Abstract
Description
이러한 방법으로 각 층들(유기 인터페이스들) 사이에 형성된 불순물층들은 유기 발광 소자가 완성된 이후, 캐리어를 트랩 처리할 불순물 영역들을 형성하여, 그에 의해 캐리어의 이동을 저지하고, 따라서 구동 전압을 상승시킨다. 더욱이, 캐리어를 트랩 처리하는 불순물 영역이 존재할 때, 전하들은 상기된 바와 같이 휘도의 저하를 유도하도록 상기 영역에 축적된다.

Claims (140)
- 유기 발광 소자(organic luminescent element)를 포함하는 발광 디바이스에 있어서,양극(anode),상기 양극 상에 형성된 홀 운송층으로서, 홀 운송 물질을 포함하는, 상기 홀 운송층,상기 홀 운송 층 상에 형성된 제 1 혼합층으로서, 홀 운송 물질 및 전자 운송 물질을 포함하는, 상기 제 1 혼합층,상기 제 1 혼합층 상에 형성된 제 2 혼합층으로서, 상기 홀 운송 물질, 상기 전자 운송 물질 및 발광 물질을 포함하는, 상기 제 2 혼합층,상기 제 2 혼합층 상에 형성된 제 3 혼합층으로서, 상기 홀 운송 물질, 상기 전자 운송 물질 및 저지 물질을 포함하는, 상기 제 3 혼합층,상기 제 3 혼합층 상에 형성된 전자 운송층으로서, 상기 전자 운송 물질을 포함하는, 상기 전자 운송층, 및상기 전자 운송층 상에 형성된 음극(cathode)을 포함하고,상기 저지 물질에서 최고 점유 분자 궤도와 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 사이의 에너지 차이는 상기 홀 운송 물질과 상기 전자 운송 물질의 최고 점유 분자 궤도와 최저 비점유 분자 궤도 사이의 에너지 차이보다 더 큰, 발광 디바이스.
