Claims (7)
- 駆動源となるエンジンと、吸気を浄化するエアクリーナとを備えた鞍乗型車両であって、
前記エンジンは、エンジン外部に連通してエンジン内部のブローバイガスを排出する排出口が形成されたエンジンケースを有し、
前記エアクリーナは、前記ブローバイガスをエアクリーナ内部に導く導入口が形成されたクリーナケースを有し、
前記エンジンケースは、エンジン回転軸を支持するクランクケースと、前記クランクケースの前方上面から上方に突出したシリンダブロックと、前記シリンダブロックの上方のシリンダヘッドとを有し、側面視でほぼL字状に形成され、
前記エアクリーナが前記シリンダブロックの後方で前記クランクケースの上方に配置され、
前記排出口と前記導入口とが接続パイプで接続され、
前記導入口が、前記シリンダヘッドの上端よりも下方で且つ前記クランクケースの後端よりも前方となる近接領域に配置されている鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項1に記載の鞍乗型車両において、前記クリーナケースは、前記シリンダブロックの後面に対向する前面を構成する前壁と、前記クランクケースの上面に対向する下面を構成する下壁とを有し、
前記導入口が、前記クリーナケースの前記前壁または前記下壁に形成されている鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載の鞍乗型車両おいて、さらに、前記エアクリーナで浄化された清浄空気を加圧して前記エンジンに供給する過給機を備え、
前記過給機は前記エアクリーナの車幅方向に隣接して配置されている鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項3に記載の鞍乗型車両において、前記過給機は、吸気を加圧するインペラと、前記インペラを覆うハウジングと、前記エンジンの動力を前記インペラに伝達する伝達機構とを有し、
前記ハウジングを挟んで車幅方向に前記伝達機構と前記クリーナケースとが配置されている鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項3または4に記載の鞍乗型車両において、前記クリーナケースは、前記吸気を導く吸気通路と、前記導入口から導かれた前記ブローバイガスの気体と液体を分離する気液分離室とを有し、
前記気液分離室で分離された気体が前記吸気通路に戻され、前記気液分離室で分離された液体がドレン孔からクリーナケース外部に排出される鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項5に記載の鞍乗型車両において、さらに、前記過給機によって加圧された吸気を前記エンジンに供給する過給気通路と、
前記過給気通路の空気圧力を調整するリリーフ弁と、
前記気液分離室と前記リリーフ弁とを接続するリリーフ通路と、
を備えた鞍乗型車両。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鞍乗型車両において、前記エンジンの前方から前記エンジンの側方を通過して、前記エアクリーナに走行風を吸気として導くダクトが連結されている鞍乗型車両。
