하며, 동화상도 취급할 수 있고 다기능을 실현한 정보통신단말장치를 제공하는 것이다.

상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 제1 표시/조작부와 제2 표시/조작부가 동일 회전축에 회전운동이 가능하게 부착되고, 상기 회전축내에 비디오카메라가 마련된 구성으로 한다.
또, 본 발명은 기록모드, 송수신모드 및 정보취득모드를 선택가능하게 한 모드선택버튼을 구비하고, 기록모드를 선택했을 때에는 제1 표시/조작부에 비디오카메라가 촬영하는 영상을, 제2 표시/조작부에 화상기억수단에 기억한 화상을 각각 표시하고, 송수신모드를 선택했을 때에는 송신상대방이 음성만의 전화기일 때, 제1 표시/조작부에 상대방의 명칭, 전화번호 등의 문자정보를, 제2 표시/조작부에 다이얼 등의 조작수단을 터치패널의 기능에 의해 각각 표시하고, 송신상대방이 텔레비젼전화기일 때, 제1 표시/조작부에 비디오카메라에 의해 촬영되는 화상과 상대방의 화상을 표시해서 제2 표시/조작부를 문자, 도형데이타의 입력부로 하고, 정보취득모드를 선택했을 때에는 제2 표시/조작부에 정보서비스의 메뉴를, 제1 표시/조작부에 이 메뉴에서 선택된 서비스의 정보내용을 각각 표시한다.
이하, 본 발명의 실시예를 도면을 사용해서 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 의한 정보통신단말장치의 1실시예를 도시한 구성도로서, 도 1의 (a)는 정면도, 도 1의 (b)는 우측면도, 도 1의 (c)는 좌측면도이다. 단말장치는 상부케이스(1), 하부케이스(2), 연결부(3), 표시/조작부(4), (5), 회전축지지부(6), 회전축(7), 수납체(8), 카메라렌즈(9), 안테나(10), 전원버튼(11), 이어폰잭(12), 마이크로폰(13)을 구비하고 있다.
2개의 표시/조작부(4), (5)와 비디오카메라를 내부에 수납하는 수납체(8)은 회전지지기구에 의해 동일 회전축상에 서로 회전운동이 가능하게 지지되고, 수납체(8)의 주위에 회전가능하게 부착된 표시/조작부(4), (5)는 열었을 때에는 수납체(8)을 사이에 두고 대향함과 동시에 닫았을 때에는 서로 중첩되도록 구성되어 있다.
즉, 상부케이스(1)에 마련된 회전축(7)과 하부케이스(2)에 마련된 회전축지지부(6)에 의해서 힌지가 구성되어 있고, 상부케이스(1)과 하부케이스(2)가 노트와 같이 닫거나 열 수 있도록 하고 있다. 또, 이 회전축지지부(6)에는 또 회전축(7)과는 반대측에서 수납체(8)에 회전가능하게 부착되어 있고, 이 수납체(8)내에 박형의 비디오카메라나 비디오카메라의 출력을 처리하는 회로를 탑재한 회로기판 등이 수납되고, 또 그 일부에 구멍이 마련되고 그곳에 카메라렌즈(9)가 부착되어 있다. 따라서, 수납체(8)에서 외부로 돌출하는 부품은 없다.
또, 상부케이스(1)에는 표시/조작부(4)가, 하부케이스(2)에는 표시/조작부(5)가 각각 마련되어 있고, 이들 표시/조작부(4), (5)는 액정표시면에 터치패널이 중첩된 구성을 이루고, 이들 표시/조작부(4), (5)에서 비디오카메라의 촬상화상 등의 표시나 조작버튼을 나타내는 화상의 표시가 실행된다.
상부케이스(1)의 이면에는 잡아 늘였을 때에 그 상변에서 돌출하도록 송수신용 안테나(10)이 마련되어 있고, 또 이 상부케이스(1)의 좌측면의 위쪽에 이어폰잭(12)가 마련되어 있다. 그리고, 또 회전축(7)의 정상부에 전원버튼(11)이 마련되고, 또 하부케이스(2)의 하변부에 마이크로폰(13)이 마련되어 있다.
