Claims (17)

前記導波構成からの前記電磁放射を受けるように、かつ前記位相マスクにしたがって、回折限界の軸方向の焦点よりも広い、延びた軸方向の焦点を作るように、拡張した焦点深度を持つさらなる焦点スポット放射を生成するように構成される少なくとも一つのレンズ構成と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記導波構成は、前記少なくとも一つの放射を少なくとも部分的に円形パターンにおいて提供する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのレンズ構成は、前記さらなる焦点スポット放射に拡張した焦点深度をもたせるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのレンズ構成は、前記さらなる焦点スポット放射に、前記サンプルにおける回折限界スポットよりも小さい直径をもたせるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回折限界スポットは、三次元スポットである、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのレンズ構成は、グリンレンズを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記導波構成のうちの少なくとも1つは、単一モード導波路である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記導波構成のうちの少なくとも1つは、フォトポリマーでできている、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 前記ハウジングを回転または移動のうちの少なくとも一つをさせるように構成される制御構成をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つのレンズ構成は、フォトポリマー処理により形成されるかまたは当該フォトポリマー処理を受けるかの少なくとも一つである少なくとも一つの光学素子を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記フォトポリマー処理は、前記少なくとも一つの光学素子を形成するためにフォトポリマーを照射することを含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの電磁放射を少なくとも一つのサンプルに提供するプローブであって、
予め製造された位相マスクと、
複数の導波構成であって、(i)前記少なくとも一つの電磁放射を提供するように、そして
(ii)前記導波構成の各々の放出位置において、前記電磁放射の各々の位相に予め決められた値をもたせるように前記電磁放射の各々を前記位相マスクに送るように構成される、複数の導波構成と、
前記導波構成からの前記電磁放射を受けるように、かつ前記位相マスクに応じて回折限界の軸方向の焦点と比較して延びた軸方向の焦点を作るように拡張した焦点深度を持つさらなる焦点スポット放射を生成するように構成される少なくとも一つのレンズ構成と、
を備える、プローブ。 - 少なくとも一つのサンプルを画像化するシステムであって、
予め製造された位相マスクと、
複数の導波構成であって、(i)少なくとも一つの電磁放射を前記少なくとも一つのサンプルに提供するように、そして(ii)前記導波構成の各々の放出位置において、電磁放射の各々の位相に予め決められた値をもたせるように前記電磁放射の各々を前記位相マスクに送るように構成される、複数の導波構成を備えるプローブと、
前記プローブと連絡して設けられる光干渉構成と、
前記導波構成からの前記電磁放射を受けるように、かつ前記位相マスクに応じて回折限界の軸方向の焦点と比較して延びた軸方向の焦点を作るように拡張した焦点深度を持つさらなる焦点スポット放射を生成するように構成される少なくとも一つのレンズ構成と、
を備える、システム。 - 前記光干渉構成は、前記プローブの一部である、請求項16に記載のシステム。
