Claims (16)
- 철(Fe) 및 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종의 금속나노 입자에 간극(vacancy)과 전위(dislocation)가 형성되어 있으며, 높이가 3~16 nm인 상기 금속나노 입자의 중앙에 1~20 nm 직경의 분화구 모양의 홀(hole)을 갖는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매.

- (a). 기판 위에 증착된 금속 나노입자 필름을 플라즈마로 전처리하여 상기 금속 나노입자에 간극(vacancy)과 전위(dislocation)를 형성하는 단계;(b). 상기 플라즈마 전처리 후, 화학적 에칭 처리하여 상기 금속 나노입자의 중앙에 홀(hole)을 형성하는 단계; 를 포함하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 전처리 단계가 질소 가스 분위기 하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 질소 가스가 80~120 sccm의 유량인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈마 전처리 단계가 500~800 W의 플라즈마 파워 및 600~1,000°C의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 에칭 처리가 에탄올을 용매로 하여 상기 에탄올 대비, 1~10 중량%의 요오드(I)가 함유된 질산 10~30 %(v/v)의 혼합 용액으로 에칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.

- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 화학적 에칭 처리가 2~4 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 3족 내지 14족의 금속원소 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 금속이 철(Fe) 및 코발트(Co)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 및 제 12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 금속분화 촉매를 이용하여 제조되어 직경과 나노튜브 벽의 개수가 제어된 나노 튜브(nano tube).