도 2는 이러한 실시예의 분해도로서, 하부케이스(2)의 회전축지지부(6)에 마련된 관통구멍(6a)에 회전축(7)의 소경부(7a)와 수납체(8)의 소경부(8a)가 서로 반대측에서 끼워지고, 이 관통구멍(6a)내에서 이들 소경부(7a), (8a)의 한쪽에 다른쪽이 회전운동이 가능하게 끼워 넣어지도록 해서 조립되어 있다. 따라서, 케이스(1), (2)를 닫거나 열 수 있음과 동시에, 손잡이(8b)에 의해 수납체(8)을 회전축지지부(6)에 대해서 회전운동시킬 수 있고, 케이스(1), (2)를 연 상태에서는 수납체(8)을 회전운동시키는 것에 의해 카메라렌즈(9)의 방향, 즉 수납체(8)에 수납되어 있는 비디오카메라의 촬영방향을 회전축(7)을 중심으로 변화시킬 수 있다. 소경부(7a)를 갖는 회전축(7), 관통구멍(6a)를 갖는 회전축지지부(6), 소경부(8a)를 갖는 수납체(8)은 회전축지지기구로서 동작한다.
도 3의 (a)는 이 실시예의 케이스(1), (2)가 닫힌 상태를 도시한 것으로서, 이 상태에서는 상부케이스(1)의 이면에서 안테나(10)이 외부로 나와 있는 것 이외에 하부케이스(2)의 이면에서도 또 수납체(8) 등으로 이루어지는 연결부(3)의 표면에서도 어떠한 부재도 외부로 돌출되어 있지 않다. 이 때, 안테나(10)은 신축이 자유로운 것으로서, 케이스(1), (2)가 닫혀있을 때에는 짧게 할 수 있고, 이 상태에서는 그 선단이 상부케이스(1)의 변부에서 들어가 있다. 또, 도 3의 (b)는 이 실시예의 케이스(1), (2)가 열려 있는 상태로서, 이 상태에서 이 실시예가 사용상태이다. 이 경우에는 안테나(10)을 잡이 늘린 상태로 한다.
또한, 도 3의 (a)에 도시한 바와 같이, 연결부(3)에는 외부로 노출하지 않도록 IRDA(적외선이용무선통신)를 위한 적외선통신수단(10')가 마련되어 있고, 마찬가지의 통신수단을 구비한 퍼스널컴퓨터 등의 정보기기에 IRDA를 이용해서 본체내장의 메모리에 기록되어 있는 정보를 간단하게 송신할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
이와 같이, 이 실시예에서는 비디오카메라나 그 출력을 처리하는 회로기판 등은 수납체(8)내에 수납되고, 안테나(10)이 상부케이스(1)의 이면에 마련되어 있는 것 이외에, 케이스(1), (2)나 연결부(3)에서 돌출하는 부재는 없으므로, 특히 케이스(1), (2)를 열었을 때에 이들 케이스(1), (2)의 표면상에 나타나는 부재는 없다.
이 때문에, 표시/조작부(4)를 상부케이스(1)의 표면의 거의 전체에 형성할 수 있고, 또 표시/조작부(5)도 마찬가지로 하부케이스(2)의 표면의 거의 전체에 형성할 수 있다.
도 4는 이 실시예에서의 사용모드에 따른 케이스(1), (2)의 개방각도의 1구체예를 도시한 도면이다. 동일 도면에 있어서, 여기서는 상부케이스(1)을 기준으로 해서 하부케이스(2)를 회전운동시켰을 때의 케이스(1), (2)의 개방각도를 도시하고 있고, ①의 상태는 개방각도 = 0°의 케이스(1), (2)가 닫힌 상태를 나타내고 있다. 또, 여기서는 이 닫힌 상태도 포함해서 4종류의 개방상태에서 안정하게 록되는 것으로 하고 있고, 다른 3종류는 개방각도 = 150°인 ②의 상태, 개방각도 = 180°인 ③의 상태, 개방각도 = 270°인 ④의 상태이다.
