Abstract

Description

干燥装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥装置，其使用高速高压空气的窄喷射来干燥目标物，目标物包括人体的一部分。特别地但非排它地，本发明涉及一种干手器，其中空气射流穿过干手器的外壳内的槽状开口喷射出。
背景技术
使用空气射流来干燥双手已广为人知。穿过槽状开口喷射至少一股空气射流的干手器的例子在GB2249026A、JP2002-34835A和JP2002306370A中已示出。然而，实际上非常难以获得均匀分布的足够高动量的气流，以在可接受的较短时间内有效地干燥使用者的双手。现有技术不能实现这一点。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种干燥装置，其在使用中喷射穿过开口的空气射流，与现有技术相比，其能够在较短的时间内干燥目标物。另一目的是提供一种干手器，与现有技术相比，其能够在较短的时间内干燥使用者的双手。本发明的再一目的是提供一种改良的干手器，其中与现有技术相比干燥效率得到了改善。
本发明提供一种干燥装置，其具有外壳、形成在外壳内用于容纳目标物的空腔、位于外壳内且能够产生气流的风扇、配置为驱动风扇的马达、和至少一个与风扇相通且设置在外壳内以引导气流横着穿过空腔的开口，其中马达具有转子，使用中转子能以至少80000rpm的速度转动。
通过提供非常高速的马达以驱动风扇，穿过该开口喷射出的气流的动量与现有技术装置的气流动量相比得到了极大地增加。由于在目标物每次穿过离开槽状开口的气流期间，更多的水从目标物上吹离，增加了干燥器的效率。
优选地，转子能够以至少100000rpm的速度转动。更优选地，马达是转换式磁阻(switched-reluctance)马达。这种优选的配置使气流具有特别有效的动量水平。
在优选的实施例中，干手器具有一对相对的配置为引导气流横跨空腔的槽状开口。槽状开口的优选宽度不超过0.5mm。已经发现这种配置在生产能够有效地且快速地干燥使用者双手的干手器中非常有效。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1和图2，在图中示出的干手器10包括外壳12，该外壳12具有前壁14、后壁16、上表面18和侧壁20、22。后壁16可合并固定装置(未示出)，用于在使用前将干手器10安装到壁或其它结构上。电连接件(未示出)也设置在后壁上或外壳12上的其它地方。从图1和图2可见，空腔30在外壳12的上部分内形成。空腔30在其上端开放，并且于该处由前壁14的顶部和上表面18的前部划界。前壁14的顶部和上表面18的前部之间的空间形成空腔入口32，该入口32足够宽以允许使用者双手穿过空腔入口32进入到空腔30。通过侧壁20、22的合适成形，空腔30还开放到干手器10的侧部。
空腔30具有前壁34和后壁36，所述前壁34和后壁36分别界定了空腔30的前面和后面。排水沟38位于空腔30的最下端，其与位于外壳12的下部中的贮液器(未示出)相通。排水沟和贮液器的目的将在下面描述。
如图3所示，马达39位于外壳12内，且由马达39驱动的风扇40也位于外壳12内。马达39是无刷的转换式磁阻马达，且连接到电连接件并且由控制器41控制。风扇40的入口42与在外壳12内形成的空气入口44相通。过滤器46位于将空气入口44连接到风扇入口42的空气通道内，以防止可能导致马达或风扇40损坏的任何碎物的进入。风扇40的出口与位于外壳12内的一对空气管道50、52相通。前空气管道50主要位于外壳12的前壁14和空腔30的前壁34之间，并且后空气管道52主要位于外壳12的后壁16和空腔30的后壁36之间。
空气管道50、52被配置为将来自风扇40的空气引导到一对相对的槽状开口60、62，所述开口60、62分别位于空腔30的前壁34和后壁36内。槽状开口60、62配置在空腔30的上端邻近空腔入口32。每个槽状开口60、62被构造为基本横跨空腔入口32、朝向空腔30的相对壁来引导气流。槽状开口60、62沿垂直方向偏置，并且朝向空腔30的最下端成角度。
