Description
Claims (38)
- 클로로히드린을 탈염화수소화시키고, 이때 클로로히드린의 분획 또는 전부가 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소, 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소의 에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 염소화시킴으로써 제조되는 것인 에폭시드 제조 방법이며,상기 탈염화수소화 단계 중, 또는 상기 염소화 단계 중, 또는 상기 탈염화수소화 단계와 상기 염소화 단계 중에서 할로겐화 케톤이 부산물로 형성되고, 형성된 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 하나 이상의 처리를 포함하고,할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리를 탈염화수소화 중 또는 탈염화수소화 이전에 수행하고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 중 수행되는 경우, 상기 탈염화수소화는 클로로히드린에 비해 화학량론적 양으로 사용되는 염기성 화합물로 클로로히드린을 처리함으로써 25 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행되고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 이전에 수행되는 경우, 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리는 물 존재 하에서의 스트리핑, 증류 및 증발로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하며, 이러한 처리는 본질적으로 물 및 할로겐화 케톤으로 구성되는 분획을 제거하는 것과 할로겐화 케톤의 함량이 감소된 클로로히드린을 회수하는 것을 가능하게 하며,상기 에폭시드가 에피클로로히드린이고,상기 클로로히드린이 디클로로프로판올이고,상기 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소가 글리세롤이고,상기 할로겐화 케톤이 클로로아세톤이고,상기 염기성 화합물이 금속의 옥시드, 히드록시드 및 염, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되고, 상기 금속은 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는,에폭시드 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 탄화수소가 재생가능한 원료 물질로부터 출발하여 얻어진 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 화합물이 NaOH, Ca(OH)2, 정제된 알칼리성 염수 및 이들의 혼합물의 수성 현탁액 또는 용액으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수성 현탁액 또는 용액 중 염기성 화합물의 양이 1 중량% 이상 내지 60 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수성 현탁액 또는 용액 중 염기성 화합물의 양이 50 중량% 인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 후 클로로히드린의 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.0001 중량% 이상 0.1 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탈염화수소화를 0.8 bar 이상 25 bar 이하의 절대 압력에서 0.1초 이상 2시간 이하의 반응물 체류 시간 또는 기간 동안 배치 방식 또는 연속 방식으로 수행하는 제조 방법.
- (a) 올레핀을 차아염소화시킴으로써 클로로히드린을 제조하는 단계,(b) 단계 (a)와 평행하게 수행하는, 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소를 염소화시킴으로써 클로로히드린을 제조하는 단계,(c) 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 얻어진 클로로히드린을 사용하는 통상적인 탈염화수소화 단계, 및(d) 공정 중 형성되는 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리 단계를 포함하며,상기 공정 단계 중 단계 (b) 또는 (c)에서 할로겐화 케톤이 부산물로 형성되고,상기 단계 (d)가 단계 (c) 중 또는 단계 (c) 이전에 수행되고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 중 수행되는 경우, 상기 탈염화수소화는 클로로히드린에 비해 화학량론적 양으로 사용되는 염기성 화합물로 클로로히드린을 처리함으로써 25 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행되고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 이전에 수행되는 경우, 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리는 물 존재 하에서의 스트리핑, 증류 및 증발로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하며, 이러한 처리는 본질적으로 물 및 할로겐화 케톤으로 구성되는 분획을 제거하는 것과 할로겐화 케톤의 함량이 감소된 클로로히드린을 회수하는 것을 가능하게 하며,상기 에폭시드가 에피클로로히드린이고,상기 클로로히드린이 디클로로프로판올이고,상기 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소가 글리세롤이고,상기 할로겐화 케톤이 클로로아세톤인에폭시드 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 및 (b)에서 얻어진 클로로히드린의 혼합물을 단계 (c)에서 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 또는 단계 (b)에서 얻어진 클로로히드린을 단계 (c)에서 선택적으로 또는 동시에 사용하는 제조 방법.
- (a) 올레핀을 차아염소화시킴으로써 클로로히드린을 제조하는 단계,(b) 단계 (a)에서 얻어진 클로로히드린을 탈염화수소화시켜 탈염화수소화 반응 혼합물 중 에폭시드를 얻는 단계,(c) 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소를 염소화시킴으로써 클로로히드린을 제조하는 단계,(d) 단계 (c)에서 얻어진 클로로히드린을 탈염화수소화시켜 탈염화수소 반응 혼합물 중 에폭시드를 얻는 단계,(e) 단계 (b) 및 (d)에서 얻어진, 에폭시드를 함유하는 탈염화수소화 반응 혼합물을 사용하여, 탈염화수소화 반응 혼합물로부터 에폭시드를 분리하는 단계, 및(f) 공정 중 형성되는 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리 단계를 포함하며,상기 공정 단계 중 단계 (b) 또는 (c)에서 할로겐화 케톤이 부산물로 형성되고,단계 (b)는 단계 (a)에 연속적이고, 단계 (d)는 단계 (c)에 연속적이며, 단계 (a) 및 (b)로 이루어진 쌍은 단계 (c) 및 (d)로 이루어진 쌍과 평행하고,상기 단계 (f)가 단계 (d) 이전 또는 단계 (b) 중 또는 단계 (d) 중 또는 단계 (b)와 (d) 양 단계 중에 수행되고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 중 수행되는 경우, 상기 탈염화수소화는 클로로히드린에 비해 화학량론적 양으로 사용되는 염기성 화합물로 클로로히드린을 처리함으로써 25 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행되고,상기 처리가 탈염화수소화 이전에 수행되는 경우, 할로겐화 케톤의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하기 위한 처리는 물 존재 하에서의 스트리핑, 증류 및 증발로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하며, 이러한 처리는 본질적으로 물 및 할로겐화 케톤으로 구성되는 분획을 제거하는 것과 할로겐화 케톤의 함량이 감소된 클로로히드린을 회수하는 것을 가능하게 하며,상기 에폭시드가 에피클로로히드린이고,상기 클로로히드린이 디클로로프로판올이고,상기 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소가 글리세롤이고,상기 할로겐화 케톤이 클로로아세톤인에폭시드 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 및 (d)에서 얻어진 에폭시드의 혼합물을 단계 (e)에서 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계 (b) 또는 단계 (d)에서 얻어진 에폭시드를 단계 (e)에서 선택적으로 또는 동시에 사용하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제8항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실화 지방족 탄화수소가 바이오디젤의 제조 동안 또는 동물성 또는 식물성 오일 및 지방의 전환 동안에 얻어진 것이며, 상기 전환은 비누화, 트랜스에스테르화 및 가수분해 반응으로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 트랜스에스테르화 반응을 불균일 촉매의 존재 하에 수행하는 제조 방법.
- 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.0001 중량% 이상 0.01 중량% 이하인, 할로겐화 케톤을 함유하는 에폭시드이며,상기 에폭시드가 에피클로로히드린이며,상기 할로겐화 케톤이 클로로아세톤인 에폭시드.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.005 중량% 이하인 에폭시드.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.003 중량% 이하인 에폭시드.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 에피클로로히드린의 순도가 999 g/kg 이상인 에폭시드.
- 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.0001 중량% 내지 0.01%인 할로겐화 케톤을 함유하는 에폭시드를 원료로서 제공하는 것을 포함하며, 상기 에폭시드가 에피클로로히드린이고, 할로겐화 케톤이 클로로아세톤인 에폭시 수지의 제조 방법,
- 제20항에 있어서, 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.0005 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 할로겐화 케톤 함량이 0.0003 중량% 이하인 방법.
- 제20항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에피클로로히드린이 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 따라 얻어진 것인 방법.