도 5는 도 4에 도시한 케이스(1), (2)의 개방각도와 이 실시예의 사용모드의 관계의 1구체예를 도시한 도면이다. 도 5의 (a)는 케이스(1), (2)를 닫은 상태를 도시한 것이고 이 경우는 도 4에서의 ①의 상태로서, 이 실시예가 사용되지 않을 때의 상태이다. 도 5의 (b)는 도 4에서의 ②의 상태를 도시한 것으로서 이 실시예를 후술하는 전화기 또는 텔레비젼전화기로서 사용하는(「송수신」모드)데에 적합하다. 또, 손에 들고 카메라로서 사용하는 경우에도 적합하다. 이 도 5의 (b)에서는 비디오카메라의 촬영방향이 서로 반대인 경우의 2개의 예를 도시하고 있다. 물론, 이 경우에는 이 예 이외의 촬영방향을 취할 수 있다는 것은 물론이다.
도 5의 (c)는 도 4에서의 ②의 상태를 도시한 것으로서, 테이블상에서 텍스트입력이나 핸드라이트입력을 실행하는 경우에 적합하다. 이와 같은 입력은 후술하겠지만, 하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)에서 실행한다. 물론, 여기서는 카메라의 방향은 바로 위쪽으로 하고 있지만, 이 이외의 촬영방향을 취할 수 있다는 것은 물론이다.
도 5의 (d)는 도 4에서의 ④의 상태를 도시한 것으로서, 케이스(1), (2)를 다리로 해서 세운 것이고, 테이블상에서 텔레비젼전화기나 카메라 등으로서 사용하는(「송수신」모드, 「기록」모드) 경우에 적합하다. 여기서도 비디오카메라의 촬영방향이 서로 반대인 경우의 2개의 예를 도시하고 있다. 물론, 이 경우에도 이 예 이외의 촬영방향을 취할 수 있다는 것은 물론이다.
또한, 이상의 개방각도는 1예로서 도시하고 있는 것에 불과하고, 본 발명이 이것에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 예를 들면, 도 5의 (d)에 도시한 바와 같이 사용하는 경우에는 예를 들면 개방각도를 270°±15°의 범위로 설정해도 좋다.
다음에, 이 실시예의 사용예에 대해 설명한다.
여기서, 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 케이스(1), (2)를 연 상태에서 전원버튼(11)(도 1)을 조작해서 전원을 투입하면, 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)에 사용모드를 나타내는 메뉴(14)와 커서버튼(15) 및 결정버튼(16)을 적어도 포함하는 메뉴화상이 표시된다. 여기서는 「기록」모드와 「송수신」모드 및 「정보취득」모드의 3종류의 사용모드를 선택할 수 있는 것으로 한다. 커서버튼(15)는 터치식의 표시버튼이고, 이것을 터치조작할 때마다 프레임형상의 커서(17)이 이동해서 「기록」모드, 「송수신」모드, 「정보취득」모드의 순으로 반복하여 선택하는 사용모드를 변경할 수 있다. 원하는 사용모드에 커서(17)을 맞추어 지정하고, 마찬가지로 터치식의 표시버튼인 결정버튼(16)을 터치조작하면 이 지정된 사용모드가 선택된 것으로서 결정된다.
이 결정에 따라 이 사용모드가 설정된 상태로 되고, 표시/조작부(4), (5)에 이 설정된 사용모드에 따른 화상이 표시된다.
여기서, 커서버튼(15)를 터치조작해서 커서(17)을 「기록」모드에 일치시키고, 결정버튼(16)을 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 이 「기록」모드를 선택하면 도 7에 도시한 표시상태로 된다.
