Abstract

1. Устройство для сушки, содержащее корпус, образованную в нем камеру для размещения в ней объекта сушки, установленный в корпусе вентилятор для создания потока воздуха, электродвигатель для привода в действие вентилятора и по меньшей мере одно щелевидное отверстие, сообщенное с вентилятором и выполненное в корпусе с возможностью подачи потока воздуха в поперечном направлении по всей длине камеры, при этом ротор электродвигателя выполнен с возможностью вращения при работе устройства со скоростью более 80000 об/мин. ! 2. Устройство по п.1, в котором ротор электродвигателя выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростью более 100000 об/мин. ! 3. Устройство по п.1, в котором электродвигатель представляет собой реактивный переключаемый электродвигатель. ! 4. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, в котором ширина каждого щелевидного отверстия не превышает 0,5 мм. ! 5. Устройство по п.1, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с. ! 6. Устройство по п.2, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с. ! 7. Устройство по п.3, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с. ! 8. Устройство по п.4, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с. ! 9. Claims (18)

1. Устройство для сушки, содержащее корпус, образованную в нем камеру для размещения в ней объекта сушки, установленный в корпусе вентилятор для создания потока воздуха, электродвигатель для привода в действие вентилятора и по меньшей мере одно щелевидное отверстие, сообщенное с вентилятором и выполненное в корпусе с возможностью подачи потока воздуха в поперечном направлении по всей длине камеры, при этом ротор электродвигателя выполнен с возможностью вращения при работе устройства со скоростью более 80000 об/мин.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором ротор электродвигателя выполнен с возможностью вращения со скоростью более 100000 об/мин.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором электродвигатель представляет собой реактивный переключаемый электродвигатель.
4. Устройство по любому из пп.1-3, в котором ширина каждого щелевидного отверстия не превышает 0,5 мм.
5. Устройство по п.1, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с.
6. Устройство по п.2, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с.
7. Устройство по п.3, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с.
8. Устройство по п.4, в котором при работе устройства скорость выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 100 м/с.
9. Устройство по п.1, в котором при работе устройства давление выходящего из щелевидного отверстия воздушного потока составляет более 15 кПа.
