Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. リオゲルを臨界未満で乾燥してエーロゲルを形成させる方法において、 リオゲルを、系統圧力下でリオゲルの空隙液体の沸騰温度よりも高い温度を有す る熱伝達の液体で処理し、かつ引続き乾燥したエーロゲルを熱伝達の液体と分離 することを特徴とする、方法。 2. 熱伝達の液体がリオゲルの空隙液体と混合不可能であるかまたは部分的 にのみ混合可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 乾燥のために、乾燥した粒子を殆ど湿潤させないかまたは全く湿潤させ ない熱伝達の液体を選ぶことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 表面変性によって疎水化されたSiO2リオゲルを乾燥させることを特 徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 熱伝達の液体として水を使用することを特徴する、請求項1〜4のいず れか1項に記載の方法。 6. 乾燥したエーロゲルを湿潤した物質と乾燥した物質との間の密度差を利 用しながら熱伝達の液体から分離することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 7. エーロゲルを熱伝達の液体中で浮力の利用によって熱伝達の液体の表面 に導き、かつそこですくい取ることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 8. リオゲルをバンド型濾過装置に装入し、熱伝達の液体を洗浄装置を用い てリオゲル上に施こすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 9. 請求項6に記載の方法を実施するための方法において、熱伝達の液体を 収容するための加熱可能な浮動槽と、リオゲルを熱伝達の液体中に導入するため の空気供給管とからなる装置。 10. 請求項8に記載の方法を実施するための装置において、リオゲルを収 容するためのバンド型濾過装置と、熱伝達の液体をリオゲルに施こすための洗浄 装置とからなる装置。 11. 断熱材料または防音材料として、触媒担体として、あるいは吸着剤と しての、請求項1記載の方法によって乾燥したエーロゲルの使用。