즉, 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)상에 도시한 바와 같이, 표시부(18)과 조작부(19)가 표시되고, 이 표시부(18)에는 수납체(8)(도 1)에 수납되어 있는 비디오카메라가 촬영하는 화상(카메라화상)이 표시된다. 또, 조작부(19)에서는 F버튼(기능키)(19a), 매크로촬상모드로 하기 위한 매크로버튼(19b), 기록모드(동화상기록모드, 정지화상기록모드, 음성기록모드)를 선택하기 위한 기록모드버튼(19c), 메뉴버튼(19d), 기록내용의 일람을 표시시키기 위한 일람버튼(19e) 및 기록/기록정지를 지시하는 기록버튼(19f)의 각 터치버튼이 표시된다.
도 6에 도시한 상태에서 이 「기록」모드가 설정되면, 이 초기상태에서 비디오카메라는 통상 촬상모드에 있고, 그 카메라화상이 표시부(18)에 표시되어 있다. 매크로촬상을 하고자 하는 경우에는 매크로버튼(19b)를 터치조작하면 좋고, 매크로촬상모드에 있어서 통상 촬상모드로 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 재차 이 매크로버튼(19b)를 조작하면 좋다.
또, 이 초기상태에서는 「기록」모드가 예를 들면 동화상기록모드에 있다. 이 때, 기록버튼(19f)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 예를 들면 상부케이스(1)에 내장된 기록매체에 동화상신호가 기록된다. 「기록」모드를 변경하고자 하는 경우에는 기록모드버튼(19c)를 터치조작하면 좋고, 이것을 터치조작할 때마다 예를 들면 동화상기록모드, 정지화상기록모드, 음성기록모드의 순으로 또한 반복하여 전환된다. 현재 설정되어 있는 「기록」모드나 촬영모드를 나타나는 정보가 예를 들면 표시부(18)의 소정 위치에 표시된다. 동화상기록모드나 음성기록모드가 설정되어 있을 때에는 기록버튼(19f)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 기록이 개시되고, 재차 이 기록버튼(19f)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 그 기록이 종료된다. 또, 정지화상기록모드가 설정되어 있을 때에는 이 기록버튼(19f)는 셔터버튼으로서 기능하고, 이 기록버튼(19f)를 터치조작할 때마다 1화면의 정지화상(1필드 또는 1프레임의 화상신호)가 기록된다.
「기록」모드를 해제하고자 하는 경우에는 메뉴버튼(19d)를 터치조작하면 좋다. 이것에 의해, 도 6에 도시한 상태로 되돌아 간다.
일람버튼(19e)를 터치조작하면 하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)에 도시한 바와 같이, 표시부(20)과 조작부(21)이 표시된다. 이 표시부(20)에는 지금까지 기록된 화상이 일람표로 표시되지만, 동화상에 대해서는 예를 들면 그 선두의 1필드 또는 1프레임의 화상이 축소되어 표시되고, 정지화상에 대해서는 이 정지화상 그 자체가 축소되어 표시된다.
또, 조작부(21)에는 커서/스크롤버튼(21a)와 보존버튼(21b) 및 클리어버튼(21c)가 표시된다. 커서/스크롤버튼(21a)는 이 표시부(20)의 일람표에서의 원하는 화상을 지정하기 위한 것으로서, 그 중에서 지우고자 하는 화상이 있는 경우에는 이 커서/스크롤버튼(21a)에 의해 그것을 지시하고, 클리어버튼(21c)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 내장의 기록매체에서 이 화상이 소거됨과 동시에, 이 일람표에서도 지워진다. 이와 같이 해서 원하는 화상만이 표시부(20)의 일람표에 표시된 상태로 되고, 이 상태에서 보존버튼(21b)를 터치조작하면 이 표시/조작부(5)의 화상이 소거된다. 이 때에는 내장의 기록매체에 원하는 화상이나 음성만이 기록되어 있다. 또한, 커서/스크롤버튼(21a)는 스크롤의 기능도 갖고 있고, 커서를 표시부(20)의 상/하변부나 좌/우변부에 위치시키고 또 이것을 터치조작하면 화상이 하/상방향 또는 우/좌방향으로 스크롤한다.
또, F버튼(19a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 표시/조작부(5)에서의 조작부(21)의 각 버튼의 기능을 변경할 수 있다.
