상기 화소 전극은 복수의 개구를 갖고,
상기 배선은 상기 게이트 배선과 평행이 되는 영역을 갖고,
상기 절연막은 상기 트랜지스터 위에 제공되어 있고,
상기 공통 전극 및 상기 화소 전극의 각각은 투광성 도전층을 갖고,
상기 액정은, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극 사이의 전계에 의해 제어되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 기판 위에,
공통 전극과,
상기 공통 전극 위에 제공되고, 또한 상기 공통 전극과 전기적으로 접속된 배선과,
상기 공통 전극 위 및 상기 배선 위의 절연막과,
상기 절연막 위의 화소 전극과,
수지 스페이서와,
상기 공통 전극 위 및 상기 화소 전극 위의 액정과,
상기 화소 전극과 전기적으로 접속된 트랜지스터와,
상기 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 접속된 게이트 배선과,
상기 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 접속된 소스 배선을 갖고,
상기 공통 전극은, 평면시에 있어서, 상기 게이트 배선과 겹치는 영역과, 상기 배선과 겹치는 영역과, 상기 트랜지스터가 갖는 반도체층과 겹치는 영역과, 상기 소스 배선과 겹치는 영역과, 상기 화소 전극과 겹치는 영역을 갖고,
상기 배선은 Cu를 포함하고,
상기 화소 전극은 복수의 개구를 갖고,
상기 배선은 상기 게이트 배선과 평행이 되는 영역을 갖고,
상기 절연막은 상기 트랜지스터 위에 제공되어 있고,
상기 공통 전극 및 상기 화소 전극의 각각은 투광성 도전층을 갖고,
상기 액정은, 상기 공통 전극과 상기 화소 전극 사이의 전계에 의해 제어되는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
도전층을 갖고,
상기 도전층과 상기 소스 배선은 같은 재료를 갖고,
상기 도전층은, 상기 공통 전극과 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반도체층은 In, Ga, 및 Zn을 포함하는 산화물 반도체를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 2 기판을 갖고,
상기 제 2 기판은 컬러 필터를 갖는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공통 전극 및 상기 화소 전극의 각각은 ITO, IZO, ZnO, SnO, CTO 또는 산화규소를 첨가한 ITO를 포함하는 액정 표시 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 공통 전극은, 상기 소스 배선의 연장 방향으로 복수의 화소에 걸쳐 배치되고,
상기 공통 전극은, 상기 게이트 배선의 연장 방향으로 복수의 화소에 걸쳐 배치되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
