Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下式(I)の基を10〜90重量パーセントと、下式(II)、(III)、及び(IV)よ り選ばれる基又及びこれらの混合物を10〜90重量パーセント含むコポリマー。 上式中、R1は独立に、H、C1-C20ヒドロカルビルもしくはS、N、O、P もしくはSi原子を1個以上含むC1-C20ヒドロカルビル、C4-C16ヒドロカル ビルカルボニルオキシ、C4-C16アリール(トリアルキルシロキシ)であり、又 は両方のR1はフルオレン環上において9−炭素と、C5-C20環式脂肪族構造又 はS、N、もしくはOのヘテロ原子を1個以上含むC4-C20環式脂肪族構造を形 成し、 R2は独立に、C1-C20ヒドロカルビル、C1-C20ヒドロカルビルオキシ、C1 -C20チオエーテル、C1-C20ヒドロカルビルカルボニルオキシ又はシアノであ り、 R3は独立に、カルボキシル、C1-C20アルキル、C1-C20アルコキシ又は式 −CO2R4(式中、R4はC1-C20アルキルである)の基であり、 a及びbは独立に0〜3の整数である。 2. (a)式(I)と(b)式(II)、(III)、もしくは(IV)、又はこれらの混合物の基 からなる、請求項1記載のコポリマー。 3. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 4. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 5. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 6. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 7. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 8. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 9. 下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 10.下式を有する請求項2記載のコポリマー。 上式中、nは3より大きい数である。 11.(a)請求項1記載のコポリマーを1〜99重量パーセントと(b)式(I)の 基及び所望により式(II)、(III)、もしくは(IV)の基以外の共役基を含む少な くとも1種のポリマーを99〜1重量パーセント含む組成物。 12.アノード材料とカソード材料の間に配置され、少なくとも1つがエレク トロルミネッセンス有機フィルムである少なくとも1つの有機フィルムを含むエ レクトロルミネッセンスデバイスであって、電圧を印加すると、前記エレクトロ ルミネッセンス有機フィルムがこのデバイスの透明な外部部分を通して通過する 可視光を発し、前記少なくとも1つの有機フィルムが請求項1記載のコポリマー のフィルムであるエレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス。 13.アノード材料とカソード材料の間に配置され、少なくとも1つがエレク トロルミネッセンス有機フィルムである少なくとも1つの有機フィルムを含むエ レクトロルミネッセンスデバイスであって、電圧を印加すると、前記エレクトロ ルミネッセンス有機フィルムがこのデバイスの透明な外部部分を通して通過する 可視光を発し、前記少なくとも1つの有機フィルムが請求項11記載の組成物の フィルムであるエレクトロルミネッセンスデバイス。 14.アノードとカソードの間に配置された有機フィルムを含む エレクトロルミネッセンスデバイスであって、電圧を印加すると、前記有機フィ ルムからこのデバイスの透明な外部部分を通して発光し、前記有機フィルムの少 なくとも1つの成分が請求項1記載のコポリマーであるエレクトロルミネッセン スデバイス。 15.前記有機フィルムが3級アミンポリマーもしくはコポリマーをさらに含 み、アミン部分の窒素原子の少なくとも一部がポリマー主鎖の一部である、請求 項14記載のデバイス。 16.前記有機フィルムがアミンポリマーもしくはコポリマーをさらに含み、 アミン部分の窒素原子がポリマー主鎖の一体部分である、請求項14記載のデバ イス。