이와 같이 해서 이 「기록」모드에서는 원하는 피사체를 촬영할 수 있음과 동시에, 그 촬영화상을 동화상 또는 정지화상으로서 기록할수 있고, 또한 기록한 후에도 그 기록화상을 취사(取捨)선택해서 원하는 화상만을 보존할 수 있다.
또한, 음성에 대해서는 도시하지 않지만, 표시부(20)에서 표시되는 일람표에서는 기록된 화상이나 음성이 그 기록순으로 표시되는 것으로서, 음성 란에는 예를 들면 「음성」이라 표시하고, 이것을 커서/스크롤버튼(21a)의 터치조작에 의해서 지시하면 그 음성이 마이크로폰(13)(도 1)에서 재생하도록 할 수도 있고, 또, 이 때 클리어버튼(21c)를 터치조작하면 이 음성을 소거하도록 할 수도 있다.
다음에, 도 6에 도시한 상태에서 커서버튼(15)에 의해서 「송수신」모드를 지정하고, 결정버튼(16)을 터치조작하면, 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 표시상태의 「송수신」모드로 된다. 이 모드에서는 기본적으로는 전화기로서 사용하는 것이다.
즉, 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)에는 표시부(22)와 조작부(23)이 표시되고, 표시부(22)에는 초기상태에서는 아무것도 표시되어 있지 않다. 또, 조작부(23)에서는 상대방의 전화번호 등을 등록할 때 등에 사용하는 F버튼(23a), 표시부(22)에 의해 표시되는 정보(등록된 상대방의 전화번호 등)을 스크롤하기 위한 스크롤버튼(23b), 가타카나/영어입력을 전환하는 가타카나/영어버튼(23c), 메뉴버튼(23d) 및 콜버튼(23e)의 터치버튼이 표시된다.
하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)에는 텐키(24a), 발신버튼(24b), 리다이얼버튼(24c) 및 종료버튼(24d)가 표시된다. 상기 F버튼(23a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 텐키(24a)는 입력버튼(23a)나 메뉴버튼(23d)의 기능을 변경할 수 있고, 또, 가타카나/영어버튼(23c)에 의해 이 입력을 가타카나문자, 영어문자로 변경할 수 있다. 이러한 F버튼(23b), 가타카나/영어버튼(23c) 및 텐키(24a)의 터치조작에 의해 상대방의 명칭이나 전화번호를 등록할 수 있고, 이 등록정보를 리드해서 상대측으로 전화하는 경우에는 F버튼(23a)를 터치조작해서 메뉴버튼(23d)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 등록된 상대측의 명칭이나 전화번호가 1개 표시부(22)에 표시되고, 스크롤버튼(23d)를 터치조작할 때마다 표시되는 상대측의 명칭과 전화번호가 스크롤된다. 그리고, 전화하고자 하는 상대측의 명칭이나 전화번호가 표시되었을 때, 발신버튼(24b)를 터치조작하면 발신되어 상대측의 리드가 실행된다.
이 후, 상대측과 연결되어 통화가 가능하게 되지만, 상대측이 전화기인 경우에는 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 표시상태인 채로서 전화기로서 기능하고, 통화를 종료시키는 경우에는 종료버튼(24d)를 터치조작하면 좋다. 이것에 의해, 통화가 종료하고, 메뉴버튼(23d)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 도 6에 도시한 상태로 되돌아 간다.
또, 상기와 같이 해서 연결된 상대측이 텔레비젼전화기인 경우에는 상대측으로부터의 정보에 의해 이것을 검지하고, 도8의 (b)에 도시한 상태로 된다.
즉, 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)에는 내장의 비디오카메라가 촬영한 자화상을 표시한 표시부(25a)와 상대측에서 보내져 오는 상대화상을 표시한 표시부(25b) 및 메뉴버튼(23d), F버튼(23a), 상대/자신버튼(25c)가 표시된다. 이 상대/자신버튼(25c)는 이것을 터치조작할 때마다 표시부(25a), (25b)의 2개의 영역을 도시한 바와 같이 자화상과 상대화상으로 나누어 표시하는 모드와 자화상만을 표시하는 모드와 상대화상만을 표시하는 모드를 전환하기 위한 것으로서, 터치조작할 때마다 이들 모드가 순차 전환된다.
