Claims (21)
- 하기 화학식(1)으로 나타내어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리아릴아민폴리머에 있어서,[화학식 1](식중, m은 1이상의 정수이다.)Ar1 및 Ar2는 동일하거나 상이하고,Ar1 및 Ar2가 하기 화학식(4)∼(8)의 어느 하나이고,[화학식 4][화학식 5][화학식 6][화학식 7][화학식 8](식중, b는, 0∼4의 정수, c는 2∼4의 정수, d는 1∼4의 정수이고, A는 S, O, SO2, CO, CH2 또는 C(CH3)2의 어느 것이다.)Ar3 및 Ar4가 하기의 화학식(9)∼(13)의 어느 하나이며,[화학식 9][화학식 10][화학식 11][화학식 12][화학식 13](식중에서, e는 0∼5의 정수이다.)Ar5 및 Ar7은 페닐기이고,Ar6은 하기 화학식(3)으로 나타내어지며,[화학식 3](식중, a는 1∼5의 정수이다.)R1은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기이고,R2 는 수소원자이며,R3은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼8의 알킬기이고,R4는 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기이며,R5는 수소원자이고,중량평균분자량이 폴리스틸렌환산으로 8,300∼100,000의 범위인, 트리아릴아민폴리머.
- 제 1항에 있어서,화학식(1)에 있어서, Ar3과 Ar4가 동일한 트리아릴아민폴리머.

- 하기 화학식(19)으로 나타내어지는 반복구조 단위를 가지는 트리아릴아민폴리머에 대하여, 트리알킬포스핀 또는 알릴포스핀과 팔라듐 화합물로 이루어지는 촉매 및 염기의 존재하에서,[화학식 19](식중, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3 및 Ar4는 각각 독립하여 무치환 또는 치환기를 가지는 탄소수 6~60의 방향족기를 나타낸다. m은 1 이상의 정수, n은 2 이상의 정수이다.)하기 화학식(21)로 나타내어지는 알릴아민 또는 하기 화학식(22)로 나타내어지는 알릴파라이드를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항에서 화학식(1)으로 나타내어지는, 트리아릴아민폴리머의 제조방법.[화학식 21](식중, Ar5 및 Ar6는 각각 독립하여 무치환 또는 치환기를 가지는 탄소수 6~60의 방향족기를 나타낸다.)[화학식 22](식중, Ar7는 각각 독립하여 무치환 또는 치환기를 가지는 탄소수 6~60의 방향족기를 나타내고. X는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.)
- 제 13항에 있어서,화학식(19)에 있어서, 폴리머단말이 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자인 트리아릴아민폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,트리알킬포스핀이 트리-tert-부틸포스핀인 트리아릴아민폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,알릴아민이 디페닐아민이며, 알릴파라이드가 할로벤젠인 트리아릴아민폴리머의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 6항 또는 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 트리아릴아민폴리머를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자소자.
