可操作地连接至所述电动锁的电子控制器;
包括第二电力供给装置的备用装置,所述第二电力供给装置被构造成可操作地连接至所述电动锁;
用户输入装置,所述用户输入装置被构造成与所述电子控制器以及与所述备用装置通信,所述用户输入装置包括第一用户输入部件和第二用户输入部件,并且其中所述车门闩锁系统被构造成如果用户驱动所述第一用户输入部件,则引起所述电子控制器利用自所述第一电力供给装置的电力解锁所述电动锁,并且其中所述车门闩锁系统被构造成如果用户驱动所述第二用户输入部件,则引起所述备用装置利用自所述第二电力供给装置的电力解锁所述电动锁,因而在所述车门闩锁不能利用自所述第一电力供给装置的电力被解锁时,并不需要锁芯来解锁所述车门闩锁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户输入装置包括将无线信号传输至所述电子控制器以及传输至所述备用装置的无线通信装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户输入装置包括便携手持式发射器,所述发射器将无线信号传输至所述电子控制器以及传输至所述备用装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述第一用户输入部件包括第一开关,并且所述第二用户输入部件包括第二开关。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户输入装置包括第一便携式电力供给装置和第二便携式电力供给装置,并且其中,所述第二便携式电力供给装置被构造成即使在所述第一便携式电力供给装置故障的情况下,也能够基于所述第二开关的驱动提供电力以使无线信号能够传输至所述备用装置以解锁所述电动锁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述第一电力供给装置包括被构造成可操作地连接至机动车辆的电力系统的电池;
所述第二电力供给装置包括电容器和可充电电池中的至少一个。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述第二电力供给装置包括电容器。
8.根据权利要求6所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述第二电力供给装置被构造成利用自车辆的电力系统的电力进行再充电。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述电子控制器被构造成确定是否所述第二电力供给装置存储有足够的电能来操作所述电动锁,并且其中,如果所述第二电力供给装置未存储足够的电能则所述电子控制器产生信号,从而警告用户应该采取行动来恢复所述第二电力供给装置的操作。
10.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述备用装置包括被构造成安装在车门中的模块。
11.根据权利要求1所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述备用装置包括被构造成接收自所述用户输入装置的无线信号的天线,因而使所述备用装置解锁所述电动锁。
12.一种电动车门闩锁,包括:
包括电动锁的闩锁;
第一电力供给装置和第二电力供给装置;
具有第一用户输入部件和第二用户输入部件的无线远程遥控器,当无线远程遥控器被驱动时,所述无线远程遥控器使得分别地来自所述第一电力供给装置和所述第二电力供给装置的电力被供给至所述锁,因而即使在所述第一电力供给装置故障的情况下也可利用自所述第二电力供给装置的电力解锁所述闩锁。
13.根据权利要求12所述的电动车门闩锁,其中:
所述无线远程遥控器基于所述第一用户输入部件的驱动而产生第一无线信号;并且包括:
被构造成接收所述第一无线信号的第一接收器,并且其中,所述第一接收器被构造成使所述第一电力供给装置将电力供给至所述电动锁,使得所述电动锁被解锁。
14.根据权利要求13所述的电动车门闩锁,其中:
所述无线远程遥控器基于所述第二用户输入部件的驱动而产生第二无线信号;并且包括:
被构造成以接收所述第二无线信号的第二接收器,并且其中,所述第二接收器被构造成以使所述第二电力供给装置将电力供给至所述电动锁,使得所述电动锁被解锁。
15.根据权利要求14所述的电动车门闩锁,其中:
所述第一用户输入部件和所述第二用户输入部件包括第一按钮和第二按钮。
16.根据权利要求15所述的电动车门闩锁,其中:
所述无线远程遥控器被构造成分别地接收供给电力的第一电池和第二电池以分别地产生所述第一无线信号和所述第二无线信号。
17.根据权利要求12所述的电动车门闩锁,其中:
所述第一电力供给装置包括主车辆电池;
所述第二电力供给装置包括备用电力供给装置,所述备用电力供给装置具有即使在所述主车辆电池故障的情况下的足够的电力来驱动所述电动锁。
18.一种用于机动车辆车门的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,所述无钥匙车门闩锁系统包括:
车门闩锁;
电动锁,当所述电动锁处于锁定状态时,其选择性地防止所述车门闩锁的打开;
第一电力供给装置和第二电力供给装置;
具有第一用户输入部件和第二用户输入部件的用户输入装置;并且其中:
所述车门闩锁系统被构造成基于所述第一用户输入部件的驱动将自所述第一电力供给装置的电力供给至所述电动锁以解锁所述电动锁,并且其中,所述系统被构造成基于所述第二用户输入部件的驱动供给自所述第二电力供给装置的电力以解锁所述电动锁。
19.根据权利要求18所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述用户输入装置包括便携式无线装置,所述便携式无线装置被构造成基于所述第一用户输入部件的驱动而产生第一无线信号,以及基于所述第二用户输入部件的驱动而产生第二无线信号;并且包括:
分别地可操作地连接至所述第一电力供给装置和所述第二电力供给装置的第一接收器和第二接收器,并且其中,所述第一接收器和所述第二接收器被构造成分别地接收所述第一无线信号和所述第二无线信号以解锁所述电动锁。
20.根据权利要求18所述的无钥匙车门闩锁系统,其中:
所述便携式无线用户输入装置包括可操作地连接至所述第一用户输入部件的第一电池,以及可操作地连接至所述第二用户输入部件的第二电池。