또, 하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)에는 도시한 바와 같이, 발신버튼(24b), 리다이얼버튼(24c), 종료버튼(24d)와 함께 첨부버튼(26a), 핸드라이트 메모버튼(26b) 등도 표시된다. 이 실시예에서는 여러가지의 데이타가 저장된 메모리도 내장되어 있고, 첨부버튼(26a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 이 데이타가 리드되어 표시/조작부(5)의 적당한 장소에 자화면표시(섬네일(sum nail)표시)된다. 그리고, 커서/스크롤버튼(26c)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 이 자화면에 표시되는 데이타를 스크롤할 수 있고, 또 원하는 데이타에 커서를 맞추어 발신버튼(24b)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 이 데이타를 상대측으로 송신할 수 있다.
또한, 이러한 데이타는 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 상태에서 F버튼(23a)와 텐키(24a)의 터치조작에 의해 적절히 입력할 수 있다.
도 8의 (b)에 있어서, 또 핸드라이트 메모버튼(26b)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 표시/조작부(5)의 일부가 메모안의 화면으로 되고, 그곳에 메모를 할 수 있다. 이 경우에도 발신버튼(24a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 이것을 상대측으로 송신할 수 있다. 또, 메모를 송신하지 않는 경우에는 클리어버튼(26d)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 소거할 수 있고, 또 보존버튼(26e)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 이 메모를 데이타로서 메모리에 저장할 수 있다.
상대측에서 전화가 걸려 왔을 때에는 전원이 끊겨 있어도, 또, 「기록」모드 등의 다른 모드로 되어 있어도 호출음이 울린다. 이 경우, 전원이 끊겨 있을 때에는 상기와 같이 해서 전원을 넣는 것에 의해 즉시 전화기로서의 기능 즉 송수신모드가 설정된다. 단, 전원이 들어와 있는 것에 의해서 도 6에 도시한 상태로 하고, 이것으로서 송신모드를 선택설정하는 것에 의해 송수신모드로 설정시키도록 해도 좋다.
또, 송수신모드 이외의 모드에 있고 호출음이 있을 때에는 메뉴버튼(예를 들면, 「기록」모드에 있을 때에는 도 7에 있어서의 메뉴버튼(19a))를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 즉시 송수신모드로 전환할 수 있다. 물론, 이 경우에도 메뉴버튼을 터치조작하는 것에 의해 도 6에 도시한 상태로 하고, 이것으로서 송수신모드를 선택설정하는 것에 의해 송수신모드로 설정시키도록 해도 좋다.
그리고, 이상과 같이 해서 송수신모드가 설정될 때에는 상대측이 전화기인 경우, 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 상태로 되어 통화가 가능하게 되고, 상대측이 텔레비젼전화기인 경우에는 도 8의 (b)에 도시한 상태로 되어 통화가 가능하게 된다.
또한, 상대측으로부터의 데이타나 핸드라이트메모를 수신한 경우에는 표시/조작부(5)의 일부에 이것이 표시되게 된다.
또, 상기의 설명에서는 텔레비젼전화기인 경우, 즉시 도 8의 (b)에 도시한 화상이 표시되는 것으로 하였지만, 하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)에는 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 전화기와 마찬가지로, 텐키(24a)가 표시되고, F버튼(28a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 도 8의 (b)에 도시한 표시상태로 되도록 해도 좋다.
이상과 같이, 이 실시예에서는 상대측이 전화기라도 또 텔레비젼전화기라도 이것에 따라 통화가 가능하게 되고, 또한 데이타나 핸드라이트메모의 상대측으로의 송신이나 상대측으로부터의 수신도 가능하게 된다.
