Claims (22)

  1. 大気圧環境で動作するガス供給システムにおいて、
    処理ガスインレット及びプラズマアウトレットとを含むプラズマトーチと、該プラズマアウトレットに流体的に接続され、調整流体インレット、粉末供給口及び混合物アウトレットとを含む反応チャンバとを有する反応器と、
    上記調整流体インレットを介して上記反応器と流体的に接続された供給チャンバと、
    上記反応器に流体的に接続され、上記反応チャンバの混合物アウトレットに吸引圧を発生する吸気発生器と、
    上記調整流体を元の圧力で供給する調整流体供給モジュールと、
    上記調整流体供給モジュールと上記供給チャンバ間に流体的に接続され、上記供給チャンバによって上記反応室に対する大気圧力と関連して選択された上記大気圧力との差分が498Pa以下である選択圧力で調節流体が供給され、上記選択圧力の調整流体を上記供給チャンバに供給する圧力調整モジュールとを備える
    ことを特徴とするガス供給システム。
  2. 上記調整流体供給モジュールは、
    上記調整流体を液体の形態で貯蔵及び供給する調整流体タンクと、
    上記調整流体タンクと上記圧力調整モジュール間に流体的に接続され、該調整流体タンクから上記調整流体が液体状態で供給され、該調整流体を蒸発させ、上記所定の圧力で、該調整流体を気体状態で該圧力調整モジュールに供給する蒸発器とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス供給システム。
  3. 上記調整流体供給モジュールは、
    第1の調整流体を、液化ガスとして貯蔵及び供給する第1の調整流体タンクと、
    第2の調整流体を、液化ガスとして貯蔵及び供給する第2の調整流体タンクと、
    上記第1及び第2の調整流体タンクに流体的に接続され、上記第1及び第2の調整流体が供給され、これらを混合して、上記調整流体を液化ガスとして形成する混合弁と、
    上記混合弁と上記圧力調整モジュール間に流体的に接続され、該混合弁から上記調整流体が液化ガスとして供給され、該調整流体を蒸発させ、上記の圧力で、該調整流体を気体として該圧力調整モジュールに供給する蒸発器とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス供給システム。
  4. 上記圧力調整モジュールは、上記調整流体供給モジュールと上記供給チャンバ間に流体的に接続された減圧弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス供給システム。
  5. 上記減圧弁は、ダイヤフラム式減圧弁であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のガス供給システム。
  6. 上記圧力調整モジュールは、上記減圧弁と上記供給チャンバ間に流体的に接続され、該減圧弁から上記調整流体が供給され、該調整流体の一部を上記環境に排出して、該調整流体の圧力を、該供給チャンバに入る前に下げる圧力逃しモジュールを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載のガス供給システム。
  7. 上記反応器は、
    処理ガスインレットを介して処理ガスが供給され、該処理ガスを励起して、プラズマ流を形成し、該プラズマ流をプラズマアウトレットに供給するプラズマトーチと、
    上記プラズマアウトレットを介して上記プラズマ流が供給され、上記粉末供給口を介して上記粉末粒子が供給され、上記調整流体インレットを介して上記調整流体が供給され、該プラズマ流、該粉末粒子及び該調整流体を結合し、上記混合物流を形成し、該混合物流を上記混合物アウトレットに供給する反応チャンバとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス供給システム。
  8. 上記反応器は、該粉末粒子を蒸発させ、該蒸発粉末粒子を凝固することを含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載のガス供給システム。
  9. 上記反応チャンバの混合物アウトレットと上記吸気発生器の間に流体的に接続され、該反応チャンバから上記混合物流が供給され、該混合物流から、上記凝固粉末粒子を分離及び回収する回収装置を更に備える備えることを特徴とする請求項記載のガス供給システム。
  10. 上記回収装置は、上記調整流体が上記選択圧力で供給されることを特徴とする請求項記載のガス供給システム。
  11. 大気圧を有する環境内で動作し、処理ガスインレットと、調整流体インレットと、粉末供給口と、混合物アウトレットとを有する粒子生成反応器に加圧ガスを供給するガス供給方法において、
    吸気発生器によって、上記粒子生成反応器の混合物アウトレットにおいて様々な吸気を発生するステップと、
    調整流体供給モジュールから圧力調整モジュールに調整流体を供給するステップと、
    上記圧力調整モジュールによって、上記調整流体の圧力を、大気圧に対して選択された選択圧力に下げ、該調整流体の圧力の低下を、上記粒子生成反応器の混合物アウトレットにおける吸引圧の如何なる変化にも拘わらず、該選択圧力に維持するステップと、
    上記圧力調整モジュールから、上記粒子生成反応器の上記調整流体インレットに流体的に接続された供給チャンバに、大気圧力と関連して選択された上記大気圧力との差分が498Pa以下である選択圧力で調節流体を供給するガス供給方法。
