Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)初期装入物としてヒドロゲルを導入するステップと、 b)ステップa)で得られたヒドロゲルの表面を修飾するステップと、 c)ステップb)で得られた表面修飾ゲルを乾燥するステップと を含む有機修飾エアロゲルの製造方法。 2.ステップa)で初期装入物としてシリカ性(silicatic)ヒドロゲ ルを導入する請求項1記載の方法。 3.ステップa)で初期装入物として導入したシリカ性ヒドロゲルが、酸性イオ ン交換樹脂、鉱酸または塩酸溶液を用いて水ガラス水溶液をpH≦3にし、得ら れたケイ酸を塩基の添加によって重縮合させてSiO2ゲルを形成し、所望によ り、ゲルを水で洗浄して電解質を除去する、請求項2記載の方法。 4.ステップa)で初期装入物として導入したシリカ性ヒドロゲルが、少なくと も1種の有機および/または無機酸を用いてシリカゾルの中間段階を経て水ガラ ス水溶液から得ることにより製造される、請求項2記載の方法。 5.ステップa)で初期装入物として導入したシリカ性ヒドロゲルが、四塩化ケ イ素の加水分解および重縮合によって得られる、請求項2記載の方法。 6.添加物がゲルの製造前および/または製造中に加えられる、請求項2ないし 5の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 7.加えられる添加物が不透明化剤および/または繊維である請求項6記載の方 法。 8.ステップa)で得られたヒドロゲルがステップb)で表面修飾される前に熟 成される、前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 9.ステップb)で得られたヒドロゲルが表面シリル化を施される、前記請求項 の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 10.シリル化剤が液状でおよび/またはガスあるいは蒸気として使用される、 請求項9記載の方法。 11.用いられるシリル化剤が、式R1 4-nSiClnまたはR1 4-nSi(OR2)n の少なくとも1種のシランを含み、式中、n=1ないし4、そしてR1およ びR2は互いに独立して同じかまたは異なり、それぞれ水素原子または非反応性 、有機、直鎖、分岐、環式、飽和または不飽和の芳香族またはヘテロ芳香族基で ある、請求項9または10記載の方法。 12.シリル化剤としてトリメチルクロロシランが用いられる請求項11記載の 方法。 13.用いられるシリル化剤が、少なくとも1種の式Iのジシロキサンおよび/ または式IIのジシラザンを含み、 R3Si−O−SiR3 (I) R3Si−N(H)−SiR3 (II) 式中、基は互いに独立して同じまたは異なり、それぞれ水素原子または非反応性 、有機、直鎖、分岐、環式、飽和または不飽和の芳香族またはヘテロ芳香族基で ある、請求項9または10記載の方法。 14.ステップb)で用いられるシリル化剤が対称形のジシロキサンである請求 項13記載の方法。 15.ステップb)で用いられるシリル化剤が、全ての基Rが同一のジシロキサ ンである請求項13または14記載の方法。 16.用いられるシリル化剤がヘキサメチルジシロキサンである、請求項13な いし15の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 17.少なくとも1種の酸および/または塩基が、表面修飾前にヒドロゲルに初 期装入物として導入される前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 18.HClが酸として使用される請求項17記載の方法。 19.ヒドロゲルがシリル化剤中に初期装入物として導入され、少なくとも1種 の酸および/または塩基が加えられる前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法 。 20.HMDSOがシリル化剤として使用される請求項19記載の方法。 21.塩酸が酸として使用される請求項19または20記載の方法。 22.表面修飾剤が表面修飾の直前および/または表面修飾中に、好ましくは酸 により生成される前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 23.表面修飾が触媒により加速される前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方 法。 24.ステップb)で表面修飾剤に加えて少なくとも1種のキャリアーガスまた はキャリアーガス流が使用される前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 25.ヒドロゲルの細孔中の水の一部が使用される表面修飾剤と反応して水不溶 性化合物を形成する前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 26.HMDSOが形成される請求項25記載の方法。 27.ヒドロゲルの外表面が表面修飾の前に乾燥される前記請求項の少なくとも 一項に記載の方法。 28.外表面が少なくとも1種のガスで乾燥される請求項27記載の方法。 29.外表面がHClガスで乾燥される請求項27または28記載の方法。 30.外表面がHMDSOで乾燥される請求項27記載の方法。 31.表面修飾ゲルがステップc)の前にプロトン性または非プロトン性溶媒で 洗浄される前記請求項の少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 32.表面修飾ゲルがステップc)の前にシリル化剤で洗浄される前記請求項の 少なくとも一項に記載の方法。 33.表面修飾ゲルがステップc)で臨界未満の乾燥を施される前記請求項の少 なくとも一項に記載の方法。 34.ステップa)で得られたゲルが、シリル化前に、式R1 4-nSi(OR2)n の縮合可能なオルトケイ酸、好ましくはアルキルおよび/またはアリールオルト ケイ酸の溶液、またはケイ酸水溶液と反応し、式中、n=2から4、R1および R2は互いに独立して水素原子または直鎖または分岐のC1−C6アルキル、シク ロヘキシルまたはフェニル基である、請求項2ないし33の少なくとも一項に記 載の方法。 35.表面修飾が添加物の存在下、ヒドロゲル中で行われる前記請求項の一項に 記載の方法。 36.使用される添加物がイオン化合物、好ましくはNaClである請求項35 記載の方法。 37.使用される添加物が不透明化剤、好ましくはIR不透明化剤である、請求 項35または36記載の方法。 38.Si−OR基を含まないエアロゲル。 39.表面修飾、好ましくは表面シリル化で付着された有機表面基によるエアロ ゲルの内表面の被覆度が理論的に可能な値の少なくとも90%であるエアロゲル 。 40.少なくとも2.6トリメチルシリル基/nm2の被覆度を有する請求項3 9記載のエアロゲル。 41.添加物を含む請求項38ないし40のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲル。 42.添加物としてイオン化合物、好ましくはNaClを含む請求項41記載の エアロゲル。 43.添加物として不透明化剤、好ましくはIR不透明化剤を含む請求項41ま たは42記載のエアロゲル。 44.添加物として繊維を含む請求項41ないし43のいずれか一項に記載のエ アロゲル。 45.BET内部表面積が600m2/g以下、好ましくは500m2/g以下で ある請求項41ないし44のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゲル。 46.熱伝導率が12mW/mK未満であるエアロゲル。 47.ケイ酸塩をベースとする請求項38ないし46の少なくとも一項に記載の エアロゲル。 48.請求項38ないし47の少なくとも一項に記載のエアロゲルの断熱材料と しての使用。 49.a)初期装入物としてヒドロゲルを導入するステップと、 b)ステップa)で得られたヒドロゲルに表面修飾を施すステップと を含む有機修飾リオゲルの製造方法。 50.Si−OR基を含まないリオゲル。 51.表面修飾、好ましくは表面シリル化によって付着された有機表面基による リオゲルの内表面の被覆度が理論的に可能な値の少なくとも90%であるリオゲ ル。 52.ヒドロゲルである請求項50または51記載のリオゲル。 53.クロマトグラフィ、美容術ないし医薬品分野での請求項50ないし52の 少なくとも一項に記載のリオゲルの使用。