다음에, 도 6에 도시한 상태에서 커서버튼(15)에 의해 「정보취득」모드를 지정하고, 결정버튼(16)을 터치조작하면, 도 9에 도시한 표시상태의 「정보취득」모드로 된다. 이 모드는 외부에서 각종 정보서비스를 받을 수 있도록 한 것이다.
도 9에 있어서, 이 「정보취득」모드에서는 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)에서의 하부에 메뉴버튼(27b)나 F버튼(27c), 액세스지 리스트버튼(27d)가 표시된다. 이 액세스지 리스트버튼(27d)를 터치조작하면, 하부케이스(2)의 표시/조작부(5)의 표시부(28a)에 정보서비스의 종류가 표시되고, 이 표시/조작부(5)의 아래쪽에 표시되는 커서/스크롤버튼(28b)를 터치조작해서 커서로 정보서비스를 지정하면, 그 내용이 수신되어 상부케이스(1)의 표시/조작부(4)의 표시부(27a)에 표시된다. 커서/스크롤버튼(28b)를 터치조작할 때마다 수신되는 정보서비스가 순차 변경되고, 커서가 끝부의 정보서비스를 지시한 채 커서/스크롤버튼(28d)를 계속 터치조작하면, 표시부(28a)에 표시되는 내용이 스크롤해서 정보서비스의 리스트의 다른 부분이 순차 표시되게 된다.
보존버튼(28c)를 터치조작하면, 이 때 표시부(27a)에 표시되어 있는 정보서비스의 내용이 내장의 메모리에 보존된다. 이 보존된 정보내용을 리드하기 위해서는 F버튼(27c)을 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 예를 들면 보존버튼(28c)를 리드버튼으로 변경시키고, 이것을 터치조작하는 것에 의해 리드할 수 있도록 한다. 이 경우, 표시부(28a)에는 이 보존되어 있는 정보내용의 리스트가 표시되고, 커서/스크롤버튼(28b)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 원하는 것을 선택할 수 있다. 선택된 정보내용은 표시부(27a)에 표시된다. 이 때, 표시되는 정보내용이 불필요한 경우에는 클리어버튼(28d)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 소거할 수 있다. 또, 이와 같이 메모리에서 리드해서 표시한 상태에서 보존버튼(28c)를 터치조작하면, 원래의 정보서비스를 수신하는 상태로 되돌아 가고, 또 메뉴버튼(27b)를 터치조작하면 도 6의 상태로 되돌아 간다.
이상과 같이 해서 이 실시예에서는 외부에서 필요한 정보서비스를 받을 수 있고, 이것을 보존해서 나중에 리드할 수 있다.
또한, 이러한 정보서비스의 내용도 도 8의 (b)에서 설명한 텔레비젼전화에서의 상기 데이타로 할 수도 있고, 첨부버튼(26a)를 터치조작하는 것에 의해 상대측으로 송신할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
이상, 본 발명의 1실시예에 대해 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 이러한 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다.
예를 들면, 상기의 설명에서는 전원버튼(11)(도 1)을 조작해서 전원을 투입했을 때의 표시/조작부에 표시되는 초기화상을 도 6에 도시한 메뉴화상으로 하였지만, 전원투입에 의해 초기사용모드로서 송수신모드가 설정되고, 도 8의 (a)에 도시한 화상이 표시되어 전화기로서의 기능을 갖게 해도 좋다. 이 경우, 메뉴버튼(23d)를 터치조작하면, 도 6에 도시한 메뉴화상이 표시된 상태로 되고, 이것에 의해서 다른 사용모드를 선택할 수 있도록 한다.
또, 도 6에 도시한 상태에서는 커서버튼(15)가 표시되고, 이것을 터치조작하는 것에 의해, 커서가 이동해서 원하는 사용모드를 선택할 수 있도록 하였지만, 표시되는 사용모드중의 원하는 사용모드의 표시부분을 터치하는 것에 의해, 이 원하는 사용모드를 선택하도록 할 수도 있다. 이 경우에는 커서버튼(15)는 마련하지않아도 좋다. 물론, 이 경우에도 선택한 것만으로는 그 사용모드가 설정되는 것은 아니고 이것을 설정하기 위해서는 또 결정버튼(16)을 터치조작한다.