图4更详细地示出了空气管道50、52的上端和槽状开口60、62。如可看到的，空气管道50的壁54a、54b汇聚，以形成槽状开口60，并且空气管道52的壁56a、56b汇聚，以形成槽状开口62。更详细的细节在图5和图6中可见。图5示出了具有宽度W1的槽状开口60，图6示出了具有宽度W2的槽状开口62。槽状开口60的宽度W1小于槽状开口62的宽度W2。宽度W1为0.3mm并且宽度W2为0.4mm。在该实施例中，宽度W1和W1在每个各自的槽状开口的长度上是恒定的。
传感器64定位在空腔30的前壁34和后壁36内，在槽状开口60、62的紧下方。这些传感器64检测经由空腔入口32插入到空腔30内的使用者双手的存在，并且配置成在使用者双手进入到空腔30时发送信号给马达。如从图1和3可见，管道50、52的壁54a、54b、56a、56b稍微突出超过空腔30的前壁34和后壁36的表面。管道50、52的壁54a、54b、56a、56b的向内突出部减小了使用者双手吸向空腔的壁34、36中的一个或另一个的倾向，这增加了使用干手器10的轻松性。传感器64定位在管道50、52的壁54a、54b、56a、56b的向内突出部的紧下方，这还减小了传感器64变脏和不运转的风险。
如从图2中可见，空腔入口32的形状使得前边缘32a一般笔直，并且跨过干手器10的宽度横向延伸。然而，后边缘32b具有包括两弯曲部33的形状，所述两弯曲部33大致符合人双手在穿过空腔入口32向下插入到空腔30时手背的形状。空腔入口32的后边缘32b大致关于干手器10的中心线对称。空腔入口32的前边缘32a和后边缘32b的形状和尺寸的意图在于，当使用者双手穿过空腔入口32插入到空腔30时，从使用者的双手上的任何点到最近的槽状开口的距离大致一致。
上述的干手器10按下面的方式操作。当使用者双手首先穿过空腔入口32插入到空腔30时，传感器64检测到使用者双手的存在，并且发送信号给马达39以驱动风扇40。马达39具有转子，其于是以非常高的速度被驱动，即以至少80000rpm的速度、且优选地以至少100000rpm的速度被驱动。由此风扇40以类似地非常高的速度转动，且空气经由空气入口44以约每秒20至40升的流量并且优选地以每秒至少25至27升的流量抽到干手器10中，更优选的是空气以每秒31至35升的流量抽到干手器10中。空气穿过过滤器46并沿风扇入口42流到风扇40。离开风扇40的气流分为两股分离的气流，一股气流沿前空气管道50流到槽状开口60，并且另一股气流沿后空气管道52流到槽状开口62。
气流从槽状开口60、62以高速高压空气的非常薄的分层片(stratifiedsheet)的形式喷射出。在气流离开槽状开口60、62时，气压至少为15kPa且优选的为大约20至23kPa。此外，离开槽状开口60、62的气流的速度至少80m/s，并且优选的是至少100或150m/s，更优选的是大约180m/s。因为位于后管道52的端部的槽状开口62的尺寸大于位于前管道50的端部的槽状开口60的尺寸，所以相比于从管道50，从管道52喷射的空气的体积更大。这提供了更大的空气量，用于干燥使用者双手的手背，这是有利的。
分层的高速高压空气的两层薄片被导向使用者双手的表面，使用期间使用者双手完全插入到空腔30内，并且接着经由空腔入口32从空腔30收回。随着使用者双手进入然后离开空腔30，空气层片从使用者双手上吹离任何存在的水。由于离开槽状开口60、62的空气的大动量，并且因为气流均匀地沿每个槽状开口60、62的长度分布，所以可以可靠地且有效地实现这一点。
每个空气分层片被导向远离槽状开口的空腔30的壁，空气的各个层片是穿过所述槽状开口而喷射的。因为槽状开口60、62还朝向空腔30的最下端倾斜，因此喷射出的气流导入空腔30内。这减小了湍流(turbulent)空气运动被外壳以外的使用者——例如使用者的面部——感觉到的风险。
可设想，只需采取少次“穿过”上述的干手器，就能干燥使用者双手以达满意的程度。(就“穿过”而言，其意味着双手以对于一般使用者来说可接受的速度单次插入到空腔且随后从其中抽出。我们设想单次穿过具有不超过3秒的持续时间。)在单次穿过期间，通过气流得到的动量足够去除洗手后留在使用者双手表面上的大部分水。