  12. 上記調整流体供給モジュールは、調整流体タンクと、蒸発器とを備え、
    当該ガス供給方法は、
    上記調整流体を、上記調整流体タンクに液化ガスとして貯蔵するステップと、
    上記調整流体タンクから、上記調整流体を液化ガスとして上記蒸発器に供給するステップと、
    上記蒸発器によって、上記調整流体を蒸発させ、気体としての上記調整流体を生成するステップと、
    上記蒸発器から、上記圧力調整モジュールに上記調整流体を気体として供給するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載のガス供給方法。
  13. 上記調整流体供給モジュールは、第1の調整流体タンクと、第2の調整流体タンクと、混合弁と、蒸発器とを備え、
    当該ガス供給方法は、
    第1の調整流体を、液化ガスとして上記第1の調整流体タンクに貯蔵するステップと、
    第2の調整流体を、液化ガスとして上記第2の調整流体タンクに貯蔵するステップと、
    上記第1の調整流体タンクから、上記第1の調整流体を液化ガスとして上記混合弁に供給し、上記第2の調整流体タンクから、上記第2の調整流体を液化ガスとして該混合弁に供給するステップと、
    上記混合弁によって、上記第1の調整流体と上記第2の調整流体を混合して、上記調整流体を液化ガスとして形成するステップと、
    上記混合弁から、上記調整流体を液化ガスとして上記蒸発器に供給するステップと、
    上記蒸発器によって、上記調整流体を蒸発させ、気体としての上記調整流体を生成するステップと、
    上記蒸発器から、上記調整流体を気体として上記圧力調整モジュールに供給するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載のガス供給方法。
  14. 上記圧力調整モジュールは、上記調整流体供給モジュールと上記供給チャンバ間に流体的に接続された減圧弁を備えることを特徴とする請求項11記載のガス供給方法。
  15. 上記減圧弁は、ダイヤフラム式減圧弁であることを特徴とする請求項14記載のガス供給方法。
  16. 上記圧力調整モジュールは、上記減圧弁と上記供給チャンバの間に流体的に接続された圧力逃しモジュールを更に備え、当該ガス供給方法は、
    上記減圧弁から上記圧力逃しモジュールに上記調整流体を供給するステップと、
    上記圧力逃しモジュールによって、上記調整流体の一部を上記環境に排気して、該調整流体の圧力を、上記供給チャンバに入る前に低減するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載のガス供給方法。
  17. 上記反応器は、プラズマトーチ及び反応チャンバを備え、該プラズマトーチは、処理ガスインレットと、プラズマアウトレットとを有し、上記反応チャンバは、上記プラズマアウトレットに流体的に接続され、調整流体インレット、粉末供給口及び混合物アウトレットを備え、
    当該ガス供給方法は、
    上記処理ガスインレットを介して上記プラズマトーチに上記処理ガスを供給するステップと、
    上記プラズマトーチによって、上記処理ガスを励起し、上記プラズマ流を形成するステップと、
    上記プラズマトーチよって、上記プラズマ流を上記プラズマアウトレットに供給するステップと、
    上記プラズマアウトレットを介して、上記反応チャンバに上記プラズマ流を供給するステップと、
    上記粉末供給口を介して、上記反応チャンバに上記粉末粒子を供給するステップと、
    上記調整流体インレットを介して、上記反応チャンバに上記調整流体を供給するステップと、
    上記反応チャンバによって、上記プラズマ流、上記粉末粒子及び上記調整流体を結合して、上記混合物流を形成するステップと、
    上記反応チャンバによって、上記混合物流を上記混合物アウトレットに供給するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項11記載のガス供給方法。
  18. 上記プラズマ流、上記粉末粒子及び上記調整流体を結合し、上記混合物流を形成するステップは、
    上記粒子生成反応器において、上記プラズマ流によって上記粉末粒子を蒸発させるステップと、
    上記粒子生成チャンバにおいて、凝固粉末粒子を形成するために上記蒸発粉末粒子を凝固するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項17記載のガス供給方法。
  19. 上記反応チャンバの混合物アウトレットと上記吸気発生器の間に回収装置が流体的に接続されており、当該ガス供給方法は、
    上記反応チャンバから上記回収装置に上記混合物流を供給するステップと、
    上記回収装置によって、上記混合物流から、凝固粉末粒子を分離及び回収するステップとを有することを特徴とする請求項18のガス供給方法。
  20. 上記回収装置は、上記圧力調整モジュールに流体的に接続されており、
    当該ガス供給方法は、上記圧力調整モジュールから、上記調整流体を上記選択圧力で、上記回収装置に供給するステップを更に有する請求項19記載のガス供給方法。
  21. 上記調整流体がアルゴンである請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項記載のガス供給システム。
  22. 上記調整流体がアルゴンである請求項11乃至20のいずれか1項記載のガス供給方法。