이상 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의하면, 상부케이스와 하부케이스가 서로 회전운동이 가능하게 부착된 연결부내에 카메라가 내장되므로, 이들 상부, 하부케이스가 대향하는 표면상에는 어떠한 부재도 배치되지 않고, 이들 상부, 하부케이스중의 어느 하나의 표면의 거의 전체에 걸쳐 표시화면을 형성할 수 있고, 소형이고 휴대에 적합하면서 화상을 보다 크게 표시할 수 있어 보기 쉽게 되고, 또 터치조작형의 조작버튼을 보다 많이 설정할 수 있어 다기능화가 가능하게 된다.
또, 상부케이스와 하부케이스가 서로 회전운동이 가능하게 부착된 수납체내에 카메라가 내장되므로, 케이스를 연 상태에서도 비디오카메라를 사용할 수가 있다.
또, 본 발명에 의하면, 기록모드나 송수신모드, 정보취득모드 등의 다른 기능을 갖게 할 수 있고, 소형화를 도모하고 또한 편리성이 우수한 정보통신단말장치를 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 상부케이스 및 하부케이스에 각각 마련한 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부, 비디오카메라를 내부에 수납하는 수납체 및 상기 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부와 수납체를 동일 회전축상에 서로 회전운동이 가능하게 지지하는 지지기구를 구비하고,
    상기 수납체의 주위에 회전가능하게 부착된 상기 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부는 열었을 때에는 상기 수납체를 사이에 두고 대향함과 동시에 닫았을 때에는 서로 중첩되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보통신단말장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부가 이루는 각도를 여러단으로 전환함과 동시에 록가능하게 한 정보통신단말장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 표시/조작부에 모드선택버튼이 표시되고, 상기 모드선택버튼의 조작에 의해 기록모드, 송수신모드 및 정보취득모드를 선택가능하게 한 정보통신단말장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부의 내측단에 회전가능한 회전지지기구를 마련함과 동시에, 상기 수납체의 끝부에 회전가능한 회전지지기구를 마련하고, 이들 3개의 회전지지기구를 서로 끼워 맞추어 동일 축심상에서 서로 회전가능하도록 한 정보통신단말장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    비디오카메라를 수납하는 상기 수납체는 적어도 180°회전가능한 정보통신단말장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 및 제2 표시/조작부는 위쪽 부분에 화상 등의 정보를 표시하는 표시부와 아래쪽 부분에 터치패널기능을 갖는 조작부를 갖는 정보통신단말장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서,
    화상을 기억하는 화상기억수단을 구비하고, 상기 모드선택버튼의 조작에 의해서 기록모드가 설정되었을 때, 상기 제1 표시/조작부에 상기 비디오카메라가 촬영하는 영상을 표시하고, 상기 제2 표시/조작부에 상기 화상기억수단에 기억하는 화상을 표시하는 정보통신단말장치.
  8. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 표시/조작부는 터치패널로 구성되고, 상기 모드선택버튼의 조작에 의해서 송수신모드가 설정되었을 때 송신하는 상대방이 음성만의 전화기일 때 상기 제1 표시/조작부에 상대방의 명칭, 전화번호 등의 문자정보가 표시되고, 상기 제2 표시/조작부에 다이얼 등의 조작수단이 터치패널의 기능에 의해 표시되고, 송신상대방이 텔레비젼전화일 때 상기 제1 표시/조작부에 상기 비디오카메라에 의해 촬영되는 화상과 상대방의 화상이 표시되고, 상기 제2 표시/조작부를 문자, 도형데이타의 입력부로 하는 정보통신단말장치.
  9. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 모드선택버튼의 조작에 의해서 정보취득모드가 설정되었을 때, 상기 제2 표시/조작부에 정보서비스의 메뉴가 표시되고, 상기 제1 표시/조작부에 상기 메뉴에서 선택된 서비스의 정보내용이 표시되는 정보통신단말장치.