由气流去除的水收集在空腔30内。一旦气流经过使用者双手，每股气流将快速地失去其动量，并且水滴将在重力作用下滴入空腔30的下端，同时空气经过空腔入口32或经由空腔30的开放侧离开空腔30。然而，水由排水沟38收集，并到达贮液器(未示出)，在该处水被收集而用于处理。如果需要贮液器可手动清空。替换地，干手器10可合并一些形式的水耗散系统(water dispersal system)，例如包括加热器，用于将收集的水蒸发到大气中。收集到的水被耗散的装置不构成本发明的一部分。
在图7a和7b中示出的替换实施例中，横跨干手器空腔的长度L，槽状开口不具有恒定的宽度。图7a示出了长度为L的空腔入口的俯视图。点划线表明当使用者的双手正常地插入到前边缘32a和后边缘32b之间的空腔30内时使用者的双手的位置和形状。图7a中示出的箭头80表明从处于空腔入口32的边缘32a、32b内的槽状开口60、62喷射的气流的方向。在该实施例中，后边缘32b的弯曲部33关于空腔入口32的中心线A-A对称，后边缘32b的中心部在中心线处比在与中心线隔开的位置处更接近前边缘32a。前边缘32a和后边缘32b之间的最小距离d在中心线处。前边缘32a和后边缘32b之间的距离在每个弯曲部的中间点处具有最大值D。图7b示出了处于空腔的后壁内的槽状开口的形状。
优选地，在后壁内的槽状开口的宽度逐渐改变，朝向该开口在空腔入口32的中心线A-A处的中心点而增加。
在该替换实施例中，优选的是以曲线形式，优选地以平滑曲线形式，改变槽状开口的上壁远离下壁的距离，实现开口的宽度变化。更优选的是此曲线关于空腔入口32的中心线A-A对称。优选地，开口的最大宽度R处于中心线A-A处且为0.7mm。
优选地，宽度r在区域F和G内大致恒定，宽度改变区域(图8a和8b中的区域E)包括空腔入口的总长度L的至少一半，最优选的是中间的一半。优选地r为0.4mm。
在干手器的区域E中的槽状开口62的宽度比区域F和G中的槽状开口62的宽度大。槽状开口62的尺寸的增加提供了来自后管道52的更大量的空气80，用于干燥使用者双手的拇指和食指区域内的背部，这是有利的。在区域E内更大的空气量和由气流实现的动量足够在单次穿过期间去除洗手后留在使用者双手的手背上的大部分水。
本发明不期望受限到上述实施例的精确细节。不改变本发明范围的细节的修改和变化对于本领域读者是显而易见的。例如，在不脱离本发明的本质的情况下，空腔30和其入口32的形状可改变。同样地，上述的槽状开口可由成排的单独喷嘴替换，所述喷嘴中的每一个朝向处于空腔内的目标物喷射空气射流。

Claims (9)

1.一种干燥装置，其具有外壳、形成在所述外壳内用于容纳目标物的空腔、位于所述外壳内且能够产生气流的风扇、配置为驱动所述风扇的马达、和至少一个与所述风扇相通且设置在所述外壳内以引导气流横着穿过所述空腔的开口，所述开口包括一对相对的槽状开口，其中所述马达具有转子，在使用中，所述转子能以至少80000rpm的速度转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的干燥装置，其中所述转子能以至少100000rpm的速度转动。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的干燥装置，其中所述马达是转换式磁阻马达。
4.如权利要求4所述的干燥装置，其中每个槽状开口的宽度不超过0.5mm。
5.如权利要求5所述的干燥装置，其中，在使用中，穿过所述槽状开口喷射的气流的速度至少为100m/s。
6.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的干燥装置，其中，在使用中，穿过所述槽状开口喷射的气流的压力至少为15kPa。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的干燥装置，其中，在使用中，穿过所述槽状开口喷射的气流的压力至少为20kPa。
8.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的干燥装置，其中所述干燥装置是干手器。
