Claims (18)
- 화학식 I의 그룹 10 내지 90중량%와 화학식 II의 그룹, 화학식 III의 그룹, 화학식 IV의 그룹 및 이들이 조합된 그룹으로부터 선택된 그룹 10 내지 90중량%를 포함하는 공중합체.화학식 I화학식 II화학식 III화학식 IV상기식에서,R1은 각각 독립적으로 H, C1-C20 하이드로카빌 또는 S, N, O, P 및 Si 원자 중의 하나 이상을 함유하는 C1-C20 하이드로카빌, C4-C16 하이드로카빌 카보닐옥시 또는 C4-C16 아릴(트리알킬실록시)이거나, R1이 둘 다 플루오렌 환상의 제9-탄소와 함께 C5-C20 지환족 구조 또는 S, N 및 O 중의 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 C4-C20 지환족 구조를 형성할 수 있고;R2는 각각 독립적으로 C1-C20 하이드로카빌, C1-C20 하이드로카빌옥시, C1-C20 티오에테르, C1-C20 하이드로카빌카보닐옥시 또는 시아노이며;R3은 각각 독립적으로 카복실, C1-C20 알킬, C1-C20 알콕시 또는 화학식 -CO2R4의 그룹(여기서, R4는 C1-C20 알킬이다)이고;a 및 b는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 3의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 I의 그룹(a), 및 화학식 II의 그룹, 화학식 III의 그룹 또는 화학식 IV의 그룹(b), 또는 이들이 조합된 그룹으로 이루어지는 공중합체.
- 제1항의 공중합체(a) 1 내지 99중량%와 화학식 I의 그룹 및, 임의로, 화학식 II의 그룹, 화학식 III의 그룹 또는 화학식 IV의 그룹 이외의 공액 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체(b) 99 내지 1중량%를 포함하는 조성물.
- 인가압하에, 전기발광성 유기 필름이 당해 장치의 투명한 외면부를 통해 투과되는 가시광선을 방출하도록 양극 재료와 음극 재료 사이에 배열된 하나 이상의 유기 필름(여기서, 유기 필름 중의 하나 이상은 전기발광성 유기 필름이다)을 포함하고, 이때 하나 이상의 유기 필름이 제1항의 공중합체 필름인 전기발광성 장치.
- 인가압하에, 전기발광성 유기 필름이 당해 장치의 투명한 외면부를 통해 투과되는 가시광선을 방출하도록 양극 재료와 음극 재료 사이에 배열된 하나 이상의 유기 필름(여기서, 유기 필름 중의 하나 이상은 전기발광성 유기 필름이다)을 포함하고, 이때 하나 이상의 유기 필름이 제11항의 조성물 필름인 전기발광성 장치.
- 인가압하에, 광선이 당해 장치의 투명한 외면부를 통해 유기 필름으로부터 방출되도록 양극과 음극 사이에 배열된 유기 필름을 포함하고, 이때 유기 필름의 하나 이상의 성분이 제1항의 공중합체인 전기발광성 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 유기 필름이, 아민 잔기의 질소 원자의 적어도 일부가 중합체 주쇄의 일부인 3급 아민 중합체 또는 공중합체를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 유기 필름이, 아민 잔기의 질소 원자가 중합체 주쇄의 통합 부분인 아민 중합체 또는 공중합체를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 하나의 표면에, 투명하거나 반투명한 전도성 층, 제1항의 공중합체를 포함하는 필름 및 금속성 전극을 갖는 투명한 기판을 포함하고, 이때 필름이 산화주석인듐을 포함하는 층과 금속성 전극 사이에 위치하는 장치.
