Claims (9)
- スパイラル状の流路を有するコンプレッサ・ハウジングにより取り囲まれた、コンプレッサであって、
このコンプレッサ・ハウジングは、スパイラル状の流路の領域の中で、外側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(20)と内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)に分割され、
このコンプレッサ・ハウジングの中にブレードを有するコンプレッサ・ホイール(40)を備え、
このコンプレッサ・ホイール(40)は、軸方向にガスが流入する入口縁部と、径方向にガスが流出する出口縁部とを有し、
前記コンプレッサ・ホイールの、軸方向の入口は、軸方向の吸引流路の領域にあり、
この吸引流路には、前記コンプレッサ・ホイールの上流に、径方向の入口開口部(14)が設けられ、前記コンプレッサ・ホイールの前記入口縁部の下流に、径方向の輪郭開口部(13)が設けられており、
スタビライザ領域(60)が、前記入口開口部(14)と前記輪郭開口部(13)を軸方向に接続するように設けられており、このスタビライザ領域は、カムリング(11)によって前記吸引流路から区画されており、
このカムリング(11)は流路の壁の一部分であり、複数の保持リブ(16)によって、前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)に接続されているコンプレッサにおいて、
前記スタビライザ領域(60)は、前記入口開口部(14)と前記輪郭開口部(13)との間に、軸方向に沿って変化する、周方向における最小の半径を有していること、
前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)の、前記スタビライザ領域(60)を前記スパイラル領域(50)から区画するハウジング壁は、部分的に、前記スパイラル領域(50)の最小の内半径と比べて大きい半径で径方向に延びていること、及び、
前記入口開口部(14)と前記輪郭開口部(13)との間の前記スタビライザ領域(60)の半径の、周方向における最小値の、軸方向での平均値は、前記入口開口部(14)と前記輪郭開口部(13)との間の軸方向の距離の3分の2以上であること、
を特徴とするコンプレッサ。 - 前記スタビライザ領域(60)を前記流路から区画する前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)は、スパイラル(50)の部分と、スパイラル(50)の上流で流路を形成するハウジング部分と、挿入壁(12)と、コンプレッサ・ホイール(40)の上流のコンプレッサ入口と、を有し、これらは、一体的に形成されている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記スタビライザ領域(60)を前記流路から区画する前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)は、軸方向に設けられた補強リブ(15)を有している、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記スタビライザ領域(60)を前記流路から区画する前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)の壁に、少なくとも部分的に、断熱部が取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記複数の保持リブ(16)の少なくとも一つの部分が、径方向に対して斜めに設けられている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記保持リブ(16)は、少なくとも部分的に不均等に、径方向に対して斜めに設けられている、請求項5に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記スタビライザ領域(60)を前記流路から区画する前記内側のコンプレッサ・ハウジング(10)は、前記流路の領域で、前記コンプレッサ・ホイールの下流に、ディフューザの複数の一体化されたガイド・ブレード(25)を有する、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記スタビライザ領域(60)は、周方向に変化する横断面を有する、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記スタビライザ領域(60)の領域には、消音手段が設けられている、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
